• Stewart (8/5): Nice apartment - Lovely apartment near Shute harbour. There are ferries going from Shute harbour but most of the things we had arranged were from Airlie Beach early morning so had to rely on taxis as it was before the bus service started. If we had realised, we would have hired a car. Not having a car and our itinerary not working with the bus service
• Shirley (7/5): - it's a nice place with a beautiful view Appart that the chair cushion and mattress need to be replaced. We stayed for 6 days but were only provided with not even 4 day supplies. There is no reception staff on site. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the many stairs. There are also quite a lot of "do and don't ". $$$ Felt like an ATM. Extra information PARKING: Free street parking is available in the cul-de-sac. Please DO NOT park in driveways. If no street parking is available, you may use the Permit Zone (front or rear to the curb). A Parking Permit is provided inside your unit. Non-urgent call out request: 9:00am – 3:00pm = $65 3:00pm – 7:00pm = $75 7:00pm – 10:00pm = $90 10:00pm – 9:00am = $125 Extra cost Linen Change: (Choose Per Bed) -King Bed: $20 -Queen Bed: $20 -Single Bed: $15 Bathroom Linen Refresh: $20 per bathroom -Includes bath towels, face washers, bathmat, and hand towel. • Leonardo (10/5): - Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super cozy and has everything you need. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean is absolutely beautiful — it makes you not want to leave. The location is about 20 minutes by car or bus from Airlie Beach town centre, which is perfect if you’re looking for peace and relaxation. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much for having us!

• Hayley (9/5): Superb - Such a beautiful, tranquil place. So peaceful & quiet. Didn’t see or hear another person except the owner occasionally pottering around the garden. Stunning views. Very thoughtful little extras included - pool towels, pool floaties, books in your room & a 2-pk biscuits to have with your coffee! No access from accommodation to the water below 😔

• Lorrae (7/5): Relaxing, well accommodated for stay, in a tropical setting. - Good size room, very clean, cooling was sufficient. The patio overlooking pool and pool were great. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, or explore the garden and beach beyond. Too many steps to get up and down to apartment, especially with bags. There is no rail leading down steep driveway, to get to the first walkway to apartment. It is very dangerous. Plus water was running across the pathway to unit, that made it very slippery.

• Astara (10/5): Magical blissful stay - The view, the room, the location! I loved that it was a little out of town as it was so peaceful and worked well as we brought food to cook and eat on the balcony. The scenery was amazing and the view was so magical!!!. Best sunrise I think I have seen. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and we loved the pool! This was exactly what my husband & I needed as a space to bliss out our nervous systems. Thankyou I would have loved some art work of nature of the area or landscape art. But I am an artist and that is just a side note. That room furniture was lovely and the aqua walls.

• Maxim (7/5): Beautiful views and surroundings in a remote location - you will want to have a car - An amazing view from the room overlooking palm trees and the bay with some yachts moored. Spectacular sunrise every morning. Peaceful surroundings. Nice pool, relaxing. The staff were friendly and tried to make our stay more comfortable. Location is very remote. This means peaceful and pristine, but if you don't have a car, you're going to regret your decision. There is a bus, but it only runs until about 6PM. After that you'll need to find a taxi costing 30-35AUD. The bed was well worn and too soft for our liking. Also, in our opinion a genuine duvet cover would have been better than 2 sheets with the duvet sandwiched inside. Our coffee machine malfunctioned and even though we managed to communicate this to the hosts, it was unfortunately not fixed during our stay.

• Neil (8/5): Peaceful and Relaxing - Location is excellent. Shute Harbour is away from the tourist hustle in Airlie. Minor Maintenance issues that could have been sorted if previous guests had reported them.
• Jodie-lee (10/5): It really was bliss! - That view, being able to lay in bed, or sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise...no wonder they call it Baybliss. Accommodation had everything you need, cutlery and crockery, towels and the chocolates were a nice touch. Having a car made it easy to travel to and from Airlie Beach and being outside of the hustle made it a much more relaxing stay. Not much you can do about this, but the insulation is not great, so be prepared to hear some neighbour noise. But everyone was really considerate.

• Kiara (7/5): Beside the parking and the thin walls we loved the apartment very much and highly recommend staying! - Loved the view!! So much better than the photos shown. And it is a bit of a drive away from everything but the drive was so pretty and peaceful. The batteries in the remote didn’t work and we emailed requesting new ones, they next day they had replaced them while we were out. Very fast and helpful service. The parking was shocking, only free parking was in a cul-de-sac on the street and it was rare to find a park as we had to share with other properties and people camped in travel vans which should not be allowed due to such a small amount of parks for paying visitors. The walls are very thin, we heard the neighbours constantly and the loud doors when they open and close. Plus trying to be quiet all the time for privacy and consideration of the neighbours.
• Sharon (8/5): Lovely location and position looking over the water. - Details emailed through for location of keys and codes. Had difficulty with the property management business who unfortuately gave our room details to another person staying who walked in. We were unable to go out that evening due to our room being unsecuried and the property management service advised no one was available to fix the issue till the next day or Monday. On the Sunday the owners of the unit contacted us directly and fixed the issue within an hour of them being notified. Very unprofessional service from the management business but owners were superb. Unfortunately missed one night in Whitsunday due to management incompentises - we have not heard from the manager of this business even with me asking for them to contact me. Once again once the owners knew they fixed!
