• Brian (8/5): We had a very good stay and we wouldn’t bother going back there anytime in future if we would visit London. It’s a place - It was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was well positioned for our London tour. Staff support was very good and friendly! The back garden needs a bit of touch up especially for guests who would like to have a barbecue.
• Jacobus (7/5): Voor weinig geld op een mooie plek in Londen. - Goedkoop en op een goede locatie. Goede bedden. Steeds snelle reactie op mijn berichten. De problemen met de verstopping werden direct opgepakt en verholpen. Het was gedateerd, schimmel in de badkamer, gehorig en een te kleine woonkamer en te kleine keuken voor een groep van 11 personen.

• Enric-Francesc (4/5): Muy defeccionante. Frío y despreocupación del dueño - Ubicación aceptable Fuimos por una boda en familia. Había ola de frío polar y la calefacción no funcionaba. Avisamos varias veces y no recibimos más que respuestas vagas de prueba esto o lo otro sin preocupación por su parte. Pasamos frío. Acabados muy deficientes. Duchas rotas. De dos baños solo uno funcionaba correctamente. Éramos 9 para 6 platos, vasos y demás. Sillas rotas, cocina sin sarten y deficiente en servicios.

• Zuzana (8/5): - Spoustu pokojů, dvě koupelny! Pohodlné i pro početnou skupinu. Dobrá dostupnost do centra města! V kuchyni byl kávovar! Nábytek už byl hodně opotřebený. Stěny byly špinavé, takže byt nepůsobil úplně čistým dojmem. Ale vše bylo uklizeno a naprosto v pořádku!

• Alamelu (2/5): Never stay there - We were a family of 11, came to London, for a wedding. We specifically searched for homes that had 3 bathrooms. This one said it had 3 baths. But when we checked in, we found out it only had 2 baths. We were so disappointed. It was chaos for all 11 of us to get ready and go to the wedding. There were 5 bedrooms and only 2 had fans. The days we were there were the hottest. So couldn't sleep as well. When we requested 3 fans, they kept delaying the process but finally sent the fans for the last 2 nights. The pictures from the listing was not accurate. Also, the dining room chairs were all half broken. If you lean back on them, you will fall down. We had 2 elders in our family who had a tough time sitting in those chairs I am requesting a partial refund from the property for false advertising of the baths.
• Kirsty (6/5): Comfy, near the station and what we needed - The beds were very comfy and just what we needed for our 3day stay. Close to the overhead line and buses in city centre. Host gave clear instructions for checking in and had no issues there. Kitchen had everything by needed We would stay again It’s advertised as 3 bathrooms when it’s only 2 so was a struggle for 9people. Could do with a deep clean especially all the skirting boards and stair carpet, could also benefits from being redecorated. Couple of issues which I’ve brought up with host
• Esther (8/5): Nice family home - The house was a spacious family home, perfect for the four of us (2 adults and 2 children). It had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable during our stay. Small living room
• Aneka (9/5): Comfortable and really good value for money for a group. - The property comfortably fit 11 close friends although it’s not very spacious. It’s compact but very functional. We enjoyed the warm days in the back garden and even had a barbecue. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work in the bedrooms and we never did find that third bathroom! Although advertised as having three bathrooms, there are only two.
• Lynda (6/5): Adequate - For cost it was good, and it was extremely easy to either catch the overground or a bus into the city. Had everything needed for 5 day stay. We had 11 people and were extremely squished. Only two couples had decent room to move in their rooms. Was very hot and stuffy and opening windows didn't help.
