• Miran (6/5): Mooie tuin - Het was een goedkope kamer met een mooie tuin. Parkeren kon op de locatie zelf. Locatie was meer achteraf dan gedacht, was moeilijk te vinden. Er stond niks aangegeven. De badkamer was slecht afgewerkt. Geen wc bril, wastafel met een flink stuk eruit. Schimmel. De keuken was vies, water was vies. 2e dag koud water gehad, bleek de zekering uitgevallen te zijn. Goed om te overnachten.

• Condor87 (2/5): Assolutamente sconsigliata. Necessità di importanti interventi di manutenzione ed igiene - Il parcheggio interno. La mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata purtroppo molto deludente. Nonostante il prezzo basso ( per una notte con mia moglie e mia figlia di 2 anni), la stanza non merita nemmeno questa cifra. Per fortuna ci ho dormito solo una notte. La camera era piena di muffa sui muri, con un odore insopportabile che impregnava l’ambiente. Il bagno era praticamente inutilizzabile: odore di muffa misto a scarico, lavandino che perdeva acqua sul pavimento e un buco di scolo dal quale uscivano vermi e scarafaggi. L’acqua calda è terminata dopo la prima doccia: io e mia figlia abbiamo dovuto farla con acqua fredda. Inoltre la doccia non ha neanche una misera tendina, pertanto per ogni doccia si allaga letteralmente tutto il bagno. La TV presente nella stanza non funzionava. Le pentole della cucina erano unte e sporche, impossibile usarle. Non è stato.possibole lavarle in quanto nel cucinino non c'era neanche una spugnetta con un minimo di sapone. In ogni caso quelle pentole sono da buttare, a mio avviso. Il giardino esterno, seppur con potenziale, è mal tenuto, con rami che intralciano il passaggio e molta sporcizia. Nell’annuncio era indicata la presenza di un asciugacapelli, ma non c’era. Spostando il lettino singolo della mia bambina, ho scoperto che il materasso era bagnato dal lato a contatto con il muro, probabilmente a causa di perdite dal bagno e dell’umidità della muffa. L’unico aspetto positivo è il parcheggio interno. Per il resto, la struttura necessita di urgenti interventi di manutenzione e igiene. Non la consiglio assolutamente.

• Pantanella (10/5): It’s the most relaxing accommodation I’ve stayed in while traveling for almost a year. The beach is close by, the local - The hosts are the loveliest people. They truly care about their guests and take good care of the property. The gardens are beautiful with fruits, flowers and olive trees. There’s even a turtle! Everything was awesome. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of blankets. The towels were abundant and the hosts brought me plates of fruit and fresh olive oil.

• Philip (10/5): Exceptional - A 10/10 from me staying at this great apartment. Hosts were very friendly, the location is a 10 mins walk to the beach. You should avoid the nearest one as it's full of rubbish but if you walk towards St tropez you'll find a nice friendly clean restaurant. The apartment was really quiet and cosy, and although the access has some pot holes don't let this put you off. You have your own little spot outside your apartment with your own table and chairs. You can't beat the value of this place. The center is around 15/20 min walk but it will keep you fit. Perhaps some more utensils in the kitchen for cooking would be great.

• Josef (4/5): Disappointing - The marble and driveways were in mint condition, which vastly improved the comfort of the stay. As stated the apartment was quite close to the beach. However, our group wouldn't recommend swimming there. The quality of the water was severely hinderd by the neighbouring powerplant and probably some sevage system. Sadly, the problems with the sevage didn't end there and one of our toilet got stuck thanks to the host not informing us about toilet paper usage. Additionaly, the flushing of the toilets didn't work the last day, which was a cherry on top (we solved this issue by using buckets). Lastly, we would like to recommend some better placement of the umbrellas. In the morning the shade was available just in part of the garden with spiky flowers.

