Don’t book! - Not much the balcony wasn’t a balcony it was just the roof of the building and was covered in cigarette butts and trash. There was an unneeded extra bed put onto the floor for no reason which they refused to remove when requested. The WiFi wasn’t working, the water cut off for 2 days, there was no remote control so could use the television. When i contacted them they didn’t want to solve the issues at all.

A Yume não oferece suporte durante a estadia, o acesso ao prédio é muito problemático, e o s - - A experiência com a acomodação foi extremamente ruim. Enviei os dados dos hóspedes com antecedência, mas a equipe da Yume não enviou as informações de check-in para a portaria do prédio. Quando chegamos ao prédio, tivemos que esperar cerca de 30 minutos do lado de fora tentando entrar em contato com a Yume, porque meu nome não tinha sido incluído na reserva e também não nos passaram o PIN de acesso ao apartamento. Depois de muita insistência, o porteiro acabou permitindo que esperássemos dentro do prédio. Tentamos ligar várias vezes para o único número da Yume disponibilizado no e-mail de confirmação da reserva, mas a chamada ia direto para a caixa postal, que estava sempre cheia. Só depois de várias tentativas se contato por telefone sem sucesso, responderam minha mensagem informando o PIN de acesso, mas não incluíram meu nome na reserva. Quando finalmente conseguimos entrar, percebemos que o estúdio tinha vários problemas (chuveiro nao esquentava a agua, sofá com aspecto muito sujo, cama de má qualidade e muito barulhenta, geladeira com pé quebrado, cortinas de má qualidade que não abriam completamente etc). Saímos para jantar e, ao voltar, tivemos novamente problemas para entrar no prédio porque apenas o nome do meu namorado tinha sido informado à portaria, mesmo eu tendo enviado previamente os dados e documentos de ambos. Desde então, tentei entrar em contato diversas vezes pelo Booking, por telefone e também por e-mail, mas não obtive qualquer resposta da Yume ou Booking. Além da dificuldade constante para entrar no prédio, também não consegui utilizar as áreas comuns (academia, piscina etc), porque é necessário cadastrar o rosto no sistema do edifício (que só pode ser feito depois que a Yume informa corretamente os dados à portaria, o que nunca aconteceu). Apenas no dia seguinte a Yume comunicou os meus dados à portaria, e então tive que fazer o meu cadastro com eles para poder ter acesso ao prédio e areas comuns. Resumindo: não vale a pena.

Já fiquei hospedada em outros apts desse prédio mas esse fica bem abaixo do nível dos outros. O banheiro fedia tanto a esgoto que na primeira noite eu quase não consegui dormir por conta do fedor. Enviei mensagem pra empresa responsável pelo aluguel e disseram que enviariam alguém pra checar isso, mas nunca enviaram. Fiquei o resto da minha hospedagem fechando o ralo (o que não evitava o fedor) e fechando a porta do banheiro, o que amenizava UM POUCO. Mas era um fedor ABSURDO. Eu não costumo reclamar de acomodações, mas essa foi impossível ignorar. Fora a sujeira do sofá. Deu nojo de sentar. Os talheres também estavam bastante sujos, fora a bucha velha e encardida. Sugiro colocar a cada acomodação uma bucha nova, fechadinha. Ah, e o banheiro não possui ducha. Não voltaria de jeito nenhum.

I asked for early check in, which they said was on an availability basis 24hours before reservation. At 24hs, I asked again, they said same thing even me saying this was already inside the 24hr window (this was the last mesage I woudl get from them). I got a message on whatsapp, from Yume, offering the early check in, billing outside the platform. I paid for early check in. Never got an invoice or anything. Kept trying to contact support which was no help. I never got my early check in, I got in front of the apartment and was never let in. If I knew there was no early check in, I would have done other arrangements. Since they offered me, and paid, I understood I would have the early check in. No, had to wait until 2:30 when I got some auto message with the door code. Which makes me think, it was empty for the whole period. Noone never got back to me until next day when I just got an auto message saying: Hope everything was ok! Also the bed itself is pretty bad. You take 2-5 minutes waiting for security to let you in everytime, since you can't register as a regular and security change a lot so they don't remember you. And had no amenities, only conditioner glued to the wall. No soap or shampoo.

O apartamento, apesar de ser studio, atende muito bem a estadia de 2-3 pessoas. Para acessarmos o prédio precisamos interfornar para a portaria. Quando o segurança está lá o acesso é ok, porém quando não tem ninguém, a portaria demora muito para liberar a entrada do hóspede. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, mas deixo a sugestão de disponibilizarem mais peças do enxoval e utensílios, como por exemplo panos de chão, de pratos (nem todos os hóspedes fazem todas as refeições fora), coador de café, panelas menores, sacos de lixo, etc. Mas é uma acomodação muito boa.

Cantos cheios de sujeira, banheiro com várias larvinhas dentro do box, ar condicionado não estava gelando e quando fomos ver, extremamente sujo e cheio de poeira. Meu marido teve que limpar. Toda vez que ligávamos a luz do banheiro caia sujeira do exaustor. E a ducha do banheiro tava preta de sujeira. Coisas que seriam facilmente resolvidas com uma escova de limpeza mas que na prática, não são feitas. Uma pena, pq a localização e os móveis são ótimos. O secador também não funcionava.

