• Dmitrii (8/5): Nice milan appartment - Good house amenities and I like that everything works there, nice bed and helpful host The handles on the shelves at waist level are extremely sharp. My girlfriend and I both cut—or scratched—ourselves on them, completely independently of one another.

• YOKO (10/5): 良かった！またミラノに来たら泊まりたいです - とても綺麗で必要なものが揃っていました。 コーヒーや紅茶も置いてあり、嬉しかったです。 チェックイン方法が少し分かりにくくて困りましたが、すぐにオーナーが親切に対応してくれたので、問題なかったです。

• Fjona (10/5): Great, I’d pick this place again - It was located in a great area, super safe and lively, very close to the metro station (less than 10 min walk and only 2 stops away from Duomo). There were a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive. There was a Wifi name and password on the table in the room but the name was not correct, therefore I couldn’t connect to wifi. I should have written to the host but I didn’t so I cannot blame him for that, as overall the whole experience was very good. I would just recommend that the paper in the room with Wifi name and password is updated 😊

• Paolo (8/5): - Posizione ottima, raggiungibile comodamente coi mezzi pubblici Struttura semplice, accogliente, con tutto l’essenziale. Bagno non tanto agevole in quanto piccolo e anche la doccia di conseguenza. Unico neo è il signore delle pulizie che, per quanto molto gentile, ha iniziato a pulire l’alloggio attiguo alle 8 di mattina con l’aspirapolvere… magari potevo riposare un’oretta in più.

• Canaj (7/5): Kompetenter Personal, zentraler Lager und sehr saubere Wohnung - Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, alles lief wie ich mir vorgestellt habe, ich hab alles gehabt was ich in dem Moment gebraucht habe, Gian Marco war immer jederzeit verfügbar sogar Nachts und antwortete sofort auf meine Nachrichten und Ugo war extrem hilfsbereit, er hat viele Tipps gegeben wie ich die Sehenswürdigkeiten am einfachsten erreiche und bin so glücklich nach Hause gekommen, beim nächsten Mal weiß ich Bescheid wo ich übernachten werde. Schöne Grüße aus Berlin :)

• Ana (8/5): Confortável - Boa localização, perto de transportes. Confortável. WC com bidé e aquecimento. Bons equipamentos na kitchenette, café, chá e biscoitos. Cabides para pendurar a roupa, aquecimento. Foi-nos dito que tínhamos pequeno-almoço incluído na nossa reserva, mas o café que o alojamento tem acordo para tomarmos o pequeno-almoço esteve fechado na semana em que estivemos hospedados e não nos avisaram, o que foi bastante inconveniente. Não tínhamos Wi-Fi. Por alguma razão, não nos aparecia a rede para conectar sequer.
• Graziano (7/5): A nostro agio, ma, avremo gradito un breakfast vero. - Camera e letto confortevoli. Doccia ottima. In omaggio un sacchetto di risotto alla milanese. Il breakfast è praticamente inesistente (capsule per farsi il caffè e qualche mini biscottino a disposizione): abbiamo preso solo i biscotti e poi fatto colazione fuori. Il bidet era scomodo perché è troppo vicino alla parete di sinistra.
• Benedetta (10/5): Famiglia di 4, soggiorno di una notte - Camera nuova e pulita, angolo cottura ben fornito e comodo e proprietario disponibile. Posizione buona, in una bella zona e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro M3 che in poco tempo portava a tutti i luoghi di interesse.

• Giulia (9/5): - Praticamente tutto. Soprattutto il quartiere residenziale e la via super tranquilla e piena di locali e la vicinanza alla metro ( dieci minuti da crocetta, linea M 3 ). Ci hanno accolto con una confezione di riso alla milanese e in camera c è la macchinetta Nespresso con le capsule,la moka con una confezione di macinato,un frigo silenzioso,piano ad induzione,pentole, microonde...tutto per cucinare insomma!!! Il wifi non funzionava e l aria condizionata scaldava poco. Ma il termosifone funzionava benissimo,compreso lo scalda asciugamano,quindi niente di rilevante.

• Carla (1/5): Pessima soluzione - Nulla Non sono potuta entrare , perché fuori la porta dell'appartamento non c'era ila tastiera per digitare il codice per prelevare la chiave di accesso all'appartamento, c'era una specie di cassettina vecchissima senza alcuna tastiera , ho provato a chiamare tante volte il numero cellulare di riferimento ma non mi ha risposto mai nessuno, l'unica contatto era per messaggio, ma quando ho precisato che non c'era la tastiera per digitare il codice e prelevare la chiave a quel punto nessuno mi ha risposto,.ho aspettato ma non ho avuto alcuna risposta e sono andata via ..... pessimo servizio , vorrei che booking mi risarcisca almeno l'importo pagato, nonché il disagio di aver dovuto trovare all'ultimo momento un'altra struttura e di aver speso soldi più volte per il taxi perché ho perso tempo ed ero in forte ritardo....

• Cielo (10/5): Tranquilidad ed piacevole - Ci siamo trovati totalmente soddisfatti, tutto molto vicino, ci sono tantissimi negozi, ristoranti, ed zona tranquillissima, metropolitana molto vicina era eravamo vicino al Duomo ☺️. Siamo stati veramente molto contente super consigliato. Il signore delle pulizie un poco arrogante

Pulizia dei locali Avendo già felicemente soggiornato in precedenza nella struttura ho notato questa volta una certa trascuratezza. Wifi: non presente benché previsto. Dispenser sapone nel bagno vuoto. Detersivo piatti vuoto. Presenza di busta dal contenuto ignoto nel reparto ghiaccio del frigo.

• Yumi (2/5): Inconsiderate - 冷蔵庫がある。 There was a fake Wi-Fi ID and password on a piece of paper in the room. I couldn't connect so I asked, and they told me the real Wi-Fi ID and password. For two days in a row, the water changed from hot to cold when I took a shower. I caught a cold after washing my hair with cold water. When the boiler company contacted me, they said they would call me back, but they just ignored me. It's the worst.

• Stephen (10/5): Amazing Stay In A Gem Of A Property - This gem of a property ticks all the boxes and then some. The location is quiet and safe, plenty of bars and restaurants close by and within a 5 minute walk to the metro which is only two stops away from the Duomo. The apartment has the quietest lift I’ve ever been in. The apartment was clean, the facilities excellent and the bed very comfortable The First Class Host Gian is Efficient, Helpful and professional. We would Highly recommend a stay this property for an amazing Holiday in Milan Couldn’t Fault A Thing !

• Linda (10/5): The room was perfect for a few nights. - It has every you need in the room. Like a studio apartment. Kitchen has utensils, mini fridge microwave oven. Has combined washer/dryer for our use. Location had restaurants right outside of the apartment building. Little walking to some attractions. Or taxi and Uber available. I personally would have like to be closer to the Duomo.
