• Deschamps (4/5): ur a bullie and I don't smoke lier and u know it u said it was ok to charge my bike - The place is nice nice beds and it is clean nothen bad to say the host is a bullie locked the door and demanded money when he told me I could. Charge the bike but I haven't plugged it in yet telling me I got to clean the dust off the floors and then say I'm smoken I don't smoke cigarettes I do smoke weed and u would notice 100 % if it was smoked in the house witch I never had he was rude first day when met I don't think it's a good place if u and as quiet as church mouse and also u here the family stomped above u all day and fight with each other

• Dimitrije (6/5): My stay at this impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed basement apartment in the Preston area was comfortable, conve - I had an exceptional stay at this incredibly clean and well-maintained apartment in the Preston area. From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully laid out, with a clear pathway to the private basement entrance and convenient garbage, recycling, and compost bins right by the door. The parking was hassle-free, with a driveway spot close to the unit. Inside, the space was spotless, featuring an updated kitchen and bathroom, dimmable lighting, and a spacious area to take off shoes upon entry. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of blankets, and the fast Wi-Fi (thanks to an extender) and large TV with all streaming services were perfect for unwinding. I also loved the security of having my own private lockable room with a memorable code. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing fresh towels immediately and answering any questions with ease. The location was ideal—close to Kitchener, Cambridge, and the 401—while still being peaceful and quiet at night. For the level of cleanliness, comfort, and upgraded features, this unit is a fantastic value for money. Highly recommend! I stayed an extra day and paid under the table, the host made me park out on the street upon my late arrival and I was fined $80 for parking out during a snow event. I was told the host is not responsible despite my reasons. I would not have stayed there if I knew I had to park out on the street but I was left with no other option. Very upset.

• Oscar (3/5): I felt dissapointed - The shower was good.(The pression was excelent). The king bed is a confortable size. "YOU WILL BE FREE TO PARK ON THE STREET ANY TIME" is not true. On Thursday I was waiting to park front of the house and I could not (two cars were parked in the spot). I should leave my car far after 10 pm and I got a ticket ($35).. Offer LDR in your amenities ( My stay for 5 days) but to receive rules after payment like "YOU CAN DO YOUR LAUNDRY ONLY ON FRIDAY IF YOU STAY MORE THAN 7 DAYS" is not fair. Social areas in the Unit are confortable but the bedroom 2 is very small, no spaces nor furniture to organize personal items. Sorry but no "LUXURY". The couple in the bedroom 1 was polite but share only one washroom sometimes was not easy.
• Decicco (10/5): Great place and good location. Only 5-10 minute drive from where I needed to go. - The place was very clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. There were four of us staying there so it was nice to have the second bedroom. There was a bit of confusion on parking. I thought we were able to park in the driveway the second night we stayed but did not. There is street parking around, so that’s something to be mindful of.
• Maria (8/5): The booking process is misleading. Sometimes it lists as a 2 bedroom unit and sometimes it lists as a common unit with 2 - Good location, clean and spacious. Not fully set up for cooking. Minimal at best and no stove.

Safe ,& secure in a residential setting. The hosts are helpful, efficient & kind (Jerome was patient & helped us figure out the entry process). Short drives to Butterfly Conservatory & St Joseph Market! For sure would recommend!

• Irina (3/5): Poor - I recently stayed at a rental that was impressively clean and appeared new, but the overall experience was disappointing. The host, preferring personal texts over the official booking platform, created arbitrary rules such as a sudden ban on leaving lights on – a rule not disclosed at booking. The listing was misleading regarding the shared spaces. It only mentioned a shared bathroom, but I discovered after a non-refundable booking that the entire unit was communal. (There was no QA at the time answered on that) Parking was problematic; the listing included a parking spot, but with only one legal spot available, this resulted in my car being inconveniently blocked. Although the rental’s cleanliness and newness were commendable, the old and grey towels provided fell short of expectations. Additionally, the lack of a receipt for the stay is inconvenient to say the least. In summary, despite the rental’s pristine condition, the issues with communication, transparency, and amenities significantly detracted from the overall experience.

• Bernie (7/5): Clean, comfortable, good value. - Clean and modern, with lots of space and up-to-date appliances. Quiet residential area. Plenty of workspace, if you're travelling for business. Great shower! Kitchen has microwave, toaster oven and induction hotplate along with a nice big fridge. Comfortable bed. Fast, solid internet connection. Very good value. You should be aware that this is the basement of a townhouse, with three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. You might be sharing the place with two strangers. Not a problem for me, but something to be aware of. Getting in was complicated. Three consecutive doors, each with a different code (an outside door, a door into the basement, and then the door to your bedroom). A total of 16 digits, so you'll want to write them down somewhere. Might be a plus if you're a fan of escape rooms. I could hear the people who lived upstairs moving around and talking, so they were probably able to hear me as well. Again, not a problem for me but something to be aware of. There is no cell phone signal in the basement, so you'll have to go to the top of the stairs just inside the outer door. I was also able to stand on a chair near a basement window to get signal. I'm with Rogers, it may be different depending on your mobile carrier.
