• George (9/5): Тихо. Комфортно . Безпечно. Затишно,як в дома. - Дуже спокійний і тихий район міста. Практично без руху автотранспорту. Неделако від помешкання є гілка метро,трамвай до центра міста і інший громадський транспорт. Є декілька маркетів. Зручно і тихо. Особисто мені не вистачило кімнатних капців , але треба відмітити теплу підлогу.

• FIRAT (7/5): Bazı ufak tefek eksikler tamamlanırsa özellikle WiFi problemi çözülürse çok daha yüksek puanları hak eder. - Otoparkı olması. Yeni bina olması. Fiyatının uygun olması WiFi neredeyse hiç çekmiyordu. Yedek yastık yorgan çarşaf vs yoktu. Yorganlar küçüktü üşüdük.
• Diana (5/5): Nicht bekommen was ich gebucht hatte, bei Mängel keine Reaktion vom Vermieter - Die Lage ist super, Nähe zum nächsten Markt und zur nächsten U-Bahn Station sind höchstens 10 gemütliche Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Filterkaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Wasserkocher. Leider habe ich nicht die Wohnung bekommen, die ich gebucht hatte. Gemietet war eine Wohnung mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer. Doch gab es nur ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, in dem ein Bett stand. Desweiteren verfügt die Wohnung über außen Jalousien. Von den 4 Fenstern ging nur eine Jalousie im Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer blieb den ganzen Tag dunkel. Was auch blöd ist, dass diese Jalousien bei jedem Windstoß klappern! Und wenn man da die Jalousien nicht hochfahren kann, ist an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war ok, bis ich die Kehrgarnitur unter der Spüle voller Haare fand. Einfach nur ekelhaft. Ameisen sind auch in der Wohnung. Es hielt sich noch in Grenzen, aber sie sind da. Einen Besen oder Putzmittel gibt es nicht. Die Küche ist sehr sparsam eingerichtet. Alte, kleine fettige Pfannen und nur kleine Töpfe. Zum Kochen für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. Meine Mängel zwecks des fehlenden Zimmers und der defekten Jalousien wurden vom Vermieter einfach ignoriert. Leider keine Reaktion darauf. Ich kann die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen, schon garnicht, wenn man mit 4 Personen reist.

• Kohl (10/5): Einfach schön und bequem, die U-Bahn ist 3 Minuten entfernt und man ist in 10 Minuten mitten in WIen - Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Der kleine Garten ist sehr angenehm wenn man mit einem Haustier reist- einfach spitze ! Leider sind einige Vorgänger nicht so pfleglich mit dem Eigentum anderer umgegangen- ein Schubladenblende war abgerissen, für uns war das jedoch nicht schlimm- ist einfach nur schade ! Gerne werde ich hier wieder buchen ! Wir waren nicht in der Lage, Nachrichten zu schauen- alle Bezahlprogramme sind aber vorhanden !

Supermarkt in der Nähe 4. Ruhige Vorstadtlage. 5. Gut von der Autobahn aus zu erreichen. Negativ: 1. Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung trotz Neubau. 2. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern mödriger Geruch 3. Freuchte Wände & an zwei Stellen schwarzer Schimmel!!! Hier wurde z.T. nur Farbe drüber gespüht! 4. Defekter Fön 5. Jalousien defekt, Motor läuft zwar, aber geht weder auf noch zu. 6. Trotz Meldung der Schimmelbildung unsererseits ausser einer knappen Antwortmail keine Reaktion. 7. Es fehlt ein Kofferbock & Schrank für Klamotten zum aufhängen.

• Hanzhi (6/5): A poorly maintained apartment with visible damage, not worth the price. - Free parking, quiet neighbourhood. We stayed at this property recently and were quite disappointed with the overall quality of the accommodation. While the location was decent and check-in went smoothly, the condition of the interior left a lot to be desired. One of the most noticeable issues was the bathroom door, which was damaged and poorly maintained. The edge of the door had peeling laminate, exposing unfinished wood. It gave the space a neglected and unprofessional feel, not what you would expect from a paid rental. In general, the apartment felt tired and not well cared for. For the price, we expected much better maintenance and attention to detail. This stay did not meet the standard advertised on the listing. Would not recommend unless the property undergoes serious improvements.

