• Karine (8/5): Bien - Le design du logement était très bien. L’emplacement le quartier n’est pas des plus fréquentable et le logement est dans une petite rue derrière des commerces (c’est à dire cuisine de restaurant et poubelle)
• Neslihan (5/5): The room was comfortable once I was inside, but the check-in experience, lack of proper luggage support, and entrance - The room itself was comfortable and pleasant once I checked in. It was a small but complete space, and I felt comfortable staying there. North End Road did not feel very pleasant, and the entrance to the building is through a long, narrow alleyway, which felt a bit unsafe in the evening. The front entrance door was also old, so I was not fully confident that it locked properly. The check-in process was very poor. I had contacted the manager in advance to ask whether I could leave my suitcases somewhere before check-in. I was told to call when I arrived, but after several missed calls, no one answered. I then tried to find someone on site and accidentally knocked on the room door, thinking there may be a cleaner inside, but another guest opened the door. It was an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation for both of us. When the manager later called me back, he was rude and immediately questioned why I had gone to the room, rather than acknowledging that I had called several times and received no response. I only wanted to leave my luggage safely. I was then told to leave my suitcases in the communal kitchen, which did not feel secure, so I had to wait until I could access the room. There was also no fridge in the room. The iron provided was broken and ruined my shirt. I requested a replacement iron, but it never arrived. Also, if you have heavy luggage, the stairs are difficult to manage.
• Sandro Bongani (8/5): - Monolocale piccolo ma abbastanza accogliente, il lavandino del bagno davvero minuscolo, difficile lavarsi il viso senza bagnare il pavimento, ma per qualche giorno non è un problema. Non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema di cattivi odori come da altre recensioni, e anche il vicoletto per arrivare alla porta mi sembra davvero che non abbia niente di inquietante, anzi è molto pittoresco. Ci sono due fermate della metro a 8-10 minuti a piedi, in una (West Brompton) c'è anche il treno, comodissimo per andare a Camden Town. Consideratini prezzi di Londra questa è un'ottima soluzione per soggiorni non troppo lunghi.

Easy access to multiple shops but quiet overnight. Stairwell needed a refresh/ clean however recognised that work was ongoing during our visit. Picture in room to add colour was behind bunkbed therefore hidden. A few more and matching crockery/cutlery would add an additional star.

• Kamil (9/5): - Obiekt Ok, liczyliśmy po zdjęciach na większy pokój, patrząc na 4 osoby to pokój był mały, a łóżko, które mieliśmy w pokoju nie rozsuwało się i musieliśmy 1 materac położyć na podłodze. Kawa, cukier i herbata pod dostatkiem. Skorzystaliśmy również z pralki. Przy wyjeździe kilkudniowym to ważne. W pokoju był aneks kuchenny, ale brak w nim miejsca na odłożenie naczyń po zmywaniu. Jak na podróż z małym dzieckiem i wózkiem to ciężko z miejscem na wózek. Cena przy wielkości pomieszczenia, uważam, że sporo. No ale to raczej kwestia "angielskiej ceny"

Además hay fuera una cocina del edificio que se puede usar y que tiene todo lo que se necesita. El apartamento es muy pequeño y las camas no son del todo cómodas. Baño también pequeño. Para llegar al apartamento hay que ir por un callejón que puede ser algo “turbio”, sobre todo por la noche. Durante el día nos encontramos a un persona meando en él.

The property is located in a vibrant residential area, with everything you might need just moments away. North End Road is right around the corner, offering a variety of shops, cafés, supermarkets, and a lively street market. There is also a gym right outside the property, which is very convenient. The studio itself was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, the lighting was good, and the space had everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Guests can also access useful communal facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, as well as a large shared kitchen with an oven and microwave. There is even a small outdoor garden area, which feels like a hidden gem in the middle of the city. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Fulham. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London or needing a comfortable short stay. None during my stay. Overall, a great option in Fulham, whether you’re visiting London or just need a comfortable place to stay for a few days.
• Rodrigo (10/5): Comfortable studio in a great Fulham neighbourhood. - I recently stayed at this property in Fulham and found it to be a very practical and comfortable place for a short stay in London. The area is great, with North End Road just nearby, where you can find plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés, and a lively street market. It’s a very convenient location with everything within easy reach, including a gym right outside the building. The studio was clean and nicely prepared on arrival. The bed was comfortable, and the lighting in the room was good, making the space feel bright and welcoming. It had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. There are also shared facilities available for guests, including laundry machines and a communal kitchen with cooking equipment such as an oven and microwave. A small outdoor garden area is also available, which is a nice extra space to step outside and relax. Overall, a good option for anyone looking for simple, well-located accommodation in Fulham. There was nothing I disliked about this property. Overall, an absolutely great stay and I will definitely return.