• Alan (10/5): Exceptional - The place was exactly like in the pictures, very clean and tidy, all appliances working (fridge, AC, hot and cold water). The place is very quiet, it's far from the busy centre and we loved it. Its really close to the part of the beach that is beautiful but not crowded (7-10 minutes). Down the street are a few restaurants with very good food and prices (10-12 minutes). There is a grocery store 5 minutes from the place and there is also a bus stop. The hosts were super good and friendly and genuine. We felt very welcome and safe, and we honestly regret changing location mid holiday! The garden is beautiful, if we weren't lazy we would prepare and eat breakfast there every morning. And of course the cats are super nice and cuddly. Thank you for your hospitality, we wish you all the best, you deserve it for your kind hearts and genuine smiles.
• Mahdi (9/5): Superb - We went there for three nights initially then extended for three more. We really liked the place. (We traveled to Albania by car) There were not any reachable wall socket. The one close to the single bed (1 double bed and 1 singel) did not work

(6/5): Reasonable room - Friendly host Nice gardens with many flowers Room decent size On site parking Reasonable for short stay if out & about Room felt bit dark & not very comfortable or clean (poorer quality room compared to other similar rooms we'd for been in for same price). Location ok - 10min from beach but beach dirty/full of rubbish, 1hr walk into main town No signs to inform you when at property so hard to know even though google maps does take you to correct place (when text host she kindly came & opened gate though) Nothing to do with property itself, but be aware of poor quality roads leading to property
• Alen (2/5): Very poor - The owners are very kind and helpful The last 30m of the way to the accommodation are disastrous. When you arrive there is not a single sign that it is the real accommodation. Every time you park your car, it gets scratched by untrimmed tree branches. Also, the garden itself and the surroundings of the accommodation are very untidy, tall, uncut grass, unkempt trees, all this is an ideal breeding ground for mosquitoes and bugs that come into the room in the evening. The accommodation may be more affordable than the others, but it is worth paying extra and staying somewhere else, where it is cleaner and more tidy.

• Lucie (4/5): Disappointing - The owner of the house was hospitable, we got a homemade cake after arrival that was very nice from her. There is a nice garden, each room has own table outside so it was nice to take a breakfast in the garden. There were some complains regarding cleaness. Bedsheets were clean but the room in general was a bit unkept-dirty fridge, holes in mosquito nets, some spots on ceiling, we found a beetle in the room when we came back in the evening. It looked like a cocroach but we are not entomologist, the photo of the beetle attached so you can consider it on your own. We informed the owner about that.

Neighbourhood is not very pleasant Not enough light in the bathroom. Couldn't really close the window in bathroom
• Denis (8/5): Relaxing rustic place . - Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere , comfy room , parking in front of the room. Olive trees , flowers around the property . Country environment. 300-400 meters from the old beach and pine forests. 5 min drive to the very city center . After 10 mins the hot water was over. We asked to turn on hot water in the morning. 45 min after we got it. The mattress was a little stiff.
• Julien (10/5): Super restful stay. - The hotel is conveniently located in Vlore and has a lovely garden. The host even gave us some delicious fruits right off of the trees. You can find it on google maps under rei garden villas. The road directly in front of the villas could be a bit better.

• Calum (10/5): A quiet, friendly yet rural place to stay out of the busyness of Vlora. Very kind hosts :) - This was a wonderful place to stay in Vlora, nice and close to a quiet beach but far out enough to feel rural and 'local'. The owners of the apartment were very friendly upon arrival, making us Turkish Coffee and Raki despite the language barrier. The room was great, beds were comfy, AC worked well as did the WiFi. It was just a short stay, but we loved it here and found some really lovely restaurants in the area. It's the perfect place to get away from the business of Vlora and relax somewhere quieter. Thanks for everything! I have nothing bad to say about this place, it was perfect :)

• Farid (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is one of most kindest persons we've ever met. He is polite, helpful, generous and always with a smile on his face. He takes care of his garden with such a passion. One day he brought us a full bowl of delicous vegetables from that same garden. The unit we stayed in was clean, pretty much spacious, maybe lacking on some kitchen utensils but if we couldn't find something we needed the owners would gladly provided it for us. Location of the accomodation is in walkable distance to local beach (Plazhi Vjeter) but to some local grocery stores and bakery as well. You need approximately 10 minutes by car to get to downtown of Vlore wich has bunch of really good restaurants,bars,shops etc. We would gladly return here so we recommend this place to all who are planning to visit this part of Albania.
