Davide (8/5): - Ho riferito ai gestori che non funzionavano internet e il condizionatore , e per tutta la vacanza non li hanno risolto il problema , rimandavano sempre giorno per giorno! Adesso sto ancora aspettando la fattura da inviare a Booking, sembra che mi prendono in giro , continuano a dirmi che me la inviano e invece nulla!
Linda (2/5): Would not rent this apartment again. - Clean (except for a chocolate bar under a cushion outside), well appointed. Ridiculous entry system, had to depend on internet that did not work. Wasted over 2 hours trying to get in. Also ridiculous having the agency based in Barcelona where the people in the office obviously had no idea on what the apartment was actually like. Only given one key, there should have been two. No instructions at all on anything in the apartment how to use the aircon, tv, oven etc. Given the incorrect internet log in so we did not have any internet all week. No instructions on the bins, this is very important at Puebla Aida and unfair on other residents if people at this apartment did not know where to put their rubbish.
Wendy (7/5): Lovely stay but agent very bad and in the wrong place - The property is beautiful with fantastic views. I love Puebla aida The agent Alcam Apartments Barcelona gave the wrong information for entry and took nearly 2 hours to get in. There are 4 swimming pools at Puebla Aida one has a code, this one was closed due to maintenance, the other 3 pools have a pool key this was not provided. The internet was. blocked andAlcam Apartments were no help at all. If you have an apartment onMijas Golf near Fuengirola you should not have an agent in Barcelona
