• Rolliette (7/5): It is manageable with lesser expectation from the management. I still enjoyed my stay regardless. - I like that: - it has spacious room, kitchen and bathroom - staffs are reachable online - is cheaper than renting regular apartments for 5 weeks stay -Cleanliness depends on you and your flatmates (whom you may not know) -The apartment is cleaned only once every 3 weeks -Staff are available only online; most tasks are self-managed (e.g., waste disposal for private and common areas, key collection/return, and providing cleaning supplies)
• Γωγώ (7/5): - Τhe accommodation was in a quiet location and quite close to the city center by metro. The room was exactly as we had seen in the photos, was quite clean and the heating was on all the time, so the room was always warm. The host responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful. We had a lot of difficulty finding the keys, and we have to stay at another hotel for one night. It would be very helpful if there had been a video along with the check-in instructions. Also, the room had a strange smell when we entered, and we had to keep ventilating it constantly.

• Francesca (8/5): Buona camera ma alcune cose da rivedere - La camera è grande, spaziosa e calda. Anche l'appartamento è fornito di tutto. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla metro e in una zona centrale. Lo staff è inesistente, il check in è piuttosto farraginoso e non è facile capire dove sono i box con le chiavi da recuperare. La pulizia non è impeccabile: abbiamo trovato un paio di slip abbandonati sul davanzale della finestra.

• Asia (7/5): - la struttura è veramente bella, dotata di wi-fi, cucina, lavastoviglie, due bagni, lavatrice ecc.. ha un’ottima posizione, vicinissima alla metro, ci sono due piccoli supermercati e tantissimi posti per mangiare gli host sono abbastanza inesistenti, l’appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore e la pulizia è veramente pessima, abbiamo trovato alcuni capelli nel letto e il pavimento era sporchissimo, la caldaia andava in blocco ogni due ore e fortunatamente riuscivano a farla ripartire altrimenti si rischiava di rimanere senza acqua calda e riscaldamenti, in un bagno lo scarico della doccia è abbastanza otturato quindi l’acqua ci vuole un bel po’ per scendere
• Andres (1/5): Not clean, be aware there are bed bugs!!! - The location only The apartment was so dirty and the bed in the room even more it had bed bugs and they took 5 days to come a clean it, besides that their only solution initially was to cancel when I was already there and they never cleaned the common areas… they were expecting to guest to clean them for them when in that apartment are 3 rooms and people come and go on the daily and they sent messages saying keep the common areas clean but in the whole month I was there THEY NEVER CLEAN ONCE THE COMMON AREAS NOT EVEN WHEN A NEW PERSON WAS ARRIVING… unbelievable!
• Tonio (9/5): I lived there for almost a month and highly recommend this place - I lived there for almost a month and highly recommend this place. The property is in a really good neighborhood, close to the Prater, the city center, train stations, and a supermarket. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the room includes a desk, sofa and a smart TV. The description on how to collect the keys was a bit confusing because there are two doors to entry to the building with the same door code, but the administrator was really fast answering us through WhatsApp and explaining this. Please clear out discarded items left by previous guests in the shared areas. We found debris like broken phone pieces and a damaged sneaker, which didn't appear to belong to the house. To help guests, please implement a simple labeling system for the fridge. This will make it clear which items can be thrown away and which belong to current guests. The bathtub drain needs to be unclogged to ensure proper function. Please specify in the property description that the common areas are only cleaned after a guest checks out from one of the three rooms.

• Roksana (8/5): Jest ok - +świetna jakość ceny w stosunku do obiektu +fortepian w pokoju jako miłe zaskoczenie +blisko centrum i dobra komunikacja miejska +świeża pościel i ręczniki +dobry kontakt z właścicielem -myśleliśmy że łazienka będzie prywatna -na zdjęciach pokój był troszkę ładniejszy -nie działająca jedna łazienka (przy większej ilości osób jest to problem) -ciężki meldunek (wymagane wypełnianie ankiety online i wysyłanie zdjęć dowodu - nie było o tym mowy przed rezerwacją
• István (6/5): - Nagyon kényelmes az ágy. Tisztaság. Jól felszerelt. Jó lokáció, ha hamar el akarod érni a repteret autóval. Bejutás nem egyszerű. Az utcáról 2 ajtón keresztül tudsz bejutni a lépcsőházba elvileg 2 külön kóddal. Sokadik próbálkozás után derült ki, hogy mindkettőt egy kód nyitja. A kulcsszoba ajtajára csak németül volt kiírva, hogy kulcsok. Egy angol Keys szócska sokat segített volna. Régi polgári lakás nyikorgó parkettával. Parkolás az utcán nehézkes.

• Monika (5/5): - The bedroom was totally okay, but that was the only positivity during our 4 weeks stay. 1. The kitchen and the bathroom were not clean. During our 4 week stay the property got cleaned only twice. When we arrived and then after 3 weeks. The kitchen was dirty from the beginning. 2. We didn’t have warm water for 3 days. We contacted the staff and they said they would address the problem by calling a handyman, but they didn’t and they refused to give us any form of refund. 3. At the end of our stay they sent us a private text saying that we should give them 5 stars, and asked us not to write a bad review. ( picture below) 4. When we arrived there was trash in our room, probably from the previous tenant. (Picture below) 5. They provided one roll of toilet paper for our one month long stay.
• victor (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente, bastante céntrica y cerca del metro lo cual facilita ir a todas partes. La habitación y la cama es muy grande y la zona tranquila. Volvería a alojarme allí sin duda. Al inicio tuve un inconveniente para acceder al apartamento porque la clave no era correcta, pero el personal de servicio lo soluciono rápidamente. Gracias.

• Kareshma (1/5): A dirty apartment in a decent location with a price that’s not really worth it - Spacious room The pictures are very well taken because the apartment is quite disappointing. The check-in instructions are not clear and easy to follow. The toilet was very dirty when I checked in. Same with the shower. I received 2 towels; one of which was soaking wet. The bedsheets seemed to be mildew as if they were not dry before placed on the bed so the whole room stank. There was rotting strawberries in the fridge along with old stuff that doesn’t seem to get cleaned out. 7 mins away from the nearest subway which is fine and 20 mins from the city center but the quality of the place is quite terrible. The WhatsApp chat is actually an automated chat and even when the host comes at some point, he’s not helpful. He even tried to force me to only give him a 5-star review and to only write him privately if I was not satisfied.
• Ling-ke (5/5): Passable - Convenient to downtown, well-equipped kitchen. Cleaning of the beds needs to be improved, the explanation for getting the keys was not clear and the doors were not easy to open.
• Tegan (10/5): Spacious rooms, good location - The apartment was in a great location just outside of the major city and close to the river. Super spacious rooms and the kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities were great. The self service check in needs a bit more clarity. The person who helped me in the apartment also said they had a hard time understanding there process
