• JAMES (8/5): Great spacious place in a great location - Location, space and nicely appointed. The pedantic long licence agreement. It’s total overkill and unorthodox for STA. It kills the vibe immediately. It feels like a legal transaction not a relaxing stay. There are better ways to do this - most others manage it.

• Merredith (9/5): Great value for money, incredible location, very accomodating staff - highly recommend! - This apartment was incredibly well located for our conference at the convention centre, barely a minute walk. The staff were delightful and accomodating for a late check out, also dropping off a hair dryer when we needed. The apartment was comfortable and great value for money. Building works ongoing with scaffolding obstructing window views, and unfortunately starting early in the mornings. However this is out of control of the apartment owners and will be temporary.

• Nola (9/5): - We liked the location but a lot of traffic noise. Very spacious apartment. Good parking very secure. It served us well for our 6 nights stay. Mainly traffic noise because we are from small country towns so not used to it.
• CLINTON (8/5): - Had to pick up the keys the other side of Canberra and drop then off back there,airconditioner wasn't working,bit of a process getting in and out of the accomodation, car parking was underneath and had to use a lift up to 2nd floor with food clothes etc Expected us to put the rubbish out and pull the bedding apart before leaving

• Jackie (7/5): Good - Very spacious, comfortable, and new. The apartment has everything from cooking utensils to washing machines and dryer. It's a really nice place to stay once the outside renovations are done. No hotwater nor warm water in hand basin, so need to use cold water for brushing teeth and facial cleaning. The air hearing unit is far too noisy, so can't sleep. Couldn't access the balcony. the view from the balcony and rooms were beautiful but all blocked with scaffolding due to renovations, which was not notified until the date before arrival.

• Sharon (8/5): Convenient location and comfortable enough but noisy road. - It was located close to Floriade. The bathrooms were good as was the kitchen. The bedrooms were a decent size. Undercover secure parking was a plus. We found getting into the property a bit confusing. One of our garage remotes didn’t work. The oven was tricky to get working - couldn’t see any instructions. The road noise was loud.

You need to drive to the other side of town to a key safe and then back again at end of trip. Very inconvenient

The location The main problem for this property was that we were there for a conference and it was very important for us to have wifi. While we had a password to connect, the wifi did not work and we could not work from the apartment. Some of the facility was unkept, black dust from the airconditioning vent and deteriorated cupboards around the kitchen bench

• Rodney (3/5): Extremely disappointed by the apparent disingenuous attitude of the agents. - Overall, the apartment was clean and tidy. There were plenty of towels and toiletries as well as beverage sachets. Location was walking distance to the function we were to attend. That there was NO air-conditioning, supposedly found to be faulty shortly before our arrival. !! There were laminated signs on the A/C controls, BUT no note to tell us of the fault (could have sent a text) OR that there were three oil (column) heaters tucked away in a cupboard to enable heating. One of the heaters had a faulty control. It is Canberra in August with overnight temperatures below zero. The email trail which ensued highlighted the agents apparent disregard for our lack of creature comforts. After our departure the agents eventually offered a "possible discount" if we were to return to Canberra. As our return is unlikely, we asked for compensation which was refused.

• Hua (8/5): A Nice Stay - The apartment is nice and clean. The location is great and very convenient to everything. The check in is easy though you need to pick up the keys from a different location which is a short drive. The air conditioner was not working when we were there, but there’s heater you can use. The keys cannot be left in the apartment when you check out and you have to return it by 10 am which is not ideal for holidayers.

Parking onsite. Definitely recommend!!! More instructions could have been provided on how to access the carpark but apart from that we have nothing negative to say! Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

• Elise (6/5): Close to Canberra CBD but bring extra blankets! - Spacious and modern unit with a great full kitchen and balcony. Close to everything in Canberra CBD. Parking was handy. Walking distance to CBD. Central heating didn't work and the oil heaters provided only JUST kept the place warm enough to sleep. The remote to open the parking roller door did not work correctly and took a couple of minutes to enter and exit each time. The fittings are in need of replacing on some door handles. Although I knew the key pickup was 10 minutes away (from reading past reviews), this is super inconvenient -- especially on checkout day. Expensive considering all of these negatives.

• Michelle (10/5): Great apartment with morning sun and fresh air. Close to shops, restaurants, the Theatre, Galleries and Museums. Very - the apartment was clean and comfortable. Underground parking is secure as is the building. Unit 61 is ground floor with an outdoor seating area and allowing lots is morning sun into the apartment and fresh air. The main bedroom has an ensuite and both bedrooms were spacious. Very nice. There wasn’t anything my daughter and I didn’t like about the apartment or it’s location. For us it was ideal.

• Todd (7/5): Good - Property was good. Key collection is far from properties and difficult to get to when travelling. Means multiple stops, which is sub-optimum. Key collection at different place and 10am check-out way to early as is 3pm check-in.

Spacious and clean apartment. On-site parking was safe and secure. The window shutters were broken in the second bedroom so could not shut them properly. The light coming in, made it hard to sleep after the sun came up.

• Sue (8/5): I would recommend this apartments for its convenience and spaciousness. - When our first apartment booking was cancelled due to owner changing to full time rental, we were upgraded to another 2 bedroom apartment in the same location. Thank you. The location was ideal as our conference was in the Convention centre next door and it was also easy to walk to city shops, supermarket and the Floriade. The amenities were good and parking in the basement was so handy. Lovely park to walk in. The central heating did not work but there were oil heaters available for each room. Some items that would be appreciated are air freshener in the bathroom, paper towel in the kitchen and extra toilet paper. The garage remotes are getting worn and didn't work for several tries. I have stayed in these apartments more than once. My chief annoyance is having to get and return keys at another location, especially if you do not have a car. Perhaps there could be a coded key box outside the apartment and paperwork lodged on line? Having said that, the girls in the office are very helpful.
• Hwee (9/5): Great location and facilities - Great location right beside exhibition centre for conference. Great gym, heated pool and big spa. Easy car parking too. It’s not serviced regularly but that doesn’t matter to us.

Fairly modern apartment style and relatively spacious. No air conditioning/heating as stated. Only 1 remote worked for the underground parking gate. Second bedroom is tiny with no room for your luggage.

Accomodate Canberra staff were very helpful. Needed to have dishwashing solution and teabags for visitors staying more than one night.
• Mark (8/5): Very good - Location and view Excessive repetitious correspondence from Accomodate Csnberra telling me the same thing and asking me to immediately answer the same questions. Stop it. Picking up key from offices away from accomodation and returning same was a nuisance. Correspondence was very threatening in tone. Heating in main room very noisy and had to be turned off for conversation on lounge directly below the air outlet.

Quiet Parking All the amenities CENTRAL HEATING NOT WORKING - a couple of column heater... in Canberra...in winter 🥶🥶 Remote control units to access/egress the parking garage were temperamental Key collection and return was a real pain... if you didnt have a car, it would be an additional expense as you would need a taxi to get to and from Kingston.
