• Sigrid (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Clean inside. We cleaned the outside of the doors, which were covered in sea spray and you couldn't see out. Booking agent didn't action access to the property as they advised which meant waiting around till they sent the necessary emails. Returning the keys was equally problematic. Text messages contradicted emails as the agent changed their mind. Instead of leaving in the unit as originally instructed, they wanted keys dropped to a neighbouring suburb which was inconvenient and meant last minute adjustments to our travel plans.
• Mary (9/5): Excellent unit and facilities - It was excellent and a very big unit. Pool,gym and sauna were great. The grandkids loved the games room.
• Yana (3/5): Clean yet confusing and complicated - Key pick up was weird pick up at a palm beach chemist. As well as a last minute email for a $500 cash deposit. Even key drop off wasn't straight forward, we got locked in the carport and had to wait for a stranger to open the roller door as it was only able to unlocked with the keys we had to leave in the room. Using the hotel reception would have been a breeze Kitchen cupboard were not layed out right for a holiday house it felt like you were in your grandparents house.
• Bonnie (10/5): Perfect spot for a weekend to enjoy surf, beach and delicious food - Leanne was so friendly and she was able to facilitate an early check in on the Friday. Easy to collect keys and return them on the Sunday. This was the perfect apartment to watch the surf and run down when the time was right. Barefoot Barista was the most delicious spot for breaky and Tommy's was a great dinner option.
