• Lauren (1/5): Poor hosts, cancelled a couple of hours before check in then ignored process and messages to provide a refund. - Location in central London good and close to a tube station. Only good thing about it I would not recommend at all. The host cancelled by text (not on booking.com messaging) at less than 3 hours notice and asked me to process the cancellation and request a refund on booking.com(which is not correct process). This left me panicking in London with no where to stay. They never processed the cancellation and reported me as a no show next morning despite them cancelling. They ignored all communication from myself and booking.com customer service to give me my money back. Extremely stressful situation. Very poor hosts and I believe they were trying to keep my money through their refusal to use correct process or respond to anyone at all.

• Sabal (1/5): Horrible and traumatic - Horrible experience The key didn’t open the front door a cleaner opened the door for us. And then when we left the key didn’t work and was stuck outside the apartment. The owner didn’t help at all.
• Adam (1/5): - The location and price seemed ideal and it's close proximity to the tube and shops is perfect. Accommodation looks basic but practical. We booked the accommodation for our family who had to stay in London last minute while one of our children needed surgery in a nearby hospital. The accommodation was booked and we received a confirmation email from the property saying that the accommodation was confirmed and payment had been taken. We started our 3 hour journey and halfway through the journey I get a text saying the accommodation is actually not available and blaming booking.com for this issue, I asked the property for advice and asked for a refund, the property didn't reply to the message, they also didn't cancel it booking on the app. I then had to escalate this with booking.com they claimed it's not their fault and if a property confirms the booking then the property that is responsible, they tried to contact the property and also got no answer, we've since been told it could be upto 12days before we receive our money back. We then had to spend more money on a train to divert to a different station and spend more money on an alternative accommodation, not the kind of stress people need and from the sounds of it for an avoidable issue. Better communication with all parties and being a bit more courteous would of been helpful. Overall Disappointing.

• Saba (1/5): - Completely unacceptable experience. Due to the host providing an incorrect key collection code, we were left outside in freezing temperatures with young children for over three hours. Despite repeatedly contacting the host to explain the situation, they refused to acknowledge the error and then blocked all communication, leaving us stranded. This showed a total lack of responsibility and care for guests. Strongly advise others not to book this property. Would give 0 if I could.
• Cheryl (2/5): Noisey & unsafe - Nice size property The fact that main door was shared access to bar below and we were being called via intercom to allow there deliveries access ! The noise from music in bar below until 3am each night we had to call them to turn music down as our beds were vibrating from music ! fire alarms had black bags around them ! The only Fire exit out of property was Chained up so if there was ever fire in stair well we would all be trapped inside with no escape. Windows could not be opened if there were a fire as curtain poles had been placed over windows I would like these health and safety issues addressed as they ruined our weekend and look forward to hearing response as I will be taking fire safety risks forward

Cerca de dos paradas de metro que comunican con el resto de la cuidad Los colchones no son cómodos, huele mucho a humedad, está poco cuidado, hay televisión pero no sé puede encender porque no tiene mando a distancia. Pero lo peor es que entraron al alojamiento durante nuestra estancia, se lo.comentamos al dueño, que nos dijo que iba a consultar con él servicio de limpieza y no nos volvió a informar. Si fue el servicio de limpieza, desde luego no fue limpiar porque estaba todo exactamente igual que lo dejamos.

