• Albrecht (1/5): - Es gab im Erdgeschoss (Wohnbereich und 1. Schlafzimmer und Bad) keine Fenster. Es war wie in einem Keller. Man konnte nicht lüften. Dementsprechend gab es schwarzen Schimmel an der Wand im Wohnbereich hinter einem großen Bild und es roch überall muffig und schimmelig. Neben diesen Unannehmlichkeiten fühlte man sich alles andere als Willkommen (eher Störend), da überall Schilder hingen dass man leise sein soll (Pssst-Schilder). Auf der Terasse wird man per Video überwacht. Und man teilt sich diese mit dem anderen Appartment, was aus der Buchung nicht hervorgeht. Die einzigen Fenster der Wohnung (2. Schlafzimmer) gehen zu dieser Dachterasse. Da die Nachbarn dort saßen und grillten konnten wir auch diese nicht öffnen. Am Tag der Anreise, als man nicht mehr stornieren konnte, kamen abstruse Verhaltensregeln wie z.B., dass man keine Rollgeräusche mit den Koffern machen darf oder sich nicht vor der Tür versammeln dürfte. Kommuniziert wird mit einem Chat-Roboter namens Vlad, der gar nicht persönlich reagiert. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und das bei dem Wucherpreis.

• Eduard (5/5): Prima huis, maar jammer van de stinkende badkamer - Niet duur voor een heel huis met twee slaapkamers. De toegang was eenvoudig. De badkamer stonk erg (muf, nauwelijks geventileerd). Omdat het geen raam heeft en de beperkte ventilatie automatisch uitgaat, bleef het stinken. De deur open doen is ook geen optie, want dan stinkt de huiskamer. De tweede slaapkamer had geen ventilatie. Bij aankomst kregen we 5 hele lange mails, met allerlei instructies, dat moet beknopter kunnen. De uitchecktijd is al om 10u, en om 10u05 stond er iemand op de stoep, die opeens weer verdwenen was toen ik om 10u06 het huis verliet.
• Marco (8/5): Excellent host and spacious appartment - The host was communicating proactively and repeatedly about the accommodation. Furthermore he was reachable until 22.00. This made me feel at ease. The appartment is spacious, has a big dining table and plenty of chairs, big kitchen with dishwasher, a roof terrace and good beds. The toilet and shower are in one room, which can be a little inconvenient when you're staying with 4 persons.
• Claudia (5/5): - Es war sauber gemacht und die Ausstattung war gut Ein Schlafzimmer hatte kein Aussenfenster, lüften war nur indirekt über Flur und offene Haustür möglich. Das Bad hat sehr nach Abfluss gestunken und wir hätten uns Seife im Bad zum Händewaschen gewünscht
• Jürgen (8/5): - Gute Unterkunft, einfacher Zugang, prima Ausstattung Leider roch der Abfluss vom Waschbecken stark. Die Zufahrt ist sehr eng und bei 2 Mietern muss man sich abstimmen, da die Autos hintereinander parken müssen. Der alternative Parkplatz ca 200m ist aber ok.
• Brittany (8/5): Pretty good place for a group of people. - Very nice apt with a decent amount of space for 6 people. Walking distance to some restaurants. Parking directly in front is great. There was no coffee pods/sugar left for the machine to make coffee in the very specific machine. We had to go and get some at a store nearby. Quite a bit of rules to abide by that seem a bit much.
