- Ariful (8/5): - The staff is amazing and a good human being.

- Romero (10/5): - Absolutely loved our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was spotless. I'll be back! Everything was good
- Elena (3/5): - Great location and nice pool The hostel was more like an apartment, toilet mixed gender and shared with many people, toilet and kitchen dirty, beds were very creaky

- Aravintharaj (10/5): - A great stay at the heart of Kuala Lumpur!
I had an incredible experience staying at this property in Kuala Lumpur. Its central location is a major plus, as I was able to walk to most of the popular tourist spots, saving both time and money on transportation.
The host, Mr. Sojun, truly made my stay exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. His hospitality is a testament to the excellent service provided here.
The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed with the stunning balcony view, which offered a beautiful panorama of the city. The availability of a pantry and a working table made the room feel very functional and homey.
Overall, I found this stay to be excellent value for money. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur who wants a comfortable, convenient, and affordable experience with a wonderful host.
- Patterson (3/5): - The picture doesn’t look like the rooms, they charge you to clean the bed sheets they give you. I seen him come in and ‘clean’ he didn’t change the pillow case or bedsheet for the next person he just folded it up. It was a shared bathroom which I don’t mind but there was water everywhere the floors where soaking water all over the toilet and sink
- Dorian (2/5): I was extremely on top of this hostel, the worst I have ever tried, a total lack of respect from the people in my room, -
- Shariful (9/5): Dorm for Solo Traveller - I liked the location and facilities provided by them. Tho location attracts me more, you can go easily to KLCC by walking, and to Kampung Baru to enjoy malay food.
Mr. Sujon, who care takes the property is very cooperative. You can ask him whatever you need.
And, on the ground floor there are couple of super stores and cafe to enjoy and get the necessary items.
- Karima (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very good and the staff was nice
- Ahmadirq (7/5): Good - Friendly and helpful staff. They are available all the time with a smile. Sometimes guests leave their belongings in the bathroom, like a toothbrush or shaving razor. Bunker beds could be stronger. If you are in the lower one you could feel the bed shaking when the guest above just turn.

- Kelly (8/5): Good value for the money - The woman is very nice ! Very helpful and answered so fast ! Bathroom are not than clean and toilet and shower together and only 2 available so it’s could be annoying
- Nikhil (9/5): Superb -
- Zdenka (8/5): Very good - Very close to the towers, beautiful view from balcony, very nice stuff :) Stinky bathroom
- Essam (1/5): مكان سئ جدا - My Adidas Original shoes worth $250 were stolen and the shoes were not returned and they refused more than once to return the cameras and I cancelled the rest of the reservation and they refused to refund the remaining amount of 1000 Malaysian Ringgit
- Elya (8/5): Very good -
- Phoebe (8/5): Very good -
- Muhd (10/5): Event - The facility so near to KLCC make us easy to walk just to go there
- Marshal (7/5): Good -
- Sylwia (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend - It was quiet Overcrowded, wasn’t aware it’s an apartment turned into hostel, 2 bathrooms, long wait.
Overall not clean.
- Amir (8/5): It is worth it - Isha, the host, she was perfect
- Suha (7/5): Good - The balcony view was quite good...overall is good if you are looking for affordable and comfortable place for a short stay😊👍 Should place more seats at the balcony
- Maria (1/5): Not recommended for solo travelers - Nothing, the location is fine, but there are plenty of hostels in that area It’s not a hostel, it’s an apartment with just 2 bathrooms and toilets (combined).
It is very run down and it’s extremely dirty. Bathrooms most probably have not been cleaned in months, kitchen table is dirty, bed sheets are stained.
The common are and bedrooms smell of cigarettes as there are always people smoking on the balcony with the door open.
They make you take off your shoes at the entrance, thus the kitchen area smells of dirty feet and cigarets.
It’s very cold, they are blasting the AC at 15 degrees. It was so cold I could not sleep and the AC was blasting in my head. I had to sleep with my sweatshirt on, with the hood over my head.
They give you a blanket, but no sheet for the blanket, which I find disgusting.
It doesn’t feel safe. They keep the front door open, outsiders (friends of the people who work there) come in all the time, the rooms don’t walk. Your belongings could easily disappear.
This was the first time in my life that I asked what’s the easiest way to get to the airport and I just got: there are many ways. Usually people at reception go above and beyond to brief you on the attractions, where to eat… do not expect this in this “hostel”.
And above all, it does not have a vibe, people aren’t socializing, there are no activities. Yet it’s noisy, because when people talk in the kitchen you can hear them from everywhere.
Just save yourself and book a normal hostel, go and enjoy KL.
- Rana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything alright I like to much ♥️ swimming pool very nice 😊 I really enjoy there Staff is so rude Qasim ☹️