• André (3/5): ! Nicht zu empfehlen ! - Gute Lage aber miserabler Zustand. - Das einzig gute an der Wohnung ist die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung/Zimmer. Alles andere ist miserabel und entspricht nicht den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist in keinem guten Zustand und die Fotos sind sehr geschönt. Wir haben etliche Mängel festgestellt, die der Vermieter ignorierte und keinerlei Interesse an der Behebung zeigte. Eine Entschädigung oder Erstattung des Preises ist in Klärung, aber auch hier bislang keinerlei Einsicht und Verzögerungstaktik. 1. Bei uns ging über alle 5 Tage lang die Heizung nicht, bei Außentemperaturen von 10 Grad. 2. Es gab keinerlei Gläser, außer Sektgläser. 3. auf dem Balkon lag Dreck und Zigarettenreste 4. die Fenster ließen sich nur mühsam öffnen und dann auch nur für einen Spalt von 1cm. 5. Im Treppenflur war ein sehr widerlicher Geruch zu vernehmen 6. der Wohnzimmertisch war kaputt und dreckig 7. auf den Kissen der Couch war ein riesiger Fleck 8. die Schlafcouch war defekt 9. die Türklinke in einem Schlafzimmer war von innen abgebrochen, sodass die Tür nicht von innen geöffnet werden konnte, sobald sie geschlossen wurde. Ein eklatanter Verstoß gegen den Brandschutz. 10. der Tischkicker war dreckig und ohne Ball 11. auf dem Balkon gibt es keinen grüne Teppich 12. der abgebildete Airhockey Tisch fehlte komplett. 13. es gab durchgängig eine Lärmbelästigung von der benachbarte Bar. An dem Montagabend war bis 2 Uhr laute Musik zu hören. An den anderen 3 Nächten bis mindestens 23 Uhr. 14. Der Tiefkühler war fast vollständig mit Eis zugefroren und unbrauchbar. Der Kühlschrank schloss nicht richtig, sodass Tauwasser auslief Auch an den Wänden und Schränken waren überall Kratzer und Schrammen, die gerne mal übergemalt werden können. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf keine Fall empfehlen und raten von einer Buchung dringend ab.

• Pedro Jesus (1/5): La casa del terror - La ubicacion Todos las noches musica que bo deja dormir. Se le indica al anfitrion y no busca solucion. Suciedad y deterioro. Cucarachas andando por la encimera de la cocina. Colchones en los que no se puede dormir. En ocasiones se va el agua y no tiene fuerza. El frigorifico no cierra y no enfria. Una de las puertas exteriores que da a la terraza no cierra, y es un bajo. Se entra por un acceso que comparte con un bar y la puerta es de madera y con un pestillo que esta medio desmontado
• Juanita (8/5): Fully enjoyable weekend - Location, Location, location. Loads of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owner is easy to get hold of and quick to reply for any issues that may arise. Close to local attractions such as the London eye and loads of food around to choose from The music from the bar downstairs was a little loud
• Charlotte (10/5): Perfect location and great place for our group size - It was perfect location for what we needed and had everything we needed and more than enough space. Host was very responsive and the place was lovely and clean The place was a little warm but this was helped by having fans in the rooms and opening the living room door
• José Miguel (5/5): - Headline: Spacious and well-located, but in need of serious attention. What we liked: The apartment is very spacious, and our large group of 6 adults and 7 children fitted comfortably. The best thing about the property is its location, which is genuinely brilliant. We were able to take a pleasant stroll and see a huge number of monuments and sights within a 30-minute walk, which was perfect for exploring. What we didn't like: Our main disappointment was that the photos on the listing do not accurately represent the apartment's current condition. The reality is that the property is much more tired, old, and generally neglected than the pictures suggest. There were several significant issues during our stay: * Cleanliness: The standard of cleaning was poor. The entrance to the flat, in particular, was very dirty when we arrived. * Maintenance: The furniture was very old, and some of the bunk beds were even missing a leg, which was a safety concern. The terrace door did not close properly, and the terrace itself was in a decrepit state compared to the photos. * Amenities: The kitchen was not adequately equipped for a large group. For our party of 13 people, we were only provided with 4 glasses. We also experienced multiple times each day where the water supply would cut off without warning. * Noise & Smell: The flat is located directly above a bar. Because the terrace door couldn't be sealed shut, all the smells from the bar, including cooking fumes and smoke, came straight into the apartment. Furthermore, the music from the bar at night was loud and could be clearly heard inside, which made it difficult for the children (and adults) to sleep. It's a real shame because this apartment has so much potential. If the owners invested in its maintenance, deep cleaning, and basic amenities, its size and location would make it a truly wonderful place to stay.
• Clare (8/5): Convenient for Vauxhall/ Battersea. Great restaurants within 5 min walk on Warwick Way. Close to tube too. - Clean and tidy. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. . Fresh linen and towels with shampoo / shower gel provided. Good / fast communication too. Noisy upstairs neighbours (not your fault but music playing most of day and until midnight both nights). Entrance stairs could do with refresh to make a better first impression.
• Nick (1/5): Do not rent. They lied in thier listing. - Nothing. The poor management of this location ruined any potential positives this place could have had. The apartment was dirty. The apartment was not as shown in the pictures. The freezer was over frozen with ice and un usable. There was black mold in the shower which was known to the owner. The back door does not lock. The back gate was chained shut so there was no escape in case of emergency. The furniture was broken. The fans were broken. The windows could not be opened. There's no internet access at all. The kitchen was listed as well equipped and only had a pot to cook with. All of the pictures of this apartment were altered and misrepresented the apartment. The landlord is impossible to get ahold of. I could go on..
• Andrade (7/5): Good - Great location to the tube and lots of beds. Only one shower and if you are taller than 5'10" you have to bend to get your head under the water, and when on the toilet your knees hit the sink. We also didn't have hot water for the first two days and saw a mouse in the kitchen.

