• Man Fei (4/5): If location matters being nr Edgeware Road - Location near Edgware Road with all the shops, restaurants and tube stop close by. No utensils to cook with, had to buy from discount store on Edgeware road, no basic things like tea towels, hand wash in kitchen, no complimentary tea or coffee. Base cushions removed from sofa in living room, very hard to sleep on sofa bed. Ants venturing from shelf in living room. Remote for TV not working. This property would have been lovely when first renovated as features and pics show a lovely flat but time and lack of maintenance e.g. large water leak into main bedroom from above evident, cracked cabinet backing in bathroom, peeling wallpaper in kitchen, bronze mirror strips in living room peeling away. The location was excellent and if you plan to eat out only during your stay then it's a good location with plenty of shops, food establishments nearby on Edgeware Road n close to tube stop. There was however a HUGE SECURITY / TRESSPASS ISSUE experienced during our stay - a man walked into flat at 11pm on first night as the key left in flat door accidently, he walked into flat in the dark, down the hallway straight into bedroom where my wife and 5 year old son were sleeping, was confronted / challenged by my wife, he advised key was left in door and returned it, left flat but not before popping his head in living room where he saw me now awoken, he quicky exited before leaving main front door half open. He must have known the code for the main door, did not appear to be a concerned neighbour as would have knocked or left keys near the door rather than walking straight down the hall to the bedroom, did not even announce himself. Emailed the property company Gulf estates straight away (who did not respond at all but they managed to send email on last day asking what time we were checking out!!

• Alessandro (3/5): Sconsigliatissimo. Non andateci. - Posizione ottima, vicinissimo alla fermata di Edgware Road. Tutto a parte la posizione. Le istruzioni per il check-in sono sbagliate (il codice che viene mandato non funziona, dopo aver chiamato un paio di volte il proprietario, ci ha risposto dicendo "ah allora prova quest'altro codice..."). Noi abbiamo risolto perchè parliamo inglese e abbiamo dovuto aspettare "solo" 15 minuti davanti alla porta in attesa che ci rispondesse, ma se non avesse risposto? Se qualcuno non sapesse l'inglese? Già partiamo male. Dopo essere entrati, la prima sorpresa: l'appartamento è sporchissimo. Pavimenti e tappeti pieni di briciole, lenzuola sporche, formiche dappertutto (abbiamo dovuto disinfestare noi). Sul tavolo che si vede in foto c'erano già piatti e stoviglie, ma erano sporchi e pieni di briciole. La cucina è inutilizzabile: non c'è praticamente nessun utensile, giusto un paio di padelle sporche e vecchie. Inoltre in tutta la cucina aleggiava un odore pesantissimo di cibo speziato che dava la nausea, praticamente non ci siamo mai entrati percè era disgustoso. E intanto la cucina, come detto, era inutilizzabile. Il bagno sembrava un po' più pulito (immagino che chi si è occupato delle pulizie abbia pulito solo quello per cercare di far vedere di aver pulito qualcosa). Il sapone che viene fornito è in realtà quello dei piatti. Almeno c'era la carta igienica... La TV è di una marca sconosciuta (BUSH) e non funzionava. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava. Il proprietario mi ha detto di provare un'altra rete da un elenco che mi ha dato. Dopo averne provate un paio, mi sono arreso. Il letto principale è molto scomodo, ma il divano letto è scomodissimo. Sembra di dormire sul pavimento. Inoltre le tende che sono state messe sono troppo piccole, quindi entra la luce ed è impossibile dormire dopo che il sole sorge (sempre che uno sia riuscito ad addormentarsi su quel divano letto). La prima sera, abbiamo scoperto che la doccia non funzionava. Ho dovuto chiamare il proprietario più volte.

