Výborná poloha v blízkosti centra. Odporúčal by som doplniť nočný stolík pri posteli pre odloženie vecí pred spaním. Osvetlenie v rámci zrkadla nie je veľmi príjemné.

• Sally Roberts (10/5): Modern, well set up studio apartment, close to main sights in Ghent. - Clear instructions on accessing the property and quick response to my ringing of Reception number. The access to the property was granted remotely. I felt very safe. The neighbourhood was quiet despite building renovations going on in the street. Easy to access using public transport. No real issues.
• Prenzi (9/5): - Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen, konnten alles fußläufig erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist das parken im Dok Noord Einkaufszentrum da es nur 7,- am Tag kostet. Wir brauchen das Auto 3 Tage nicht, von daher war der Fußweg nicht gravierend. Zimmer im 1. Stock sind zu bevorzugen da Erdgeschoß direkt am Geweg bzw. auf Straßenniveau.

The bell at every door above the light switch is a problem, because every drunk person trying to reach their apartment wakes you in the middle of the night going up the stairs and trying to find their way. Noise level very high because of the narrow steps to reach top floors.

• Ricardo (7/5): Spacious apartment close town, could be great with a few minor improvements - Spacious lounge area. Location was easy walking distance to the centre of town and the Friday markets. The double bed was quite narrow. The couch was very worn, and the toilet had a bad smell due to some mould. There was also a fair bit of construction work in the area which meant some noise from about 6am, but no issues overnight.

• Ana (8/5): - I love the location of the flat. It is very spacious and greatly furnished. The shower is great. I enjoyed having my own little roof terrace. I did not mind it but the stairs are narrow and steep so perhaps not great for families or people with mobility issues.

• Jonathan (8/5): 2 nights in Ghent. - Super location in Ghent. The host was brilliant at responding and it was easy to check in late and check out. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen set up was handy if you were planning on cooking yourself. Not much. Steep stairs so it might be difficult to get up and down for someone with a disability or someone that struggles to walk.

El apartamento estaba impecable y es muy luminoso. Creo que las fotos no le hacen justicia. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un primer piso y se te puede ver desde fuera si abres todas las cortinas pero se soluciona dejando alguna cerrada. En cualquier caso nadie mira.

Fica muito próximo ao centro histórico, em 5 minutos você está na região turística. Apartamento super confortável e funcional! Caso você tenha intenção, você consegue preparar refeições no próprio apartamento. A anfitriã foi super agradável e prestativa! Recomendo muito o espaço, é perfeito! Ficamos satisfeitos com a escolha.

• Lorraine (10/5): Wonderful spacious studio (and very large apartment) in the heart of Ghent - I stayed in both the studio and 2 bed apartment and both were homely, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchens were well equipped, with key basics for cooking and a supply of coffee and tea. The location was very quiet despite being only minutes away from the main tourist sites of Ghent. Nele was very proactive and helpful. Nothing everything was perfect

Aunque pone que sólo tiene un baño, hay dos inodoros en estancias separadas del baño, lo cual nos vino muy bien porque éramos cuatro adultos. Nele ci ha assegnato i 3 appartamenti doppi al primo piano e lo studio al terzo piano dove c’era un bellissimo tavolo lungo a cui abbiamo potuto fare colazione tutti insieme. Appartamenti bellissimi, luminosi, ben curati nei dettagli. Letto comodo e doccia ottima. Cucina ben attrezzata. Era presente un piccolo phon e qualche confezione rimasta da precedenti inquilini (shampoo, bagnoschiuma, spezie, caffe, zucchero, the, pellicola). Bollitore e macchina per caffe americano. Riscaldamento autonomo da gestire dal termostato. Posizione fantastica e strada tranquilla, fermate del bus e tram abbastanza vicine. Nele gentilissima e molto responsiva. Le pareti sono molto fini. Le scale tra i vari piani sono strette e ripide e non c’e ascensore. Per noi non sono state un problema, però magari per qualcuno è una informazione utile.

The unit was also PERFECT - the most comfortable bed (5 star standard) immaculately clean. Good size TV with Netflix, full size fridge, kitchen very well equiped. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Leftover food waste bags (including a toast chicken bag etc, bit gross - it hadn’t been cleaned properly. A hair on the bed. There was no cheese grater and limited number of kitchen supplies. Knives and chopping boards needed. No oven. Not enough blankets. A robe and slippers would have been useful too.

A short walk to the bars, restaurants, shops and all the tourist areas. The property itself was, clean, warm and spacious. The bathroom was a good size with fantastic shower. Excellent facilities if required. We made use of the private secure parking in the underground car park @€15 per day. Again, great peace of mind for less than £40 over 3 days… I would recommend this facility if you need parking. A very minor issue was the stairs to 2nd floor quite narrow… but only an issue when arriving and leaving with suitcases… and this really was a very small issue.

• Gisela (10/5): Einladend helle und gut ausgestattete Stadtwohnung in bester Lage - Einfach alles: die Lage, einschließlich der Möglichkeit, im Parkhaus zu parken, die großzügige, helle, modern eingerichtete Wohnung, die dazuhin fantastisch ausgestattet war, die ebenfalls große Dachterrasse – und der freundliche Kontakt mit Nele Eigentlich nichts – nur sein Gepäck sollte man auch über ein engeres Treppenhaus hoch tragen können … dafür hat man dann aber auch den besten Ausblick…

• Joe (8/5): Nice, clean, competitively priced, well located near tram, though some weaknesses - I rang a bell that went to the property caretaker who was not there but remotely opened the door. The key was in the door of the unlocked room. The steep stairs to the first floor were a challenge (my wife and I are senior citizens). Ours (room 103) was an efficiency apartment with two stools for a built-in table. I wish there were chairs that had back support instead of just stools. The pillows were too big for my preferences, so I ended up using my airplane neck pillow which I found more comfortable. There is a nice love seat couch but there would be room for another chair by the window to sit and read, which I missed. We only ate breakfast there and did no cooking, but the one time we tried to use the microwave to heat a cup of water, my wife was unable to figure out how to make it work, so just used the stove which worked fine. They initially wanted us to pay the city tax by cash, but the caretaker was never on site when we tried to contact her by pushing the button to talk to her (though did meet her the day we were leaving) so we ended up playing online. Because I got cash per their instructions for 10 days of city tax for our length of stay, as a result, I ended up with more cash in Euros than I needed. Since I come to the Euro zone (especially Gent) often, that's not a big deal to me, but might be or another guest not planning a soon return to Europe. Despite the problems, I would still consider booking here again the next time I come to Gent.

Wenn man auf Lautstärke und einen ruhigen Ort zum Schlafen benötigt, würde ich es nicht empf - Die Unterkunft ist super zentral und man kann zu Fuß direkt los. Es ist doch lauter als gedacht. Zumindest wenn man ein Appartment zur Straße und unten hat: man hört sie Fußgänger und die Autos. Die Fenster sind nicht sehr dick.