- Bruna (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and really all you need if you’re only looking for a place to sleep
- Jade (1/5): Would NOT recommend!! - Disgusting. Recommend not booking this 'hostel'. It is not a hostel. Just a dirty apartment where they put weak bunkbeds in the rooms. Only 2 most disgusting bathrooms for all the people staying there. Was always smelling like molt. The guy who had to manage the 'hostel' was on the balcony with his friends every night, couldn't sleep from all the noise they made. the next day the balcony was full of trash. Just recommend not staying here and choosing a nice social hostel.
- Zakaullah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Garcia (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at KLCC dorm mercu summer suite and was thoroughly impressed with the hostel’s amenities. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The hostel itself was clean, organized, and comfortable, with air conditioned rooms and private bathrooms. The manager super friendly.
- Mina (7/5): Good -
- Merve (10/5): Best location - Everything was good, the staff was very kind, location was great
- Celestial (3/5): I did not like my stay. - The host was great. The bathroom. The room odor.
- Khan (7/5): Overall Good, best value for money - Location and Rates Gym
- Zakaria (8/5): Very good -
- Hw (7/5): Good -
- Asma (9/5): Superb - Very good location
- Dioné (8/5): Reasonable, nice accommodation for travelers in KL. - The staff were very helpful and the hostel is in a good location within walking distance to public transport. There is also a gym and swimming pool available which makes for a really enjoyable stay. Space is a little limited for big luggage.
- Sriraj (6/5): Pleasant -
- Hassan (7/5): Good - The location is great, close to everything! The staff are friendly and helpful but I arrived very early in the morning around 6 am. I was a bit disappointed because it was really difficult to contact the staff to get my luggage . I waited in the lobby for four hours and I didn't want to waste the whole day. I suggest the hostel to receive guests luggage even though it's not the checking time yet. Most guests were disappointed because of this. The place is really clean , they provided tea, coffee and water. You have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter the property. All in all, a good place to stay but they need to improve their service especially receiving guests as soon as they arrive. I didn't like the moment I arrived the staff who answered my text suggested me to wait. I was begging him to get at least my luggage 🧳and go ahead with my day. I was really disappointed I wasn't even planning to check in early. I also don't like the noise on the balcony, people get drunk, smoking and scream, sometimes strangers come to join the drinking circle which makes it unsafe. Some guests I was with complained about this already.
- Abdul (9/5): Superb -
- Baloch (10/5): Exceptional - everything was good 👍 specially host Qasim who was very nice and friendly. helped everyone alot.
- Mpologoma (10/5): Exceptional - The recieption is so kind
Both sam and cheng are just incredible Nothing
- Tiffany (1/5): Bad -
- Kevin (5/5): Passable - Location, pool No room to move
- Nida (9/5): Superb - Staff very good and friendly ☺️
- Bathla (10/5): Exceptional - The friendly staff specially Sam property manager I am chill with that guys in night he help me a lot to figure out my travel plan . Vibes of the place is also good.
- Gesh (4/5): Disappointing - Nice view, convenient location Bathroom smelt of urine and tobacco. Sometimes the common space smelt weird. Only 2 bathrooms for lots of people.
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great facilities including gym and swimming pool access, and a stunning balcony view of the city. Access is slightly confusing on arrival - the hostel is in an apartment in a massive tower - but after calling reception to let them know I’d arrived in the lobby everything ran very smoothly.
- Theresa (5/5): Fine for a short stay, not really good to bond with people - I really liked the lockers and small storage boxes by the beds. It was also practical that you could turn the power connection on or off at any time. Everything has a very strong shared apartment feel. Bathrooms could be cleaner (drier). They were almost constantly under water and everything was wet as soon as someone took a shower. There was also very little storage space in the bathrooms and only two for too many people. You often had to wait an hour to be able to shower. Unfortunately, the head of the dorm doesn't have the organization under control and you often have to call him several times or remind him that you need an early check-out for example. In that case he told me that he’s gonna be drinking and partying in the night and if he won‘t respond in the morning when i want to check out, I should just wake him up myself (he also sleeps in one of the rooms). So if you‘re searching for something reliable to stay at, this is not really the place. There also could be more events to get to know the other people better.
- Phuong (8/5): Very good -
- Madrim (9/5): Superb -
- Abu (2/5): Very poor -
- Vijaya (5/5): Bearable Stay, wouldn’t recommend it though - The hostel is located in a really good location and housing apartment. The view from the small balcony has views of the Sky bridge. As the name suggests it is really just a dorm more than a hostel. 4 dorm rooms with more than 25+ beds and 2 bathrooms/ toilets that are located outside the dorm. There’s no common area to chill or just be. The worst part is that AC is turned on in the dorms from 10 pm to 8am and otherwise there is no ventilation in the dorm, gets very stuffy. Plus the kitchen or entrance area has a weird smell. Wouldn’t stay here if I visit KL again.
- Abdullah (10/5): The Best Experience - I absolutely love living at this dorm! The facilities are top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms and great common areas. The best part is the host, Sam. He's incredibly welcoming and always goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend this place.
- Lanh (3/5): I didn’t have a good experience at all. - Good location It’s not really clean. The staff isn’t much caring
- Chandra (7/5): Good -
- Luqman (10/5): Exceptional - Sam thank you bro for everything.