• Celeste (7/5): - Le foto corrispondono alla realtà, ambiente bellissimo, curato e pulito, letto comodo (a parte i cuscini), zona residenziale sicura e molto carina, munita di tutti i servizi necessari. Il wi-fi non funzionava, ho scritto all'Host appena arrivata per chiedere aiuto ma non ho ricevuto risposta fino al mattino seguente, in cui mi è stato detto che avrebbe avvisato il tecnico. Il mio soggiorno durava circa 48 ore pertanto avrei avuto necessità di un aiuto immediato che non è mai arrivato purtroppo e siamo rimaste senza wi-fi.
• Giulia (5/5): non sono soddisfatta - Posizione sicuramente bella e comoda. L’appartamento, nel complesso, è carino e grande per gli standard. Nonostante avessi letto alcune recensioni negative, ho pensato fossero esagerate; purtroppo mi sono dovuta ricredere, perché rispecchiavano perfettamente la realtà. Il divano letto è stato un vero incubo: estremamente scomodo, duro come una pietra, rende praticamente impossibile dormire. Inoltre, nel soggiorno la notte si dorme con la luce dei lampioni costantemente puntata all’interno a causa delle tende non oscuranti; a questo si aggiungono i rumori esterni, tali da far sembrare di dormire direttamente in strada. Abbiamo segnalato un problema di manutenzione (il bastone delle tende che si stava staccando) e l’intervento è stato effettuato entrando nell’appartamento senza alcun preavviso, cosa poco corretta considerando la presenza di tutti i nostri effetti personali. Inoltre, dopo la riparazione è stato lasciato sporco sul pavimento. L’appartamento andrebbe curato maggiormente nei minimi dettagli, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia: il tappeto era sporco, la finestra del soggiorno piena di polvere e l’imbottitura della trapunta presentava numerosi capelli all’interno, un aspetto decisamente sgradevole. Sarebbe inoltre gradita la fornitura di shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

• Adriana (8/5): - La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente, vicina alla metro. Nei dintorni ci sono molti esercizi commerciali, negozi e ristoranti/bar. La struttura è come da foto curata e ben organizzata. Perfetta per 3/4 persone, infatti il divano letto è molto comodo. La cucina è attrezzata per cucinare, vi sono pentole e piatti. Inoltre è presente una lavatrice con detersivi in cui è possibile lavare i vestiti all'occorrenza.. La struttura dà sulla strada e quando qualche altro inquilino accede all'immobile, appare un poco rumorosa. I tappeti erano un po' sporchi e qualche altra piccola accortezza come la carta da parati, le strisce a specchio in soggiorno e i cassetti del bagno avrebbero reso la struttura perfetta!
• Marek (6/5): Londýn jako celek jsme si užili:-) - Perfektní lokalita v blízkosti stanice metra. V blízkosti parku Hyde park a dalších atrakcí. Velkým překvapením byla myčka nádobí, která nebyla v popisku a byli jsme z ní nadšení...kdyby tedy ovšem byly k dispozici tablety do myčky nádobí. Velice potěšil self check in, což byla novinka pro náš příjezd. V obývacím pokoji rozkládací pohovka...ubytování na 6 nocí je tortúra horší než v "London Dungeon". Extrémní hluk z ulice, zejména v pátek. Na šikmo zavěšená televize v obývacím pokoji je jen dekorace...nefunkční, nedali se sledovat žádné programy. Internet - velice pomalý, stále vypadával, trochu "funkční" je v obývacím pokoji. Vlastní 5G roaming mnohem rychlejší. V kuchyni opravdu jen základní vybavení. Je tam myčka nádobí, mělo by být v popisu, že tam je a ať si návštěvníci přivezou vlastní tablety do myčky. Ubytování nebylo moc uklizené, na koberci byly chuchvalce vlasů.

• christian (1/5): we expect that host are fair and honest with their guest instead to trick guest, no fair - When we arrived in front of the door we discovered from the housekeeper that flat was not longer available due to issue with electricity... then Host contact us proposing us as an option a small quad room (to stay together in 4people in 1 single room) in a hotel nearby with a discount of 50£ after many messages with the host to get the 50£ of discount where they were ensuring to send bank transfer....we are still waiting for the £50 of discount and they are not longer answering... We can say that Host trick guest and more annoying we were teased by gentle girl from Host agency... this is not fair even for just £50.
• Triccia (8/5): Good - The interior and the location. It was accessible. Loud noises but that is because of the area as well. Aofe bed was very hard. Wifi issue; was sorred out after a day.
• Sneha (10/5): It was absolutely amazing. The place was wonderful, felt safe, the communication was transparent and it was bery easy to - It was beautifully presented and was exactly like pics. The sofa bed is a bit too hard but was fine for me. The toilet seat is broken.

