Es gab nur eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen, leider gibt es das in vielen Hotels, ich brauch meine eigene. Aber es gibt schlimmeres.

• Catalina (9/5): Wonderful stay in Naples! - It was excellent and spacious, comfortable and clean plus super close to all attractions and key areas including not far from the airport and port. The room has direct access to the terrace which is quite lovely to have a wine in. It might have way too many skylights with bright white light, but nothing that can’t be fixed by turning them off!

• Vito (10/5): The beating heart of Naples - Perfect position in the heart of Naples. Quiet area for resting and being in the main streets of Naples at the same time. Large room with an amazing terrace where to chill and grab a glass of wine with friends. Highly suggested. Nothing, all went great

• katrin (10/5): An oasis in the heart of the historic center. - The location was exceptional! Right in the hard of the historic town „Flo“ was in one of the typical old houses, which looked a bit run down when you enter it but once you come into the apartment it’s like stepping into a new modern world. The communication via WhatsApp with the team was super easy. The rooftop terrace was an amazing place to relax away from the hustle and bustle in the streets. We liked it all.

• Guest (8/5): - Overall this place is pretty good, you get a private patio and the space is large. My only complaints is our electricity went out the last morning which isn’t the host’s fault, but the ac went out as we were packing and there were no lights. If you open the window it’ll become too hot. The only other thing is the key situation, you can’t leave the apartment without taking the entire set of keys so if you’re in a group and some want to go out it’s inconvenient.

• marine (8/5): Belle chambre dans le vieux centre - Nous avons aimé la propreté de la chambre. Elle est située dans le vieux centre près d une rue très touristique. Il y a un grand lit et un canapé déplié en lits superposés assez confortable. Il y a un petit frigo et une clim qui fonctionne très bien pour rafraîchir. Il y aussi une terrasse partagée entre les 3 chambres très sympa notamment le soir. Le soir, si vous êtes dans la chambre 3, la terrasse peut être un inconvénient si les voisins sont bruyants et discutent tard sur la terrasse, cela n a pas été notre cas. Il y a un ascenseur qui est pratique avec les bagages On entend trop les voisins de chambre.

• Fidelma (8/5): Lovely simple clean room close to restaurants and museums - Lovely and simple room amazing terrace. very comfortable for a short stay enroute to ischia. the lift wasnt working so difficult with luggage to go up 3 flights of stairs with kids.
• Guest (6/5): Bon emplacement mais une hygiène relative et des équipements et aménagement de terrasse à revoir. - L’emplacement était idéal. La terrasse est un plus mais mériterait d’être mieux aménagée (par comparaison avec celle de l’établissement voisin qu’on voit en entrant dans les lieux; c’est très frustrant). La propreté était très relative : salle de bain, brosse à toilette, joints de cuisine, cheveux sur les draps, nous avons même retrouvé une pomme sous le lit. Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement. La climatisation n’est pas assez puisante (il faisait plus frais sur la terrasse qu’à l’intérieur par moment) et est très bruyante. Pas d’équipement pour manger ni même prendre un véritable petit déjeuner ou un apéro.

Per quanto riguarda la struttura, è in una posizione ottima, quartiere centrale e tranquillo; la camera (eravamo in 4), molto spaziosa ed accogliente, tutto perfettamente pulito. Gli spazi comuni, grande terrazza e hall interna,sono sicuramente un punto a favore. Nel complesso consiglio il soggiorno.

• Caylene (9/5): We would stay here again in a heartbeat. - The large room accommodated my family of four perfectly with a double bed for the parents and bunkbeds for the kids. Location is also ideal as it’s close to the bus stop and the metro. Plus, it was nice and quiet and we could hardly hear any noise in the evening. There is an elevator to get you to the third floor.

• Helen (9/5): - Instructions were easy to get in, location was great for walking around the historic centre (quite a quiet location but very close to the busier bit with restaurants etc, <2min walk), staff were really helpful. Paola was responsive when we were missing a towel and even sent someone round with one when we couldn't find a spare, which was greatly appreciated! The room was nice and the terrace was cool with a nice view through the rooftops.
• Isabella (9/5): We had a wonderful experience staying in room 1 at Flo'. Everyone in our group of 4 enjoyed the room and the locatio - Our room was spacious, gorgeous, and wonderfully located. We were in the center of Naples, 10 min walking distance to the metro and 25 min walking distance to the port of Naples. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the common area and balcony. The host was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe staying here as it is on the third floor and you needed a key to access every entry point before getting to the room, even the elevator. The wi-fi was spotty. The elevator only fits two people. You can hear the cars on the street from the room but that is expected with staying in the center. There is a key to open the main door to the building, another to activate the elevator, one to open the door to the Flo' hotel, one to open the door to our room, and another to turn on the electricity in the room. We did not mind having so many keys but at most times, we would struggle with getting the keys to open the doors as they would get stuck.

• Irena (10/5): Beautiful apartment with the terrace! - I would highly recommend this accomodation! It is close to the metro station, there is a lot of restaurants and shops near here. The accomodation itself is a very big apartment, separated to several rooms, that are also quite big. Each room is very comfortable and has private bathroom. We had two rooms, one for 4 people with double bed and bunk bed and the other room was for 2 people with a double bed and also sofa, each room had enought space. The rooms are furnished un a modern style and the accomodation appears to be completely newly renovated. I only wish my own flat looks like this 😀 In every room, there is a coffee machine, in the salon, that is in the center of the apartment, there is also water machine and ellectric kettle, you can prepare some tea. And the best of this accomodation is two big terraces, where you can spend nice time eating or just chatting :) We really felt there very good and we were people of 3 generations together :) I almost forgot to say, that the owner send you message with all instructions and tips prior your stay. So I think all was perfect. Thank you very much !
