shirleydroopy (3/5): Mooie locatie, Gelogen omschrijving. Vreselijke communicatie en service! - Het appartement zag er mooi uit en op een prachtige locatie. Bij aankomst was er geen wc papier en nog het allerergste, geen beddengoed, hebben met t-shirt om de kussens geslapen. Bij contact was de communicatie erg slecht. Ze konden enkel duits en geen Engels. Ik kreeg een lijstje met opties die ik kon aanvinken en het kwam er op neer dat ik voor de 2e en dus ook laatste nacht, maar liefst 180 euro mocht gaan betalen voor beddengoed. Gezien ik via booking.com een all inclusief appartement heb geboekt voor ruim 600 euro heb ik dat dus niet gedaan. Meerdere keren met Booking gebeld, deze stelde mij direct al in het gelijk en heeft rond de 15 euro gecompenseerd maat dat is natuurlijk niks vergeleken met het bedrag dat we hebben betaald. Gaven ook aan dat de accomodatie niet reageerd op berichten hier ben ik nu al bijna een maand mee bezig. Nu inmiddels doorgezet naar mijn rechtsbijstandverzekering. Wat een leuk weekend moest worden was nu alleen maar gebel, gemail en heel veel irritaties!