• Yaryna (3/5): While the internet was good, the overall condition and cleanliness of the apartment did not meet expectations. - The internet connection was reliable and worked well. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. Some dishes and the freezer were not clean, and the sponge for washing dishes was unusable. There were no extra trash bags provided. The dishwasher was out of order, some of the kitchen furniture was damaged, and the sinks in the bathroom and toilet were not properly cleaned. The wardrobe was also broken and not well maintained.

Only 2 dishwasher tablets Jalousies in bedroom and balcony door were broken which is important to keep the sun out on hot days. No laundry detergent.
• Silvija (10/5): - Komforan i topao apartman u mirnom kraju kao sto je u opisu. Tople vode je bilo u bilo kom trenutku. Kuhinja je opremljena neophodnim elementima, sobe sa udobnim ležajevima.. Metro i prodavnice su na 5 minuta hoda a parking ispred zgrade. Vlasnik brzo odgovara na poruke. Tople preporuke za apartman!

• Deniel (8/5): Great for money, but a bit more to be desired - Close to the metro, a very modern apartment, free parking and relatively quiet neighbors. Great water pressure, comfortable beds, and very spacious rooms. Overall really good for the money. The apartment floor wasn't cleaned (was dusty and a bit dirty), the walls were very smudged, the shower temperature knob was broken but operable. The apartment could have been outfitted with more basic things (handkerchief, rugs for the floor and bathroom, etc.). Also one of the bedrooms had bed lamps but no actual power outlets for it😆 Nothing annoying but it was funny. Pics attached for the above mentioned^

• Kamila (9/5): - The apartment is really nice and very warm, we loved separate bathroom and toilet and two separate bedrooms. The localization is perfect, very quiet neighborhood and only 2 minutes on foot to the supermarket and maximum 5 to the metro station U1 which goes directly to the center of Vienna. Individual parking lot was also a huge advantage. The check in and out were super easy, before that we got instructions from the owner. I also really appreciate the concern and all the messages I got asking about our stay. It was a short stay but we felt really taken care of. Thank you for making our stay in Vienna more enjoyable!

Metro 3 minuty chůze . Vše ok. Trochu se hýbala a vrzala postel a trochu špinavé zdi . Ale nic hrozného .navíc to stejně udělali asi návštěvníci .

The electric socket is not fixed in the kitchen, kettle takes ages to boil, the hair dryer wasn’t working. The place not really clean, there were many leftover stuff in the kitchen cupboard, I assumed from the previous occupants. There is no proper knife available to use.

• Hanneke (6/5): - The place of the apartment is great, close to stores and the metro. Unfortunately the apartment strongly smelled like cigarettes, including the bedding. As non-smokers this was quite off-putting. Additionally, the window blinds didn't work, meaning the rooms couldn't be darkened.
• Marcin (3/5): - Wynajęliśmy 2 apartamenty: jeden był w piwnicy, a drugi na 1 piętrze , w apartamentach były karaluchy, meble z pourywanymi frontami. Praktycznie zerowy kontakt z obsługą, musieliśmy prosić Booking o interwencję w sprawie kodu dostępu. Skrytki na klucze są zawieszone jak kłódki na płocie sąsiada z dużym spadkiem i krzakami jak kluczyk wypadnie przy wyjmowaniu to nie dostaniesz się do obiektu. Nie polecam !

• Ioana-Alexandra (3/5): A lot of mess - Quiet area There are a lot of things that should be redone at the accommodation — it’s full of ants everywhere, it’s dirty, and the dishes are very dirty. The biggest problem was the dirtiness. Plus, the terrace is completely ruined and very dirty as well.

