• Dana (9/5): Je to blízko metra Octaviano, v blízkosti jsou taky obchody ( textil, Kiko Milano, kabelky, …) a hospůdky/kavárny. D - Bylo nám umožněn check-out o 13:00 hodině. Lokalita byla perfektní - blízko Vatikánu. Ve vedlejšim vchodu byl malý Carrefour - otevřen do 21:00 hodin Nebyl upraven tok a odtok vody. Když se sprcha spustila na plno, tak odtok sprchy to nestíhal. Voda se hromadila ve sprchové vaničke.
• Tian Xue (9/5): Bright and comfortable apartment - The owner is very patient and nice! The apartment is very cozy and located next to the Vatican City site, which was also very quiet at night, making it very convenient for visiting the Vatican in the morning.

• Samuele (9/5): Come a casa - L'appartamento è un piccolo sogno, in una zona di Roma signorile e piena di servizi. L'arredamento molto bello e il comfort sono i punti di forza della struttura, oltre alla host gentilissima e preparata. Vicino alla metro Ottaviano e a letteralmente a due passi da piazza San Pietro. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Все чисто , видно что за квартирой тщательно ухаживают ! Есть все необходимое для проживания от утюга до стиральной машины ! Спала спокойно , шум с улицы при закрытых окнах не мешал ! Кровать , подушки удобные ! Персонал вежливый и услужливый , заселили раньше времени ! Рядом с домом множество ресторанов и кафе , супермаркет у входа ! Отличный выбор для посещения Рима , рекомендую!

Quiet street but just around the corner from more busy streets with cafés, restaurants and shops. Near buses and metro. Really nice and helpful host. Nothing. Maybe that the shower cabin was a bit too small

The Vatican Museum is just a minute’s walk away, and the metro is only 5 minutes away. The apartment is clean, cozy, and has everything you need! Truly, all recommendations!

The apartment is located in a convenient yet quiet area near the Vatican, close to shops, restaurants and markets. The amenities were great for a 4-5 day stay in Rome. Can't wait to return! • Andrew (9/5): A great base to explore Rome within touching distance of the Vatican - Super convenient, especially for the Vatican. It was a home away from home during our stay in Rome and served our needs perfectly. The apartment is just a few minutes from the Vatican but on a side street, so not in the middle of the crowds. It’s also very easy to get to other parts of Rome with bus stops a short walk away and a metro station close by. There is a small supermarket next to the apartment building and plenty of restaurants around. Our host Roberta was attentive, friendly and responsive and answered whatever questions we had and also gave us some great tips for dining out in the area. The coffee machine is a nice bonus! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. The air conditioner wasn’t the most efficient and was a bit noisy but did the job.

• MOHAMMAD (10/5): Will come back for sure again - Very good location close to the Metro and Bus stations. Next to the Vatican and close to many monuments. Comfortable place, fully equipped. Next to Carrefour and Todis. Owner is very nice and friendly. Quit neighborhood at night. There is an Elevator in the building. Although the AC was working good but because of the high ceiling it couldn’t cool the room during afternoon but it was fine at night. (Would suggest the owner to buy a fan so it helps circulating the air) The lamps in the kitchen need replacement. Would recommend the owner to buy a clothesline. Note: don’t overload the electricity (don’t turn on the oven and the washing machine and the AC together)

• Natalie (9/5): Superb - We had a great stay at 8 Studio. The location was perfect for our 3 day stay, allowing easy access to all the main sites. The apartment was as described and it was a nice space to relax in after long days out. We had some issues with opening the door and WiFi when we first arrived but the hosts were very responsive and helped us resolve the issues quickly. The shower is a bit tight but was manageable.

• Susana (10/5): Everything was exceptional - Everything! The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable and stylish. The area is very pleasant with a Carrefour Market next door, 3 minutes from the Vatican Museums, and very well linked to other main locations, which can also be reached by foot while strolling through some beautiful Roman streets. The host was very responsive and helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations (we loved Osteria Ragno D'Oro). For sure one of the best accommodations where we had the chance to stay. Thank you! 😊 Everything was outstanding. Some reviews mention the noise of the street, but we found that with closed windows there's very little passing through. We slept well and we're not bothered with any sound.

Roberto greeted me at the accommodation and was kind enough to share lots of local recommendations. The apartment was stunning, everything was very clean, the wi-fi worked really well, you had all the amenities you could ask for including a washing machine and place to hang clothes. The location was superb and the metro was a short walk away, lots of food, supermarket options downstairs and it felt like a very safe area to be in. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

Downstairs has a Carrefour Express very convenient. Very close to the metro station Ottaviano. Parking in the area is very difficult. I had to park in a private parking. The shower is a bit tight.

• Stanek (10/5): Recommended - I liked everything about this apartment,small but very convenient with all necessary facilities provided .Located just outside Vatican and couple of minutes away from metro.our host was super nice and very helpful providing map with highlited places of interest and some restaurant recommendations which we used and truth to be told it was absolutely delicious.
• Maureen (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Our host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again. You have to make sure you don't inadvertently turn off the switch for the hot water heater or you end up with a cold shower.

Overall, the location was superb and we really enjoyed our stay :) This isn't about the property in particular but in general, I think there is an issue with infrastructure in Rome - the flush didn't work properly and the water pressure in the shower wasn't good. Maybe the bathroom needs some renovation.

I booked it for my older parents who hadn’t been to Rome and the hosts could not have been more kind and helpful. Everything from organising prompt airport transfers to tips, hints and purchase of tour tickets, they couldn’t do more to help. And the location and the style of the studio is apparently brilliant - I hear there are very good restaurants nearby.