• Lynne (7/5): A good central place if you are only using it to sleep. - The property was literally a few minutes walk from pimlico station. The rooms were all large and the beds were comfy. Great for a large group of people but only for sleeping. The property was difficult to find, the instructions could be clearer. We weren’t happy that there wasn’t an additional fire escape apart from the front door which was right next to the kitchen and the windows had bars on them. No Internet which we knew about but the TV would not work. We were told Netflix and YouTube would work, but there was no free view. We could not get anything. The host finally gave us a Wi-Fi password which made no difference. The kitchen ceiling was bulging with torn plaster hanging down when we arrived with bits of plaster on the floor. On the morning we left there was water dripping down from the ceiling which we reported to the hosts. This could be an amazing apartment, but a lot of money needs to be spent on furniture and decoration. The curtains need to fit properly in the bedrooms and plug sockets need to be near the beds, otherwise they need extension leads.

• Ivan (1/5): Not recommending - Arrived to the property, around the corner were many weird looking people, location is not the best, looks like they have community centre there, respectfully asked host to make an exception and refund money so I can move to another place, where I’ll feel more safe, then I found out that property has rats in there, I saw rat in bedroom, so dirty and disgusting.
• Trina (2/5): The apartment is a dump but has a good location. Look elsewhere! - I most definitely would not recommend this apartment. Here is detailed reason why. From the beginning the communication/check in instructions were poor. The location is good once you finally find it, near the metro and a reasonable walk to many tourist destinations. Immediately upon entrance there is a musty smell in the apartment. The kitchen is a good size but the table and chairs (only 4) are dirty and rickety. There are no hand towels. There is a washing machine but no drying rack. The living room has two dirty couches. The outlets in that room did not work so therefore no TV. I messaged property about this and they said maintenance came by while we were out and couldn’t fix it. This was an obvious lie as not one cord etc had been moved. Also, I would hope we would have to give approval for someone to enter. On to the gross bedrooms, pillows are flat and disgusting. Beds are stained without mattress protectors and the fitted sheets don’t fit. Dressers are broken. Outlets didn’t work in bedrooms either. Peeling paint on walls. Weird duct taped pipe in hallway. Other decorations dusty and falling off walls. One bathroom is toilet, sink and shower. Other is toilet only. Again, no hand towels so I guess people expected to bring their one allotted bath towel with them to dry hands. Finally, street noise is loud with warnings about drug activity in area. Building alarm went off multiple times throughout the stay.

• Patrick (10/5): Great value, clean and warm. - Great location for us on recent trip to London- everything in the apartment seems brand new. Great to have 2 toilets when there is a group travelling. We had trouble finding the place but messaged the host (Hafsa) and she was immediately responsive to sort us out.
• Sean (5/5): Passable - The location was perfect Lack off seating for a place that sleeps 14 and the door swelled up so much we could not shut it so had to stay open all weekend anyone could have got in not good
• Padmini (9/5): Superb - The flat was so clean,peaceful,quiet and comfortable. Love it was very big space the lounge and kitchen. Only things I didn't like is the shower wasn't very strong.
