• Izabella (1/5): Terrible experience. Please read this review before booking it. - Good location I had a very disappointing experience staying at this apartment. The owner told me to come at 12:30, but he only showed up with the keys after 2 hours of waiting. The geyser wasn’t working properly, so we had to use cold water. When we asked the owner to fix it, instead of helping, he told us not to touch it, blocked my husband’s number, and never came to repair it. Within two days, the lift broke down, which was extremely problematic since I came with a disabled child and relied on it. When I asked the owner about fixing it, he was very rude and ended up blocking me on WhatsApp as well. On top of that, there was a terrible smell every time we took a bath, and all the sinks, including the shower drain, were clogged. Overall, the apartment was not maintained at all, the facilities were unreliable, and the owner was unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families or people with accessibility needs. Schreckliche Erfahrung. Der Vermieter kam 2 Stunden zu spät mit den Schlüsseln, nachdem er mir gesagt hatte, um 12:30 Uhr zu kommen. Der Boiler funktionierte nicht (nur kaltes Wasser), und anstatt es zu reparieren, blockierte er unsere Nummer. Der Aufzug war nach 2 Tagen kaputt, was besonders schlimm war, da ich mit einem behinderten Kind gekommen bin. Außerdem gab es ständig einen schlechten Geruch, und alle Waschbecken, einschließlich der Dusche, waren verstopft. Sehr schlecht gepflegt und der Vermieter war unhöflich und unhilfsbereit. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ужасный опыт. Хозяин приехал с ключами на 2 часа позже, хотя сказал прийти в 12:30. Водонагреватель не работал (была только холодная вода), и вместо того чтобы починить, он заблокировал наш номер.