• Davina (8/5): A great stay, good value for area and central location - Everything was all in one plac, homely and clean Access to the property was down a dark alley so felt a bit vulnerable. I had trouble getting into the place, because the handle turned the wrong way to what I was expecting. And I had to wait till the owner answered my call after 20 minutes or so to get in. My fault. Unusually the shower was too hot and the knobs we’re difficult to turn off or adjust with wet hands. I couldn’t wash my hair as a result. No tv in the room

• Alba (7/5): - En toda la estancia nadie pasó a limpiar la habitación, pero ni tan siquiera nosotros mismos la podíamos limpiar porque no teníamos ni una escoba, sería genial si hubiese, así no notaríamos la falta de limpieza. Por otro lado, el último día antes de irnos, sobre las 2 de la madrugada no se si llegó gente nueva o ya estaban, pero llegaron haciendo mucho ruido y estuvieron como dos horas de charla y con ruido en la habitación. Se que esto no es culpa del alojamiento, pero si es algo a tener en cuenta ya que a la mañana siguiente teníamos que coger un avión y nos perturbó bastante la noche.

• Peter (1/5): disappointing due to poor cleanliness, unpleasant smells, an inconvenient room setup, and a less acc - It is difficult to assess what was right. We were quite disappointed with our stay at this accommodation. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the ground floor that spread up into the room, making the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the cleanliness was extremely poor — the room did not feel properly cleaned and overall hygiene was well below an acceptable standard. The room itself was very small, located on the top floor without an elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. There was also no TV, and even the front door handle was hard to open, which became frustrating every time we went in or out. The location was quiet, which is a positive, but it was about a 15-minute walk to the nearest underground station, making it less convenient for getting around. To be fair, the apartment did have some basic items for preparing a simple breakfast or snack, but overall the experience didn’t meet expectations and we wouldn’t choose this place again.
• Judith (4/5): Experiencia decepcionante y sensación constante de inseguridad - Estaba bien comunicado y el apartamento tenia lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana. Buena predisposición del dueño a ayudarnos. El acceso a los apartamentos se hacía por un callejón muy estrecho e inseguro entre dos tiendas, hasta llegar a una puerta situada junto a la trastienda y los contenedores de basura. Esta información no aparecía en la descripción y, al llegar de noche, la situación nos hizo sentir muy inseguros. Además, la ducha solo sacaba agua extremadamente caliente y no se podía regular la temperatura porque el grifo estaba muy duro. Avisamos al propietario y nos dijo que enviaría a alguien para explicarnos su funcionamiento, pero nadie apareció. Las sábanas estaban muy viejas, incluso se le habían generado bolas. Por último, la última noche el cerrojo de la puerta principal se atascó y no podíamos cerrarla. A las 23:00 vino una persona a intentar arreglarlo, pero no quedó solucionado definitivamente: solo lo dejó de forma provisional para poder pasar la noche, ya que si salíamos del apartamento la puerta volvía a atascarse. Por suerte, era nuestra última noche.
• Marta (6/5): Buena ubicación, aunque no céntrica para turistas; pero sensación de poca seguridad - La ubicación es buena, ya que enseguida tienes bus o metro para desplazarte a cualquier zona. Sin embargo, el callejón de la entrada da bastante mal rollo; parece sacado de una película de terror. El agua de la ducha salía hirviendo y no había manera de ducharse en esas condiciones. Además, la ventana no se podía abrir del todo.

• Jessica (8/5): 3 notti a Londra - Le comunicazioni con il gestore sono sempre state chiare e puntuali, la struttura si presenta bene e la camera era accogliente e ben arredata. Letti comodi. L’host ci ha lasciato té, caffè e biscotti per la colazione. L’accesso alla struttura non sembra particolarmente sicuro, nonostante non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema. Difficoltà nell’aprire la porta di ingresso.

