• Stephen (7/5): This place is in a great location and I would stay there again, once some improvements are made. - It is a great location. The unit itself has a lovely design. The owner was hard to communicate with and several items did not work. Overall, the place needs to be brought up to a better condition.

• Elliot (1/5): A nightmare on many fronts and a staff that promised to address issues but never actually did. - The central location was sadly the only redeeming quality of this stay. I travel for a living and this is the first time I have ever insisted on a refund. Despite multiple requests over 3 days, no one came to address the issues we were facing. Here are the reasons why: •⁠ ⁠⁠ mosquito infestation •⁠ ⁠⁠ no running water on day 3. •⁠ ⁠⁠ we could not take showers because the drain was completely backed up--when we tried to shower, the bathroom began to flood immediately. •⁠ ⁠no power in the kitchen, including the refrigerator because the breaker must remain off since the stove would not stop beeping. •⁠ ⁠⁠ the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival except for the bed: this includes dirty walls, a brown liquid on the wall, and uncleaned bathroom •⁠ ⁠⁠ No sleep past 6am: there was leaving very loud construction work (jackhammer) above our apartment that continued into the afternoon making it also unbearable to be in the room. The bed was even vibrating. •⁠ ⁠⁠ essentially how do you expect us in the room? The point of the room is to be able to rest •⁠ ⁠⁠ the check-in was also cumbersome with poor directions on how to get in and difficulty finding the apartment within the building.

• JEFFREY (8/5): It was a pleasant stay except for the mosquitoes. - It’s very spacious and the location was perfect. Close to the Metro (Monte Napoleone) and the shopping district if that’s your priority. There were mosquitoes all over the room. They keep of appearing every day. I think there’s a pronlem with the shower drainage. Water tends to spill on the floor when you’re yaing it for a long time. So you have to turn if off for at least a minute (while showering) to let it drain partially, then turn it again and so forth. The toilet bowl’s seat cover is of the different size. Feels weird every time I use it. I don’t kmow where to ask for extra towels. Room is too dark at night. Need extra lighting in the dining rook area. Host could’ve provided bedrook slippers.

• Anonymous (1/5): Stay Away - The guest relation agent does not have any athurity to take action if you call them. I requested the management to give me a call, but they did not even return my call. The apartment location is ok, but it seems the property management (Relstay) has a problem with supervision. Despite my complaints from the first day of the above, no action was taken. If I am the owner of the property, I will withdraw it from them immediately. Hit and run concipts are not working every time. Procpect gust read the reviews before renting. It was one of the worst stays I have recently had. The apartment was not clean at all. (Look at the attached pic) it is not just not clean, but you might get sick if you use them. Blood spots on the bed sheet. Bacteria everywhere in the shower. No sufficient toilet items (one toilet paper roll for a customer who will stay in for four days) The digitalized door for the apartment is not working properly. You need to try several times to open it. imagen spending more than 35 minutes trying to open your door after you come out of an 8-hour trip. (It seems from my contact with them that they are aware of the problem, but they did not take any action and kept renting the apartment.

Support three days responded with useless advices. - There is no kitchen knife, only table ones that don't cut food. - You cannot plug microwave and kettle (and coffee maker, but we didn't need it) at the same time.

• Sam (10/5): Exceptional - The property was clean, secure, and comfortable. The blackout blinds were amazing and the area was quiet. The door is a little finicky with the lock, but instructions were clear.

• Carine (9/5): Superb - Super clean and well maintained apartment, looks exactly same as photos, spacious and well lit.. Kitchen well equipped. Supplies of detergent for washing machine, sink, and toilet were enough for a couple of days. Calm neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip. Checkout time very early and not so convenient (at 10am) though they extended an hour extra for free but it was still too early for us. Have to rent a luggage storage facility to keep the luggage until travel time, and there wasn't one at the same location. There isn't a grocery store at convenient proximity.

Despite being a quiet area there was however a constant humming from somewhere outside.

Access to the flat was a bit complicated for older people (it was not easy to open the main door). No curtains in the windows (day curtains could give some privacy).
