Le garage juste au dessous de l’appartement L’appartement très propre , spacieux avec 2 salles de bains La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Paolo
• Rainer (8/5): Komfortable große Wohnung in guter Citylage. - Geräumige Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist ruhig zum Innenhof des Hauses gelegen Sehr zentrale Lage. Dom und Scala sind zu Fuß in 10 min. erreichbar. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist Gold wert. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten liegt an der Straßenseite. Die Geräuschkulisse dadurch ist sehr laut, auch nachts.

• Theo (10/5): Paolo is a top host and was very very quick to respond when I had any questions for him. - Location was perfect as we were within walking distance of the main square. Also convenient to then to talk a walk the blue canal where we met with other fans before going off to watch the game. No real negatives to report.

• Andrew (9/5): Fantastic apartment, well located, and very well equipped. Recommended. - Great location, and well equipped apartment. Very handy for both the train station and central Milan, with a Metro station and a tram stop pretty much right outside. Quiet area with a handful of bars and cafes. The host was very helpful and polite. A nice late check out too. In the second bedroom the street noise was noticeably worse than the master bedroom.

• Saad (10/5): - Everything was perfect, clean, and the location was about 17min walking to the Duomo. I recommend this place fir rent. There was a lot of mosquitos in the apartment, I think it’s because the building is surrounding with a lot of trees, but the owner need to spray the place before.

Close to many restaurants, tram and metro just a few steps away. You have to visit Biancolatte, an amazing ice cream place just 350 meters from the apartment.

I arrived 3 hours behind the time that I promised and yet, the host Paolo greeted me with a warm smile, helped me with the luggage and walked with me to the apartment and showed me around. It was 21:30 when I finally reached. I haven’t experienced this kind of patience and hospitality from any property owner in over 3 decades of travel to Europe. Nothing.

• Lee (10/5): Spacious, comfy and convenient place for anyone travelling to Milan - The host was really nice and the whole property was very big with 2 rooms suitable for 4-5 people in total, making the whole experience very comfy. The location was also close to all major tourist spots and good restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for the price. It's a bit difficult to find the way in.

The location is fantastic and there is a parking space underground, though it is a tight squeeze in anything but a small vehicle. The apartment locks/unlocks with an app, which was very convenient as we arrived late at night. The location is walkable to everything, which made it unnecessary to use our car while in Milan. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained, and one bedroom has a private balcony.

• Ford (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! Close to the Turati Metro stop between Milano Centrale and the Duomo - very convenient! Paolo was a great host - very communicative and quick to respond to all of our questions. This location was also steps away from a great (and safe) park to run in. The park also had lots of things for kids and a museum of paleontology.

He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of five, including three college aged sons. It is as described and as large as pictured. Location is great - about equal walking distance between the historic parts of Milan and the Central train station. We definitely recommend!

• Maurice (10/5): Our three night stay at the apartment was very good. Paolo the host could not have been easier to h - This was my first visit to Milan. The location is excellent, and the apartment is in a block with its own garden courtyard and security manned gate. In the city centre with easy access to the Metro and Milan's amazing trams. The Duomo and La Scala are in easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious, two bathrooms (one en-suite), close to some very good restaurants. Once you have got the hang of the digital security key to the apartment, it is a very secure place to stay.

The apartment building has a gorgeous outdoor lobby with many trees. The access process was a little complicated, requiring use of an app. However, once we figured it out, it was totally easy.

Spacious beautiful rooms, high ceilings, well equipped kitchen, great bathrooms, great renovation. This is truly amazing how big the apartment is given its location! Lots of restaurants around. I was also working full day in the apartment - super reliable wifi and nice background for video calls. Clear instructions on check in sent in advance - no issues here. Very quiet master bedroom. Definitely booking it again when back to Milano. Since it is center of the city, it can be noisy in the other bedroom with separate beds, but absolutely something to be expected when you choose to live in downtown in Milano. Just take it into account.

Owner is very helpful and contacts in advance to try help making accessibility smoother navigating to the car parking location is difficult, the street name(if any) for parking is different from the accomodation name.Getting luggages up needed some work

It would have been nice to have a small container of milk to make coffees and tea as it was inconvenient to find a food store when we arrived.

• Daniel (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Fabulous building withs a nice garden. Great guest. Very big and nice appartement. Beds confortables. Hot water had low pressure especially in kitchen. Noisy street especially for those who slept street side but the guest assured us to fix it very soon.
