• Ylenia (8/5): Great spot - Perfect location, convenient with public transportation. Good local restaurants and accessible underground stations and bus stops. Air conditioning was great, the beds were comfortable. Just missing shower soap. Not very spacious common areas.

• Vasil (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was comfortable. Barbara was very responsive and friendly over the chat, giving so many instructions and suggestions for things to do around. Tiny shower cabin for big guys, which had moulded around the tiles. Also, doors in the apartment are not well isolated, and closing the doors of each room is with a bang, which is not a pleasant noise you would like to be hearing if you sleep, especially. According to the pictures and info when I was booking this accommodation I saw there are only 2 rooms but apparently the rooms were 3 in the apartment. So if you are looking for a quiet place to stay in Rome this is not the one, as some other guests you have to share the flat are noisy.

• Snore (6/5): A place to sleep not far from center. - A place to sleep not far from center. Bed was not comfortable, very soft, so that your body takes a U shape when you sleep. Induction cooktop did not work. Not enough utensils in the kitchen. If you are a family of 4 bring your own fork with you, since there are only 3. Also bring slippers with you since the apartment has cold stone floors. Drying towels was little problematic, since there was hardly any place to hang them in the small room (occupied by 4 guests) and in the poorly ventilated bathroom. The shower box was very tight, the smallest I ever been in.

• Kathryn (9/5): Great comfy room with fresh white towels and sheets. Aircon fantastic and great location for exploring Rome - Aircon was fab in such hot weather. Room spacious enough for family of four. Kitchen had all essentials although a little more cutlery would be helpful as had to wait for people to finish their own meal and wash up in order for us to use it. The security of property was great and ideal spot for hopping on metro and plenty of places to grab coffee or meal around local area. Host was fab and checked in on us to ensure we had all we needed Liked everything
• Morteza (5/5): Passable - Location and Aircondition are very good. Shampoo, dishwashing liquid and laundry liquid were not available and room is very small for 4 person.

• Azam (10/5): Exceptional - Room was very clean, everything was arranged nicely, AC was great, kitchen was clean and everything (Microwave, stove) worked fine. Location was excellent. Barbra helped us in all possible ways to guide us for checkin and to reach apartment and about transportation. She always promptly responded to all messages 🙂 I would definitly recommand this stay to all my friends and other people with family. Nothing was to dislike 🙂

Barbara is always very fast in answers, helpfull in case of questions an pro-active in regards to Restaurant recommendations etc. The Location of the Department is perfect just arround 400 meters to a Metrostation with 2 lines. We had a quiet stay and everything worked perfect incl the electronic key for the doors. The Equipment of flat is basic but enough, some things could be renewed or added (e.g. kitchen Equipment). But all in all an absolut recommendation because of perfect Price-performance ratio and Barbara! Only thing is that furniture and Equipment is partly a bit older / could be substituted.
• Unikue (10/5): Best place we could go to. Comfort and convenience. - The location was perfect for travelers. It was really close to the Colosseum and it had metro stations close by. Very clean and the automated doors were Incredible. The owner was very helpful and we had a great time.
• Evangelos (10/5): Wonderful stay - Most important when I stay in a room is good communication with the host. Barbara is one of the most helpful and kind hosts I have ever met. She replied almost instantly in every message which is wonderful because it took away all our stress. She fulfilled our requests, she made our stay easy and I am sure that if anything wrong could happen, she would also be cooperative. Room was clean, beds (especially king double bed) were very comfortable and although the room was not very big, I found it suitable for a family with 2 small children. Every time we were entering the apartment a nice odor of cleanliness was very obvious at the air. Area is safe with lots of cafes, restaurants and other shops, near 2 metro stops and one bus stop nearly with bus 87 going towards historic certer. Barbara send us also recommentions for food, which we followed a couple of them. Overall it was a wonderful stay and especially a great value for money for the room and the area itself. Rome has become very expressive and I think it's almost impossible to find a room is such price in an area near the center.
• Mandolin (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and how kind our host was. I would highly recommend this place. It was a good deal and a great exper - We enjoyed how close it was to the sights. We loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. The host was very attentive, kind, and helpful.