Gosti nisu poštovali gde je njihovo parking mesto, tako da dva dana nismo imali svoje parking mesto. Bilo bi dobro da je gazda više obezbedio parking mesta, kako drugi ne bi mogli da se parkiraju na sva mesta.

• Krisztina (3/5): Deceiving pictures & offer - The location was ok - it was near the public transportation and store. The beds were comfortable. The parking space was already occupied when we arrived - and upon asking the owners what we should do - they suggested we go and look for the owners of the car and tell them to move their car. The shading system wasn't working, so we had 30 degrees in the apartment. There were 2 ventilators but they were dusty and of no use, only of waking up allergies. The balcony was very dirty and the chairs were falling apart.

• Wojciech (5/5): Good location for visitors comming by car, new building but apartment dirtly and not well maintain. - Short distance to subway and stores, free parking, 20 minutes by subway to the city center, size of apartment adequate for 4 people, quite area. The apartment in the description was supposed to have a balcony and garden view and it was on level -1 in view of the wall, mini terrace dirty and in front of the terrace planty of weeds and not cut grass. Dirt in the kitchen, burnt and old pans, stains in the drawers, damaged dishwasher and missing panel, dirty refrigerator, smelly and old sponge, lack of even 1 coffee filter. We had to clean the entire kitchen upon arrival to prepare a meal. In the bathroom, fungus between the tiles, bathroom curtain in terrible condition, lack of even 1 towel hook. Extra quilt with stains, damaged closet. No nets in the windows therefore planty of insects comming to the apartment which has no air condition. In general, it is a shame to offer such a dirty apartment and if some equipment does not work it is worth informing about this fact and offer compensation, especially when the price is as for a good hotel. Despite adding several pictures to my opinion, Booking doesn't publish it :-(

It’s in a really quiet and peaceful street, I honestly had the best sleep I’ve ever had in Vienna. So calm, fresh air this is just perfect. There’s also a private parking spot, which was very handy. The apartment owner was great and very quick to reply and gave clear instructions how to open doors. Everything went super smoothly. I totally recommend this place to anyone it’s just a 10/10. I would definitely stay here again! n/a all was great!
• Malgorzata (7/5): - Apartament miał wi-fi i obsługę bez personelu. Sprawna. Apartament wymaga gruntownego sprzątania. Nie działa zmywarka, szafa pęknięta. Sporo robaków, ale to dlatego, ze apartament w piwnicy o czym nie było wspomniane szybciej. Nie wrócę tam.

Per comodini abbiamo trovato 2 sedie pieghevoli che poi, essendo in sei, al momento di mangiare servivano per sederci. Non c'è modo di appendere neanche un asciugamano in bagno. Peraltro la dotazione è stata di un solo asciugamano a testa per mani, viso e tutto il resto ! Abbiamo trovato gomitoli di capelli e peli sul pavimento e residui di cibo sparsi in giro per casa. Insomma pulizia e comfort sono stati un miraggio. Rapporto qualità/prezzo inaccettabile !

Men vi fikk lov å ikke vaske opp, men samtidig var vi der 2 netter og måtte nok vaske opp allikevel...Ingen knagger for håndklær.

