- David (7/5): The house was extremely convenient being located right next door to parents personal home in Ventnor - Right next door to Parents personal home. House could have been cleaner. Many cob webs! Kitchen bench looked as though it had been wiped with a greasy cloth given the streak marks. One of the toilet bowls was not totally clean.
Bedding underlay looked as though it had not been washed or dry cleaned for a long time. Removed it from the mattress and place a blanket over the mattress instead.
Having ran a holiday accommodation business in the past for may years, we believe that the cleaning of the premises was not up to scratch.

- Vitali (5/5): Disappointing. - The location is good, and the house is spacious with two toilets and two showers, good BBQ, and a nice outside seating area. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need. Large backyard. The whole process of booking was very strange and felt unfair as the property is managed and rented by Obrien Real Estate, which charges the money directly with a surcharge and not through booking (so the price on booking.com is not the actual price). They also want a deposit of 500$(!!!) + a 5$ surcharge which is not returned, seems like I paid double fees- both to booking.com and to Obrien Real Estate.
The property was very dusty in most places, general surfaces were clean but everything else wasn't cleaned in a very long time, including windows, mirrors etc... you can see the attached pictures.
lots of cobwebs everywhere, Beds are squicking horribly from the slightest move and the mattress wasn't comfortable. Phone signal is very weak and there is no wifi (??), some of the lights were not working.
The property has lots of the owner's private stuff "hidden" in the robes...
Good maintenance is required in the house. We were expecting a lot more for the money.
