• FCZfcz (4/5): For the money you might find plenty of better places in the area - Spacious room, helpful staff Barely functional AC, very hot room with AC to max on turbo, concave mattress, loud noise until 3 am on streets next door. Breakfast included was a joke, poor taste and quality so I bought mine from the menu wich was not great either. No balcony just a window opening on a guard rail.

Chambre tout à fait correcte, bons matelas, douche ok, personnel sympathique. • Asad (4/5): Ok - Overall, our stay was okay, with both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the staff were responsive and helpful. Whenever we messaged them, they replied quickly and tried to assist us. However, the main issue was with the breakfast, which did not match the photos on Booking.com. Several items shown were missing, such as corn on the cob, soup, and juice. The pancakes in the photos are shown filled with banana and topped with chocolate syrup, but in reality, they were simple pancakes with only a small amount of chocolate or strawberry jam rolled inside—no banana filling and no topping as shown in the photos. During our stay, we saw a guest taking chocolate syrup from the fridge and adding it on top of their pancake, so we assumed it was part of the buffet and did the same. One day, this was not an issue, but on another occasion we were told that the chocolate syrup was not included. This was confusing, and when we pointed out that the photos clearly show pancakes with chocolate topping, we were told those were “old pictures.” This makes the listing feel misleading, and the photos should be updated to reflect what is actually provided. Additionally, we were told that the breakfast menu changes daily, but during our 4-night stay, it remained exactly the same: plain omelette, one type of fruit (watermelon or banana), toast, tea/coffee, boiled eggs, plain pancakes, and rice with vegetables. Another downside was the noise—music could be heard in the room until around 2 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. Because of these issues, we had to cancel another booking with the same hotel. In summary, while the staff service was good, the breakfast experience and misleading photos were disappointing, and the noise level may be a concern for light sleepers.
• CHRISTINE (7/5): Hôtel moyen avec chambres sans fenêtres - L'hôtel est bien placé dans le quartier "nocturne " de Ho Chi Minh .Situé dans une petite ruelle , c'est calme . Le restaurant testé est très bon avec une ristourne de 10% pour les clients de l'hôtel .Petit déjeuner correct avec petit buffet . La chambre au 2 ie étage dite triple avec vue a effectivement un lit double et un lit une personne mais la chambre est petite et concernant la vue il y a une petite fenêtre qui est en plus à moitié bouchée par une gaine d'aération .Ne pas passer plus qu'une nuit .L'accueil pourrait être aussi amélioré.

Balcony is not actually a balcony, you can’t stand on it, owners told me my room number and left me to find the elevator and room myself. Breakfast was left out for hours and not safe to eat. If you love to party and just want a place to lay your head afterwards this is the perfect place for you.

• Фекла (7/5): С учетом удобного места расположения и очень милого персонала проживание в целом удовлетворительно - Завтрак "шведский стол" не особо разнообразен. Однажды пришли на завтрак за 1 час до окончания, и все тарелки были пустые. После нашей просьбы приготовили еду и вынесли на стол. Персонал очень милый, старались выполнять наши пожелания. До заезда администрация отеля предупредила, что из-за аварии в номере не может предоставить нам номер с двумя кроватями, и мы согласились на номер с одной большой кроватью. Матрас на кровати оказался ужасный, по всей площади матраса выпирали пружины, лежишь как на "стиральной доске". Администрация отеля сделала все возможное для минимизации неудобств: перед следующей ночью подстелили дополнительные одеяла, затем поменяли номер. В новом номере были две удобные кровати.

• Jean-Paul (5/5): Accueil et séjour désagréable - proche des lignes de bus pour venir et aller vers l'aéroport. Bien situé (vieux quartier). Partie restaurant très bonne. Premier matin (et 1er matin au Vietnam), nous n'avions pas eu l'info des horaires des petits dej (7h-9h). Nous sommes descendus à 9h, tolérance 0, même pas proposé un petit dej payant (voire avec une petite réduc...) alors qu'ils en servaient à des personnes extérieurs à l'hotel (nous avons percuté après). Le lendemain, nous descendons à 8h30, presque plus rien et il a fallu se contenter des quelques restes. Refuse de remettre même juste ce que l'on demande. En résumé gros sourires (et encore) quand tu montres des sous et dégages dès que tu as payé. Jamais revu ce type de comportement en 6 semaines au vietnam sur une 11 hotels ou homestays différents.

