- An (1/5): Alerta!! Nos robaron!!! - Fuimos despojados!! Nos robaron todo!! Solo nos dejaron con lo puesto!!! Antes que a nosotros le alquilaron a ladrones quienes se quedaron con la llave y entraron al departamento Ojo!!! No nos cambio la cerradura tuvimos que dormir con un palo, según la policía la sra le alquilo a un sr con un DNI falso , era de un muerto, el tenia actitudes sospechosas y no hizo nada...pasamos momentos muy difíciles , al llamarla la sra estaba en un cumpleaños y no quería venir mientras nosotros con la policía , no le robaron nada a su departamento y a nosotros todo!!! No pudimos dormir! En estado de shock Tuvimos que estar los día con Policia. Y custodia!!! No nos rebolso el dinero y perdimos todo plata tarjetas, ropa.celulares , alrededor de 2 millones de pesos en ropa , mas dinero , mala sangre por las tarjetas y cuentas blouqeadas.etc! Gracias a la portera y a la gente del edificio!

Se destacan el equipamiento, la luminosidad y las condiciones de seguridad del departamento. El espacio está pensado para tener todo a la mano, sin esfuerzos. Se ponderan los detalles de practicidad y buen gusto. Por otra parte, la amabilidad, la simpatía y buena onda dispensada por Silvana, su propietaria, aportaron un plus de excelencia a nuestra estadía. Su atención ya se puso de manifiesto al concretar la reserva de nuestra estancia (meses antes de llegar), brindando información y ayudándonos en la gestión de estacionamiento privado. Sin dudas recomendamos el alojamiento y agradecemos a Silvana por sus atenciones. Por supuesto, queremos volver!

How helpful Sylvana was to arrange for our airport pick up, especially after the initial taxi driver had to cancel. Location is great too. The flat is clean and has everything you need for a few days. Decent bed mattress allowing you for a comfort sleep. I would definitely stay here again! The only minor thing missing was some toiletries for body wash. There was shampoo and hair conditioner but no body wash.

- Mark (10/5): Convenient place with amazing hosts - This spacious studio apartment is located in a safe neighborhood on the outskirts of Palermo. It is clean and flooded with natural light. The kitchen is well equipped for short stays, WiFi is good and there is plenty of storage space. The bed is comfortable and there is even a small desk for using a laptop. There's a mini market right across the street and a great, reasonably priced restaurant called Los Remanseros about 100m away. The hosts are extremely warm and friendly. They kept in regular contact with me before and during my stay. They were kind enough to store my luggage in a secure place after I checked out. I highly recommend this apartment. Can be slightly noisy at night due to lack of double glazing.