• Matjaz Nabergoj (10/5): - Quite new apartment, confortable even for six. Peaceful area. Free parking, ideal for those travelling by car - easy accesible from motorway. Metro station and shops short walking distance away. Polite and helpful (over messages) owner.
• Fatih (8/5): nice but there are some shortcomings - A clean house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. A supermarket, bakery, metro, and bus stops are just 250-300 meters away on foot. We parked our car at the house, and during our trip to Vienna never used it. * The apartment, advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, only had one bedroom. We bought it as two independent bedrooms, we were given wrong information about this and it was very annoying A sofa bed and a bed were placed in the living room, so two people had to sleep in the kitchen. * There were no closets or hangers, so we had to keep our bags open on the floor and leave our clothes on doorknobs, beds, and chairs wherever we could find them. * We rented two apartments, one of which had a ventilation problem and the coffee machine had no pot. * No wifi 1 day. We couldn't use the internet on our first night. After reporting it to the host, it was fixed the next day. * There's also no air conditioning, which can be a major problem during the summer months. We were there at the end of June or beginning of July, and it was really hot.there is only a fan * Finally, someone else had parked in the parking space allocated to us, even though we reported this, no action was taken and we parked our car on the street for one night. Since it was the weekend, we did not pay for parking on the street, but it could have been on another day and we were annoyed that they did not take any action. They gave us another parking space the next day.
• Jiri (3/5): - The location is definitely the best part of this stay – it’s in a quiet area, the metro station is just a few minutes away, and parking was easy and convenient. The apartment was disappointing in several aspects. The internet did not work during our stay, and the host kept repeating the same ineffective instructions without solving the problem or properly responding to messages. He didn’t even know where the router was. There was visible mold on the bedroom wall, which is a serious health concern. The bedroom blinds were broken. Check-in instructions were also confusing and unclear, making our arrival unnecessarily stressful. The location was fine, but the lack of basic functionality, cleanliness, and proper communication made this stay frustrating and not worth the money. I do not recommend this place until these issues are resolved. What made the experience worse was that the host explicitly demanded a perfect review and involved his family in pressuring us to leave only positive feedback. This kind of manipulation is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

• Monika (1/5): Tragedija - Nauja, tvarkinga. Klientų aptarnavimas lygus 0. Turėjom 2 apartamentus, tik vieni iš jų turėjo lauko durų raktą. Per skersvėjį užsitrenkė vieno iš butų durys su raktu viduje. Su savininku susisiekti pavyko tik po kurio laiko, telefonu neatsiliepė. Galų gale pasiūlė išsikviesti spynų meistrą už 80 eur… Tikrai turit tik 1 raktą..? :) ar norit pasipelnyti? Kitame apartamente nebuvo kondicionieriaus.

• Anna (10/5): - Cudowne, wyremontowane mieszkanie w super okolicy. Blisko do stacji metra. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzebne to miłego spędzenia czasu. Fajny parking. Duże auto może mieć problemy z parkowaniem, ale nasze kombi dało radę. Super kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam z całego serca!

Apartament la bază nou construit cu o mică grădină, foarte bun pentru 4 persoane. Curățenia, lenjerie de slabă calitate, cuptor defect, cafetiera fără filtru., camera nu a avut plasă pentru insecte.

• Sergiu (7/5): Great location, plenty of space. A deep cleaning service would do wonders! - The communication was great, location was really good and plenty of space for a family of 3. You got want you need to cook some quick food. There is a very close super market which helps a lot. Train station also very close. We were alocated an underground apartment and didn't feel that well about it. It had a nice garden but this meant more mosquitos. There were only pictures with apartments with balcony so we thought we booked that. I thought the apartment needed a more cleaning in my opinion, especially the floors and the toilet. I would have appreciated some cleaning products and a broom to sweep the floor from time to time.

• Jan (8/5): Kurztrip Wien - Preis-Leistung war sehr gut, es gibt noch Luft nach oben bezüglich kleinerer Reparaturen an der Ausstattung. Es war sauber und ordentlich! Die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-Bahn sind 3 min. fußläufig erreichbar.
• Elisabeth (6/5): Okay für ein Wochenende - Moderne Wohnung, funktionelle Einrichtung Keine Möglichkeit, anzuläuten. Klingeln vor dem Haus und direkt vor den Wohneinheiten waren defekt/ausgeschaltet. Möbel auf dem Balkon kaputt (Rattanmöbel zerbrochen).
• Artur1313 (6/5): - Parking przy budynku Był to jeden pokój (a nie dwa jak w opisie). Drugi pokój to po prostu kuchnia z wstawionym podwójnym łóżkiem i sofą.
