- Susan (1/5): - location only for my own personal reason I do not recommend booking this accommodation. While the online photos appear clean and well-maintained, my experience was very different, which may explain the limited number of reviews. Upon entering the unit, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor. The air-conditioning filter appeared to have not been cleaned for a long time. the ac water had a strong, dirty smell, which was quite concerning. Although heavy rain can sometimes cause leakage, routine maintenance checks should be conducted prior to guest check-in. There were visible puddles from water leakage that had not been properly addressed. The overall cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. There were stains and sticky surfaces throughout the space, making the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation, and unfortunately, this property failed to meet that standard. Furthermore, there were large cockroaches present, despite the unit being located on the 12th floor. I did not feel comfortable using the washing machine. I only placed wet towels inside after cleaning up leaked water, and even then, the rubber seal was visibly crusted, discolored, and unhygienic. Lastly, the door lock battery was low, and I nearly became locked out of the unit. This poses a serious concern, particularly if a guest returns late at night and is unable to contact the host or management. Additionally, guests should be prepared to wire transfer a security deposit. This requirement caught me off guard, as I booked through Booking.com and saw no mention of a bank wire deposit during the reservation process. I only became aware of it after contacting the host regarding my check-in date. Had I not reached out proactively, I would have had no way to check in. As an international traveler, this is especially problematic, as international wire transfers can take time to process. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this accommodation to future guests.