• Claudia (5/5): - La ubicación El departamento no estuvo preparado para 4 adultos. Un sofá imposible de dormir una persona. El 4 adultos tuvo que dormir en el piso. El living, tiene un ventanal donde se se puede abrir para ventilar. Nunca anduvo el WiFi. Escribimos y no tuvimos respuesta.
• Craig (8/5): Loved it. Very convenient base to stay in London. Quite friendly neighborhood. Would stay again. - Great location close to transport links. Tesco express and greggs around the corner and lots of restaurants in Paddington area. 5 minute walk to Hyde Park and the Bus tours pick up just a few minutes walk away. Apartment is bigger than we thought and clean and very quiet in the back bedroom. Sofa bed is very hard but OK for young kids. Not suitable for adults. There is noise from the front of the property coming from the locals across the street. This didn't bother me and the Wife but my Daughter was disturbed by the noise and so slept in our room (very quiet) for 2 of the 4 nights. The noise is out of control of the host but it's worth noting.
• Cristina (9/5): Apartamento cómodo y tranquilo - El apartamento están muy bien, era bastante espacioso, cómodo y limpio. El apartamento tiene bastante equipamiento. La ubicación es muy buena, la estación de metro de Edgware Road está a un par de minutos andando, el barrio es muy tranquilo y con supermercados cerca. Hemos viajado con un bebé de 20 meses y ha estado bastante cómodo No tenía algunos detalles que ayudan a un huésped por el periodo vacacional, como gel y/o champú(solo había jabón de manos)y cosas de cocina como servilletas, sal, azúcar, etc…
• Holmes (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Quiet. Spacious TV didn't work Tried repeatedly to make contact. No reply. Someone needed to come out to sort this out. A contact number needs to be in the flat. What if something serious was wrong? No hangers in the wardrobe. No scissors in the kitchen. It felt a shame for a such a nice place. Letting yourself down. So easily sorted

No hooks for coats in the coridor. Should be two separate duvets for the couch. Peeling wallpaper in the kitchen.

• Naomi_j (8/5): Very good - Lovely little place. Very stylish and does have everything you need. Easy access and good communication. Heating worked. Sadly no hot water. Sofa bed was too hard and very flat. Too noisy outside throughout the night.
• Megan (7/5): Enjoyable - Excellent location right beside the underground. Easy check in and check out process. Allowed us to check in an hour early. The sofa bed was very hard. It could have had more facilities like a hand towel in the bathroom, some small shampoos and proper doorstops rather than pieces of paper.

• Mbugeja (3/5): Apartment and owner with great potential, pity it wasn't well-kept. - Great, central location. Communicative owner. Apartment looks quite stylish. Owner let us check out later. Poor cleanliness: found hair under quilt, on pillows, on quilt cover which was in the cupboard (was supposed to be used for children's sofa bed) as well as stuck to shower glass, amongst other things. Also found 2 dead mosquitos in dust on window sill. To be fair, housekeeper on checkout seemed to be different than the one who "cleaned" before we came so hopefully that's good news for those who will come after us. Also, toilet seat cover was broken. Owner said "he will take it into consideration for the future".

• Mojtaba (8/5): lovely flat with slight considerations - modern and well decorated right next to edgeware road goundfloor heated up very quick with central heating very nice cleaning was good but cleaner had missed a couple of spots and the spare sheet had a stain on sofa bed not comfortable at all ground floor so the main door could be banging next to edgeware road so police/ambulance noise from time to time no hangers in wardrobe

• Satya (7/5): Good location and cleanliness, comfy bed. Not comfy sofa bed, poor wifi. - Very good location, walking distance to metro. Clean apartment. The sofa bed is not comfortable for 2 people, the apartment was bit smaller than expected. Wifi was worse, the hosts have to change the router one time even then the wifi connection was poor all over the apartment. The bath was very small but okay.