Diante da situação e da impossibilidade de nos hospedarmos e, extrapolando o meu horário de trabalho, fomos obrigados a buscar outro hotel com urgência, arcando com custo mais elevado. Somente às 15h58 informaram que alguém iria ao local para limpar, o que é incompatível com o horário de check-in e demonstra falha grave na prestação do serviço. Desde então solicitamos o cancelamento com reembolso integral, porém o pedido foi negado repetidamente, inclusive com tentativa de atribuir a responsabilidade a nós — o que não procede. Posteriormente, a própria administração reconheceu a falha, mas, ainda assim, se recusa a efetuar o reembolso. Trata-se de um serviço não prestado nas condições mínimas contratadas. Somos clientes do Booking.com há mais de 15 anos e esperamos uma resolução adequada. Diante dos fatos, solicitamos o reembolso integral do valor pago.

But the check in was horrible. we waited at 6am outside the building. the check in hour didnt arrive, but still, they could give us wait in the lobby or agree to keep our bags. A miscommunication of the staff and on the guest name, reservation id, etc. cause a bad check in experience. other than that everything was good.
- Mariana (5/5): - Gostei da localização e o colchão é bem confortável. A cortina não cobria toda a porta da varanda, passando muita luminosidade. Só tem uma cadeira no quarto e senti falta de uma mesa para refeições. Apesar do colchão ser confortável, os travesseiros eram péssimos.
- Deborah (10/5): Voltarei !!!! - A localização é PERFEITA. Há uma passarela em frente ao prédio que vai dar dentro do shopping Eldorado, facilitando a ida a farmácias, lojas e mercado. Achei o prédio bem seguro e o apartamento confortável, bonito e funcional, além de estar em Pinheiros, bairro com muitos restaurantes, lojas e atrações. Voltarei mais vezes, com certeza e indico. Faltou um filtro de água no apartamento. Se chegar antes de comprar água, terá que sair pra comprar. Cheguei à noite e só deu pra comprar no dia seguinte. Dormi com sede, mas foi um detalhe.

- Fernandes (7/5): Tivemos problemas com falta de comunicação entre a YUME - A localização é excelente, o apartamento é seguro e bem equipado é muito bonito. Resolveram rápido meu problema. Tivermos um problema devido falta de comunicação entre a equipe da Yume. Pagamos para entrar antecipadamente, deixamos a mala no quarto porque foi informado que estava liberado, entramos no quarto , deixamos a mala e saímos. Quando voltamos a tarde, nossas malas não estavam no quarto. Sinalizaram como se tivéssemos esquecido a mala no check-out e guardaram no depósito. Ficamos muito chateadas com a situação de terem mexido nas nossas coisas. O problema foi resolvido em 30 minutos, encontramos a nossas malas guardadas, intactas, e eu solicitei um check-out as 19h da noite devido o problema e falaram que isso poderia acontecer visto que eu "paguei" pra entrar mais cedo e isso seria "compensado" no check-out. Porém no dia da saída ficamos cismadas se ninguém iria entrar no apartamento e retirar nossas coisas. Inclusive por volta das 14h30 uma moça da limpeza bateu no apartamento para saber se o apartamento estava liberado, sendo que informaram pra gente que a equipe da limpeza já sabia que iríamos sair às 19h. Enfim, fora esse problema, a estadia foi ótima, o Diego da Yume foi educado em nos ajudar.

Outra coisa que é mto ruim é que recebi lembrete pelo WhatsApp mas o proprietário solicitou via booking documento para liberação da senha de acesso e eu não costumo acessar o aplicativo e tbm não tenho ativada as notificações, então quando chegamos o porteiro nos deu um numero para contatar pq não estávamos tendo retorno pelo booking.

Cheguei mais cedo do que o horário do check-in, então aguardei a finalização do quarto no coworking do prédio. Acesso ao shoping ElDorado/Carrefour em frente ao prédio (além de um espetinho ao final do dia).

O barulho da avenida já seria um absurdo, além disso, a porta da varanda estava desencaixada, ao abrir, ela quase caiu prédio abaixo. Segurei por sorte. Reparei que ela estava cheia de cola, em um reparo completamente mal feito. Mandei mensagem na hora, responderam muitas horas depois e não resolveram nada. Resultado, noite inteira sem a porta da varando com o barulho da avenida dentro do quarto. O quarto, sujo, tudo é torto, parece que passou por um terremoto, mesas tortas, moveis tortos, fios de energia pendurados. Cama dura. Lençol parece um guardanapo e o cobertor fino e antigo. No banheiro, um varal que fica todo molhado, móvel do banheiro descolado. Vou ainda no reclame aqui e no Procon pedir ressarcimento. Um horror completo. Sem falar que na redondeza não tem estacionamento.

No quarto, faltavam cabides (havia apenas 2), e os travesseiros poderiam ser maiores e mais macios, pois passavam a sensação de estarem antigos. No banheiro, observei falta de limpeza, com cabelos no chão; a ventoinha de exaustão era muito barulhenta; e o que mais incomodou foi o box, com a água transbordando pelo ralo externo, literalmente inundando o banheiro.