• Fulvia (6/5): Soluzione economica non distante dal centro - L’appartamento è in buona posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro. La struttura ha una cucina in comune ben tenuta. La camera tripla è accogliente e funzionale. Si accede da un vicolo che può sembrare un po’ fatiscente. Necessari interventi di manutenzione specialmente in bagno. Il doccino non è ben funzionante ed esce odore sgradevole dalle tubature. Nel complesso è una soluzione economica non distante dal centro.
• Raquel Ainoa (7/5): - Está bastante bien para el precio que tiene y la ubicación es genial, puedes llegar al centro en cualquier transporte. Se equivocaron y nos dieron una habitación que no era. Hacía demasiado calor, la calefacción estaba a tope. El baño es muy pequeño. Para llegar hasta la puerta la verdad que por la noche daba un poco de miedo.

• Dejan (10/5): A place to stay - Great location (11min walking to the underground), we just used bus (74 or 430). It was a clean room. What we liked the most were the kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, sink). There was also coffee and tea to use with some nice cookies. No problem with hot water, everything worked. We slept with open window, almost no traffic at night. To use the toaster, you needed to manually hold the button 😃

• Sofia (1/5): Não existiu estádia possível, qualquer ser humano não ficaria nessas condições. - O alojamento encontrava-se com muito lixo espalhado por todo o lado; A limpeza do espaço e dos quartos não tinha sido efetuada; A cozinha estava imunda de sujidade desde os vidros ao chão as bancadas... As roupas das camas não tinham sido substituídas e encontravam-se visivelmente sujas; O proprietário não atendeu às nossas chamadas, impossibilitando qualquer tentativa de resolução no momento.

• Jebbi (2/5): It was miserable! - The room was uncomfortable, beds are horrible and I have back pain now. I was with my three years daughter and the children's bed was above and not suitable for her and it was also not comfortable to my husband so we had to sleep in one uncomfortable bed three of us. I tried to call the staff and no one answered.

• Rowan (7/5): Would have been very good if the heating and water weren't turned up way too high. - The room was close enough to where I needed to be, felt secure, and had the facility to cook my own meals. The beds were ok and the shared kitchen reasonably well equipped. The heater in the shower room was dangerously hot and so was the hot water. This meant the overall experience was uncomfortably hot, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan didn't work. The only way to air the room was to have the window onto the noisy main road wide open most of the day and night. The host said someone would look at it but nothing happened. Also, a tea towel would really help.

• Jaime Luis (6/5): Fair price, good location, need some improvement in the access - Good location. Utilities-kitchen. The access to the room is through a dimly lit alley, which felt a bit unsettling. Better lighting and a fresh coat of paint would make it more welcoming. The shower controls also seemed to have an issue, as the water was extremely hot and difficult to adjust. The bed was simple and basic — sufficient for a short stay, but nothing particularly comfortable.

• Mélissa (6/5): - Ce n'était globalement pas très propre, le store (qui donnait sur la rue) était cassé et malgré que le propriétaire nous ait dit qu'il allait envoyer quelqu'un pour le réparer ça ne s'est pas fait (ce qui a eu pour conséquence que nous ne pouvions pas occulter la lumière du jour), problèmes de wifi, matelas déformé et de mauvaise qualité.
• Michał (3/5): Bardzo mały lokal, na pewno nie dla 4 osób - Lokalizacja blisko centrum, chociaż wejście jest na tyłach sklepów przez dość mroczny i brudny korytarz Niezbyt czysta okolica, sam lokal bardzo mały. Jeśli ktoś oferuje to dla 4 osób to poza spaniem niewiele tam się zrobi. Nie ma nawet wieszaków na ręczniki czy kurtki, o szafce nie wspomnę. Drugie rozkładane łóżko to prowizorka. Rozpadło się pierwszej nocy a po zgłoszeniu właścicielowi nic z tym nie zrobiono. Pościel niby uprana ale ze starymi plamami. Łazienka ma już lata świetności za sobą.
• Francesco (5/5): Un buon punto d'appoggio, nulla piu. - Un buon punto d’appoggio per visitare Londra: posizione comoda, vicino ai trasporti e in una zona tranquilla. La struttura è semplice e funzionale, adatta solo per dormire. Non c’era personale presente, tutto gestito in autonomia tramite codice d’accesso. Per un soggiorno breve va bene, ma se cercate comfort o servizi, meglio valutare altre opzioni.
• Ndeshi (9/5): - We arrived in London a bit early, and the landlord was very accommodating, allowing us to check in before the usual 3 p.m. time. It was a huge relief not to have to move around with our big suitcases. The place itself was clean, modern, and conveniently located near trains, buses, grocery stores, everything we needed. I really enjoyed my stay, but I did notice quite a few birds around the property, and they sometimes leave droppings on the kitchen windows. It is a bit off-putting when cooking, so regular window cleaning would make the space feel even nicer.