• Karin (8/5): Great budget stay, close to the city center, would recommend! - Location is great, there are 2 metro stations in the proximity and also bus stations. If you feel like talking a walk, it's only 20 minutes to the Colosseum with other attractions on the way! Check-in was a bit tricky, but the owner helped us through it even tough we arrived pretty late (11 PM). There is a shared kitchen (seemed fully equipped) for guests to use and there were umbrellas available in the hallway if needed. Owner was always available to help if we had questions. The doors are pretty thin and you can hear other guests passing in the hallway of the apartment
• Daniela (7/5): Good - I liked the communication with Barbara the most: a person very prompt in her answers, eager to help. Although we did not meet face to face, we could feel her hospitality. We had check-in around midnight and Barbara didn't sleep until she knew we entered the apartment. I really appreciated that. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a bed for our children. The beds are very comfortable, clean linen, clean towels. I didn't use the kitchen and I can't say anything about it. I didn't like the location of the room, it was on the ground floor, facing the street and I could hear everything outside: cars, people passing under our window. This didn't help us sleep so well, but I can't say we didn't sleep through the night either. I think the noise started from around 6:00 in the morning. In the evening...it depends, sometimes at 22.00 it was quiet, sometimes at 23.00 or 24.00. But the big minus was not the location of the room, but the shower. We were actually unable to bathe properly. The shower head is not removable and that made the process difficult. Also, the shower space is extremely small. The bathroom did not give me the impression of cleanliness. It is the smallest and most uncomfortable bathroom we have ever seen and had to use. I would give a 4-5 for the bathroom. Barbara is a wonderful person and I hope she makes the necessary improvements to the bathroom.
• Valentino (10/5): Great stay for a memorable holiday - Prices was excellent for the location it’s in. Host is incredibly fast at replying to emails and very happy to help. Bathroom was very big and so was the bed which was very comfortable. Digital key system work very well.
• Adrian (7/5): Decent stay in central Rome - A good stay in a great location in Rome. Close to metro and public transport. The apartments are clean and the bed is comfortable, there is a kitchen which is shared with guests and has everything you need, as well as a large external bathroom with hot water. Small smart TV and good Wi-FI. Great communication with the hosts and a simple check-in and payment process. It's a good place to lay your head after an exhausting day walking around Rome. The rooms themselves could use a new coat of paint and a dusting, but by far the biggest problem is the soundproofing. This is not the direct fault of the property but of other guests, because it's either you can't fall asleep or wake up too early because of others talking and moving around the other apartments. The doors are very thin, and even when talking at a normal volume you hear absolutely everything. It would be nice for properties on booking to actually enforce "quiet hours" between 22 and 8 through signs and messages to guests.

• Sergiu (3/5): Poor - The location is good, the sofas are comfortable and the room is clean. The kitchen is not clean. The administrator is frivolous and doesn't care about customers, for example she didn't give us the Wi-Fi password. Only on the 2nd day and when I asked why he didn't give it to me from the start, he reproached me in a very nasty tone ,that I had to look for it and that it's my fault that I don't have Wi-Fi and it's also my fault that it's dirty kitchen, mold in the house and others. Those who want to book here I advise you to ask for a live video of the whole room with all the details. In addition, do not trust this administrator because he is vulgar and rude.

• Pourali (7/5): So so! - The location, the digital keys, the staffs were good. The owner was very helpful 🙂 although the kitchen was shared but it was good, clean and equipped. The room was small for 3 persons, the curtain did not work and soon, in the morning, we couldn't sleep more. The soap was not good. We bought one. The liquid soap that was there, was for both hand and body but it was not good at all. It was diluted! Not applicable.

• Jordi (8/5): Definitely would stay here again 100% - The bed - the most important part - was excellent. Light and airy room, windows open to a street not too busy - does have a bus route too. Decent ensuite bathroom - do need to be an acrobat to access the toilet paper though - built in entertainment. Location near two metro stations, excellent. Quiet area. Nice private building. Communication with Barbara was quick, open, friendly and helpful. I didn't use the kitchen, but it looked well resourced, including a washing machine, which could be useful if you had a longer stay or Rome was later in your travels. There's a supermarket very close to the accommodation. Plenty of bars for coffee and breakfast opportunities. The area of San Giovanni and Re di Roma are great to explore and there are a plethora of eating opportunities. Rome.is very hit and miss for finding decent accommodation - this is a winner. The sofa in the room, such a good idea, but not comfortable, not sure if it's broken? It made a great place to rest my bag, however. Hot water in the shower -:rather patchy it went from hot to cold to hot again. It seemed like it had a timer on it. However, keeping it running it got hot again. It worked.

• Milica (9/5): Superb - The location of the accomodation is really good - pretty close to important sightseeing locations, as well as the metro station. Rooms are clean, bed very comfortable and good size. The greatest impression is the host, who is so lovely and approachable. To every question that we had, host replied immediately, helping us.