• Panos. T (5/5): - Η τοποθεσια ηταν καλη αλλα ειχε πολυ θορυβο απο τα γυρω μαγαζια μεχρι τις δυο το πρωι. Το δωματιο ειχε κατσαριδες και οταν το αναφεραμε απλα κουνησαν το κεφαλι σαν να ηταν αναμενομενο. Το πρωινο φτωχο και ακομα και στις 7 το πρωι οι δισκοι ηταν αδιοι . Το προσωπικο ηταν εξαιρετικο εκτος απο τον jeison που μαλλον ειναι πολυ τσιγκουνης αφου μας εκανε παρατηρήση γιατι μια μερα βαλαμε ενα ποτηρι χυμο μεχρι την μεση και επειδη δεν μας αρεσε και δεν τον ειπιαμε, το θεωρησε σπαταλη οπως μας ειπε και μας συμβουλεψε οτι θα ηταν καλο να δοκιμαζουμε πριν βαλουμε στο ποτηρι. Βεβαια οταν φαγαμε ενα μεσημερι στο εστιατόριο και το ενα πιατο που δεν ηταν ωραιο και το μαζεψαν χωρις ουσιαστικά να το εχουμε αγγιξει, εκει (επειδη το πληρωσαμε ) δεν υπηρχε προβλημα σπαταλης. Οπως και οταν μια φορα του ζητησα λιγο βουτηρο γιατι ειχε τελειωσει πριν ξεκινησει το πρωινο ( ναι στις 7 το πρωι!) , μου εδωσε δυο μικροσκοπικά κυβακια οσο το μικρο μας νυχι. Ηταν τοσο αστειο που γελαγαμε μονο που τα κοιταζαμε.. Γενικά η καθαριοτητα δεν ειναι το δυνατο τους σημειο Ο Τονυ πολυ συμπαθης και καμμια σχεση με τον τσιγκουνι jason

• Jon (8/5): Nice space, just a bit loud at night. - The breakfast was decent, the staff friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was strong, and there was hot water and good water pressure. The in-room coffee and tea was a nice touch. There was quite a bit of noise from the neighborhood outside until 3 or 4 am the first night. (Second night was much quieter.) Our room overlooked the street; perhaps rooms further back would be more serene. Guests should know that this is a rowdy part of town, with loud night life and all that goes along with that. But if you like to be right in the thick of the action, then this is your place.

• Jean-Christophe (8/5): Bonne étape à Saigon - Une bonne adresse à Saigon. L'hôtel est situé en plein quartier routard mais au calme. L'entrée se fait par le restaurant qui est très bon et affiche des prix corrects (10% de remise). L'établissement est géré par un couple accueillant et sympathique. Le check in et check out est souple avec possibilité de laisser ses bagages. La chambre est belle, décorée avec goût, plusieurs articles de toilettes sont à disposition. Un frigo est dans la chambre. La climatisation est silencieuse et le wifi a un débit correct. Un ascenseur est disponible. Le petit-déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet est bon mais le choix est limité et orienté oriental (mieux vaut arriver tôt!). Globalement un bon rapport qualité/prix pour ce type de prestation à Saigon. La chambre ne dispose pas de vue sur l'extérieur mais d'une ouverture dans la salle de bains qui donne sur un mur. Paiement en espèces à privilégier (+3% de frais en CB).

• EKATERINA (4/5): Плохо. - Благо была вода горячая и на том спасибо В отеле очень грязно, все пожившее жизнь и буто нормально там не убирались лет пять. Матрас настолько деревянный, что у меня синяк на лопатке остался. Если у вас расположение отеля и самого дорогого номера с балконом выходит на одну из самых шумных улиц города, то делайте окна шумоподавляющие. Я как турист, не знала, что это за район и не знала, что настолько будет шумно. Все старое и разваливается, а кондиционер конечно же не работает. Если все-таки снимите этот отель, сильно вещи там не раскладываете - в первый же день на моем пятом этаже убила огромного таракана. В последний день забежал геккон и спрятался под кроватью. Хоть я и бронировала отель с завтраком, так и ни разу там не ела из-за сильной антисанитарии

I got my days mixed up for leaving and arrived late back to the hotel on check out day and the staff was so helpful and understanding. The only thing that was a little bad was the noise level of the bar across the back from the the room. If you are not one to go to bed early then it will be fine!

Huone itsessään oli tosi siisti ja siellä oli vedenkeitin sekä jääkaappi. Huoneemme sijaitsi ylimmässä kerroksessa, mutta sillä puolella rakennusta, johon kuului erittäin kovat äänet kävelykadulta aamuyöhön asti ja häiritsi unta. Hotellin aamiainen oli vaatimaton, mutta listalta olisi saanut lisähintaan enemmän. Siisteys oli hotellihuoneessa erittäin hyvä, mutta alakerran yleisissä tiloissa näkyi torakoita.

• claire (8/5): Good location, 10% off food if you ate ate the restaurant and perfect little room. The mattress was a bit squishy but I - Good communication when we booked and welcomed when we arrive. Perfect little room with all we needed. Breakfast finished at 10 and we arrived about 9.30. Wasn’t much left and very little left. Not topped up. There was a very greedy man on another table taking more than his fair share to be fair though.

• Warwick (8/5): Good value for money in an Excellent Location but Beware the Noise ! - The stand out is Jason who seemed to be running the ship for my 8 night stay . Extremely helpful . The Housekeeper also was lovely and so efficient she was virtually at my door each morning to clean as I was walking out . King Room was a good size and water pressure and shower great . Coffee making facilities . 2 bottles of water supplied every day . Nice hard bed . Wi Fi was good most of the time . TV channel variety huge . Lift to rooms . Breakfast Basic but ample . Location and proximity to everything excellent . The noise until at least 2am every morning but even worse on weekends . I wouldn’t have been able to sleep without ear plugs. Would have liked the omelette in the morning to be in a heating dish that kept them warm as cold every morning . Small Balcony door locked but the look of the pot plant sitting on it filled with cigarette butts was not enticing to get out there anyway .
