Personal an der Rezeption Ausstattung: Etwas ungepflegte Wohnung: Verrostete und nicht gereinigte Microwelle, 2 Handtücher für10 Tage Aufenthalt. Ungepflegter Herd, ein Rolo im Schlafzimmer lies sich nicht öffnen. Werbung mit und Angaben zu einer nicht mehr vorhanden Jacuzzi (aktuell entfernt), Fehlende Anleitung für Waschmaschine und Trockner (oder Trockner ggf . defekt). Abgelöste Fronten von Küchenoberschränken. Dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank.

• Suyen (7/5): Rooftop not pleasant - The space was comfortable and the view from inside the room was beautiful. The rooftop looked abandoned and the jacuzzi was not available.

• Anna (3/5): Poor - Safe area and building. Nice, helpful staff at the reception The apartment was dirtier than expected - the common areas are also quite run down and dirty. On the kitchen counter we found some insects and also close to the window in our room. The location and the apartment look nice but it definitely was no clean.
• William (1/5): Bad directions, AWOL - We could not ever find the property, using directions on Waze, Google Maps and the Booking.com website. I was assured there in advance there was someone in the office 24 hours, but no one would answer the phone. I request a complete refund.

• Johnnie (9/5): The stay was excellent. Small issue with hot water but that was resolved. - The property was in a good location, the building was secure and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The jacuzzi was not as hot as it should have been and one needed cleaning.

• Sharon (10/5): Relaxing& comfortable - It was a great location for restaurants. I absolutely loved the rooftop jacuzzi. Great sunset views off the balcony. The room was super clean and comfortable. The overall environment was sweet and soothing. The only thing I could have used was washcloths and, perhaps, a dishtowel in the kitchen. There was paper towels but I like to reduce trash in any way that I can.
