• Thi (1/5): BAD PEOPLE, DO BUSINESS FOR MONEY ONLY, NEVER COME BACK WITH YOUR DEARS - The location if far from the station. In a UNSECURED area. The host is ALWAYS TYPING IN Japanese. They don't even BOTHER adding Google translate English INTO any piece of communication.. When guest ask in English they always answer in Japanese. When guests needs their help they will not be able to support due to their limitation in English and friendliness. They are INCAPABLE property management dealing with Foreigner Customers. I forgot my suitcase. When the cleaner comes to prepare for the next guest, they left my suitcase on the street, in front of the house next to the rubbish bin. They called it "STORE my Suitcase". THey did not helping any assistance in finding it even there is camera in front of the bin. They just want to run away with your money. NEVER COME BACK. NOT secure for overseas customer with KIDS. SEE MY PHOTOS OF HOUSE MY LUGGAGE STORED ON STREET AND MY $500 BOOKING WORTH
