• Thanassis (2/5): - The worst experience I ever had... Dirty place, the staff was absolutely absent, bad behaviour, definitely not go !!!
• Agius (3/5): Other than the location the stay is uncomfortable and expensive. - Location Main bedroom mattress very uncomfortable. Airconditioning was only working in the living room. Main bedroom was too hot to sleep in. Two nights unable to sleep. Kitchen is dangerously setup as there is one burner underneath the wooden shelf which poses a fire hazard.

• Juan M (7/5): Un lugar fantastico para visitar Milán - La localización es excepcional, esta al lado de todo y muy bien comunicado con metro, tranvía y autobuses. Los anfitriones responden y resuelven problemas. Tuvimos un incidente con el agua caliente y se resolvió en pocos minutos. Todo muy bien. No hay nada especialmente que no me gustase, lo único que me pareció peor es que habiendo lavadora y cocina completamente equipada no había jabón de lavadora, ni pastillas de lavaplatos, ni siquiera un estropajo y un poco de jabón para fregar algún plato o vaso que se usara. Por lo demás todo correcto.

• Audrey (10/5): Séjour découverte à Milan - Appartement calme et très spacieux correspondait aux photos et bien situé : métro à proximité et possibilité de faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. Correspondance avec l agence très facile avec rapidité de réponse. Je recommande le logement pour un séjour à Milan.

• Majed (8/5): Acceptable - L'appartement est très bien situé par contre le soir beaucoup de circulation. Je salue la disponibilité du hôte par WhatsApp. Un beau appartement. La climatisation est trop ancienne. Il fallait un effort pour la faire fonctionner vu que les piles de la télécommande sont presque vidé.

• Euan (7/5): Great location, good sized space, however lack of amenities was dissapointing. - Great location, good size for 3 people. Had aiconditioning and two bathrooms. Basic amenities were not provided, such as dishwashing liquid, tea towels, sponges, cleaning clothes, spare toilet paper. There was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets provided for it to be functional. No clothes line to dry clothes, although a washing machine was provided.

• Tia (9/5): Fantastic location, lovely apartment and amazing host - You get very clear instructions on how to enter the building with a video showing exactly how to get in. We had issues with the shower as the boiler wasn't working but the host quickly fixed the issue and even compensated us for the inconvenience. They handled the issue so well and helped us so quickly. I still highly recommend the host and the accommodation!

• Anita (5/5): Disappointed - The location was great .. very close to the Metro . Space is large . Having 2 toilets is useful . Definitely not a quiet apartment … noise from traffic and on Saturday night loud music from next door Our daughter moved out after 1 night coz of the noise and found a quiet place 700 m away for half the price . No toiletries at all , no sugar and not even a couple of coffee pods or water was kept for the guests whereas where my daughter went to they had them all plus some snacks . Would have appreciated some thoughtfulness Shower heads malfunction . Kitchen floor tile is damaged .So feels sloppy .
