- Peter (9/5): - Villa was very nice and well positioned in the area. Weather was excellent and used many beaches during our stay. No issues with the villa at all but bars and restaurants were limited due to time of year but still enough to keep us fed and watered on an evening.

Gazdă foarte receptivă , am avut câteva neplăceri , cum ar fi lipsa prosoapelor de la piscină, dar adoua zi ne-au fost aduse , sau piscina a fost murdară fiindcă nu funcționa filtrul dar iarăși a fost schimbat a doua zi . Am rămas mulțumiți în principiu . Mulțumim gazdei .
- Melanie (7/5): Good - Spacious downstairs living area, generous sized kitchen diner, nice pool. Clean towels/bedding and toilet roll provided along with some water and juice left in the fridge, which we were very grateful for as we arrived very late. Shaded outside dining area very good for when it gets too hot. Three toilets, onsuite in main bedroom. Beds comfy. Fantastic Aircon. Smart tv and WiFi great. Good location walking distance to local bars and restaurants in Pernera, aprox 25 min walk to Protaras main strip. The property is nice but would benefit from a few minor improvements if the vendor wanted to make it better ie the clothes rail in the wardrobes are way too high. Bushes around the pool and near the outside kitchen area in need of cutting back as overgrown. The sump grill in the pool was missing which may cause an injury. Kitchen had good appliances like dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. Plenty of cups, glasses and plates but was missing a few essential items like a teatowel, corkscrew, oven trays, frying pan too small for cooking for family. Tassimo coffee machine but couldn't purchase the pods anywhere no other way of making any fresh coffee so it would have been helpful if there was a cafetiere available.. Finally guests may need some earplugs if they don't want to be disturbed by the loud music from the hotel behind the Villa which was quite noisy until around 2am.
- Schiop (10/5): Exceptional - The fact that we had privacy. The pool was clean. The villa was nice and clean overall. The kitchen can be equiped with more utensils. At least some condiments and a bit of vegetable oil would've been useful. Regarding the grill, at least some fire starters would've been useful. There were no adaptors so we needed to buy them to charge our devices. All of the above are just some suggetios on what can be improved from my point of view. Our stay was comfortable even with these very small inconveniences and we will 100% recommend it to everyone else.