Thanks bro 🙌
- Aherne (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kristina (8/5): Excellent location, homely, cozy atmosphere, gorgeous swimming pool and gym. - An excellent location for those who want to immerse themselves in the heart of the city, conveniently accessible by transport and also walking. The building itself has everything you need, shops, cafes. Very comfortable, bright, new gym and swimming pool, which are included in the price. The hostel itself is cozy, compact, there is not much space, but for the price it is more than justified. The linen is fresh, the baths are small and most often with an abundance of hair and puddles, but it is the responsibility of the residents themselves to clean up after themselves. The men's and women's baths are the same, there are only two of them, but there were no queues. Special thanks to Sam for his ease of communication, responsiveness, and creation of a homely, simple atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable around each other! I recommend it to those who especially come to Kuala Lumpur for the first time. Somehow ask residents to keep things clean, maybe put up additional signs, or have staff walk through the common area on their own every couple of hours. Often, dirty food dishes were left on the table with yesterday's rice, or an ashtray with cigarette butts was left uncleaned for a long time.
- Siqi (10/5): Exceptional - Good atmosphere
- Bohra (8/5): Very good - The location is near to city centre Everything was good considering the value for money.
Only AC working time in individual dormitory is restricted to few hours which should be removed.
- Cristy (10/5): Friendly Staff - They are accommodating and very helpful especially Sam. He assisted us on our very late check-in. None
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional -
- นันนี่ (9/5): Superb -
- Azzeddine (8/5): Very good -
- Isabel (8/5): Very good - Location dirty
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - Always my favourite place to stay if ever I’m in KL superb accommodation, friendly hosts =total satisfaction
- Sufyan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katarína (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in the center for a very reasonable price, a lot of facilities within the property. Very kind and helpful staff
- Eloise (2/5): Not for female solo travellers - The location I did not like staying here so I checked out early to stay somewhere else. There were mostly older men staying here and the man running in the hostel was not friendly, so being a female solo traveller I felt very out of place and uncomfortable. It had a very strange feel not like any other hostel I have stayed in, I couldn’t see any socialising. The towel I was provided was like a dish cloth (microfibre and bobbly - photo attached).
- Thais (10/5): Exceptional - The cleaning, calm place, good structure. The Sam is a good staff, I liked everything when I stayed there.
- Quynh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kwai (10/5): Had an amazing stay, helpful and friendly staff a great place to make new friends will definitely be come back - Next to twin towers, many shopping centres , restaurants and metro. All a few minutes walking distance. It also has two grocery stores and a restaurant within the building.
- Mohamed (8/5): Very good -
- Faisal (10/5): Exceptional - Staff is very friendly and supportive.
- Nadine (8/5): Cheap and cheerful. Does the job. - Staff are very friendly. Showers are hot. Access to the swimming pool and gym. A few shops in the lobby which is handy. Close to Quill shopping centre and the monorail. They do your laundry within a couple hours, washer and dryer used. There are no curtains on the beds. The lights on the bed are way too bright, you need to cover them with an item of clothing. Bathrooms need more cleaning. Only 2 bathrooms between about 20 people, if at capacity.
- Saeed (9/5): Excellent - I like location and family friendly atmosphere value of money, gem, summing pool two geroseriy stor in lobby waking distance to twins tower 😄 n city center Nothing
- Wei (8/5): Very good - The location is great, and there are a few convenience shops below the condo. The staff are helpful. The A/C is timed from 10 pm to 8 am. There are only two bathrooms shared among 20+ people.
- Affy (6/5): Pleasant - Location No towels
- Pansy (8/5): Very good - Comfortable
Good location Car park is expensive.
- Manjit (10/5): I liked this hostel very much. - In the staff there. There was a boy named Sam.His nature was very good.He has a lot of knowledge about the local area. And he helped me a lot in this as it was my first time in Malaysia. And I found a lot more friends there. And I even met the hostel owner once He is also a very nice person.
