• Maris (1/5): Il soggiorno è stato un delirio. - La posizione, solo quella perchè la casa con l'appartamento è completamente nascosta da 2 alberghi enormi posti sulla via sottostante che ne coprono TOTALMENTE la visuale. Peccato che fosse 14 +58 gradini sopra il livello della strada e al terzo piano (altri 61 gradini). Nella descrizione sul sito ovviamente ciò non è citato La descrizione sul sito non corrisponde assolutamente alla realtà. Una realtà come questa è adatta a persone giovani senza problemi di mobilità, non come me che ho 69 anni e qualche problema. Se tutto questo fosse stato correttamente descritto (come dovrebbe essere) avrei fatto una altra scelta. Invece ho scoperto tutto questo solo il giorno dell'arrivo leggendo il messaggio ricevuto con le istruzioni. E' mancato TOTALMENTE il controllo che dovrebbe esercitare Booking sulla veridicità del contenuto del sito, prima di essere pubblicato. Io ho un rapporto diretto con Booking mio fornitore del servizio, ho contestato il tutto e richiesto il rimborso totale, ad oggi dopo quasi un mese non mi è ancora arrivato sulla mia carta di credito il parziale rimborso concesso. Nella immagine principale la stanza sembra avere una finestra invece si tratta di un abbaino. L'appartamento è un sottotetto al terzo piano, raggiungibile dopo aver fatto una 58+14 gradini dalla strada e altri 61 per i tre piani. Con 3 finestre poste sul tetto apribili a vasistas di cui una sola è provvista di pellicola oscurante e quest'ultima si apre solo per metà. Le altre due sono sprovviste di tende e quindi la notte entra la luce. L'appartamento non è provvisto di aria condizionata. Essendo un sottotetto il bagno dal lato specchio è basso e bisogna chinarsi per non sbattere sul soffitto. Una delle 2 camere ha il letto incastrato tra le due pareti e per salire è necessario farlo dal lato corto del letto. I letti hanno la testata in materiale damascato che unito ad una serie di bandierine (tipo festa di paese) non danno certo il senso del pulito. La vista del panorama è quella visibile dalle tre finestre ovvero solo tetti. Il parcheggio gratuito è ottimo, peccato non sia nei dintorni come descritto, ma a 2 chilometri di distanza costringendo a camminare per 20 minuti per raggiungerlo ogni volta. Il frigorifero in camera da letto di note faceva rumore.
• Julia (9/5): Superb - Super sweet little place under the roof, small but comfortable. Lovely decoration and furniture. Free coffee and water and a fridge and even plates and cutlery, we could have proper breakfast at the table! Super helpful staff and instructions. Very warm on hot summer days, but that couldn’t be avoided, fans are provided.
• Amit (7/5): Great location, too many stairs, not enough kettles. - Clearly a lot of money and love went into this building and apartment. Free coffee, tea, water and sweets are at the reception area 24/7. The apartment was clean. Parking was free (but read the downsides). The location is fantastic for seeing Karlovy Vary's springs area! The apartment is 65 stairs up, togather with stairs from the street we are talking roughly 130 stairs. With luggage its very hard. There is no kettle in the apartment, so for a cup of tea, thats 130 stairs combined. The parking is about 1km from the apartment. There is WiFi, but there was no internet for our entire two days stay despite me contacting the host and requesting a fix.
