A huge plus is the free parking, which is a real advantage in this city. The host was very kind and welcoming. The place itself is clean, cozy, and feels very homey. Having access to laundry and a dryer was a big comfort, especially during a road trip. Highly recommended!

It is close to some nice restaurants. It’s very peaceful and private. It’s only a 15 to 20 minute drive to the Miami Port. The lounge and dining area is spacious. The bedroom is spacious. The bathroom and laundry area is also spacious.

We arrived late and our phones had died and the host helped show us in and gave us recommendations for our first time in Miami. It's great having a private entrance, a place to park, close proximity to supermarkets and restaurants. We felt at home and would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Miami. Nothing! • Dawid (9/5): Superb - The house is tiny but it was very clean, nothing wrong with it, new A/C that was quiet (a lot better than most a/c in hotels for that price). There is washing machine and tumble dryer that we used. Can recommend that place over hotels in the same price range.

Ziggy was extremely helpful and kind and the communication was great. The bed was great, the mattress is perfect and we slept well. The neighborhood but the street were is the house itself is fine.

Even if the accommodation is only small, it is functional and modern and the location for visiting Miami is excellent (even if you want to take the Metrorail or the bus into the city). • Alexis (10/5): Nice relaxing convenient stay - It has everything you could possibly need. The sketchy people in the area. 3am while I was getting something out the car some Latin girl just approached me out of nowhere. Like she just walk out the bushes. She said can I ask you for a favor. I said hell no and proceeded to yell at her for her to go away . She wasn’t in distress. She was well dressed, so I can only imagine what favor she actually needed. She was probably trying to rob me idk.Just be very observant and don’t be friendly to anyone on foot over there and you’ll be fine
• Vierge (10/5): My stay at the Cozy guesthouse was wonderfully peaceful. Exactly what I needed! - The guest house is so cozy and comfortable! The hosts thought of their guests with how cozy and accessible they were. The area is quiet and safe also the neighbors are friendly. There are also a lot of restaurants in the area, so it was very convenient to walk and have different cuisines and drinks. Will definitely be returning to visit again! Thank you Ziggy and your family! There was nothing to not like.
