- Maria Cristina (7/5): - La posizione, la tranquillità e lo spazio dell'appartamento.nel complesso l'appartamento era accogliente La macchina del caffè non era possibile usarla perché perdeva acqua da tutte le parti.
- sandrine (7/5): - L'espace dans l'appartement L'ascenseur payant !

- Daniela (9/5): Indimenticabile - Bella spaziosa pulita
- Sophie (7/5): - Logement bien placé quartier sympa.
A part ça, bon séjour...
- Dev (10/5): Was a perfect spot to call home in Napoli for 12 days! We will be back! - The apartment location is just great, right in the heart of quartiere spagnoli and also super close to lungomare for nice morning runs and to Toledo metro stop.
The place is extremely spacious, clean and with tons of storage and the extra large bed and bedroom made for a great comfortable stay.
And to top it all, the hosts are just the best. Super prompt and friendly communication, helped us throughout our stay with local tips, recommendations and suggestions. Really nothing not to like.
- Mariella (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of quartieri spagnoli - Very spacious apartment . Perfect location. Ac in every room. Clean. Very close to metro and walking distance to main attractions Nothing
- Theodul (9/5): Quiet and spacious apartment. - First thing that is much appreciated is how quiet the apartment is, which is rare in Naples! Quite spacious apartment too. There is kind of really private feeling of it. Easy no-contact check-in and check-out. The location of the apartment is really good. Good and fast communication with the owner/manager. It would be good if you would have two more pillows in the bedroom, but thicker and firmer than those that are there already. That way you would cover both types of people - those who like firm pillows and those who like flimsy ones, so everybody can choose.
And, of course, there is a question of wierd building staircase and elevator that needs 20¢ to operate, but that isn't something that is in apartment owner controle.
- Renáta (8/5): Very good - Big flat, close to everywhere The coffee machine did not work, the kitchen was not that clean. No salt, and pepper in the kitchen, no handsoap in the bathroom. Basic stuffs.
- Dóra (5/5): We were hit by a series of unpleasant surprises one after another. - It has a great placement in the very heart of Napoli, despite being in the center it was quiet both day and night. It had a washing machine, A/C, and it was a spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the inner court area. Well, unfortunately it’s a long list this time. I never had such a terrible experience with any apartment, and I have had the fortunate to visit quite a few cities in quite a few countries. The first thing we noticed when we arrived, was that the elevator is pay-to-use, of course we didn’t have a 20 cent coin on us when we arrived, so taking three and a half flight of stairs with all of our luggage wasn’t a lot of fun, but that’s on us for not being prepared enough. The next issue was with the electricity, shutting of every now and then, that wasn’t a huge issue, but during our last evening, the power went off in the whole building around 8 in the evening, and came back at 3 in the morning, leaving us very worried, since we had our train at 8 in the morning, and we didn’t know if we’ll be able to charge our phones. That of course is not the apartment’s management’s fault, but if a building is as old as this one, it can easily happen.
However, the biggest problem was the significant amount of mold, to which three out of the four of us were allergic, making our stay very uncomfortable. We didn't move to another accommodation only because there were no available places nearby that offered an acceptable value for money. Additionally, there was also a leak, which we were unprepared for.
- Daniella (8/5): Very good -
