• Gudrun Maria (5/5): Mailand gerne wieder, aber nicht bei I-Host - Die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit Die Unterkunft liegt im Keller, es war sehr kalt bei unserer Ankunft. die Vermieter sind sehr kompliziert, die Check in Info war nicht richtig, es gab kein funktionierendes WLAN und trotz Beschwerde keine Lösung, kein Wasser oder Kaffee vorhanden, kurz- wir haben uns nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt.
• marta (8/5): Buona posizione, qualche cosa da migliorare - Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e in una zona molto bella e con servizi (supermarket, ristoranti, ....). Molto silenzioso con le finestre chiuse. L'appartamento manca un po' di manutenzione (chiavistello della porta rotto, profilo della cucina scollato) e soprattutto non fornisce sapone (né per le mani né per la doccia). Una volta consegnate le chiavi, non si riesce ad uscire dal cortile.

• AleksaNo (8/5): Very nice 8+ - Decent apartment, pretty spacious, nice and clean Taking keys was super easy, we had problems with check-in info page, we contacted them on WhatsApp it was resolved in a matter of minutes. In general very kind and good communication, very polite Location is very well connected to city center about 20min with metro, 15 min from San Siro stadium, nice surrounding Very well equipped (except for soap, and coffee/tea, there were 3 bags of tea, no coffee) Online check-in process is a bit complicated, I know it is self check-in, but bunch of data, even a selfie, its too much Bed for 3rd person in living room is not comfy at all They left no soap in the bathroom, they have Nespresso machine with no single pod, I mean I could have bought it but lacks attention to detail It was a bit unpleasant when upon leaving we realized that info about the lock was missing from the online page where we found it in the first place and we did not remember the key by heart - they did not care about us leaving keys inside keylock from the inside and they were super cool about it but it was a bit stressful not knowing what to do and as it was 4am no one was there to assist us.

• Lublovary (8/5): Excellent location and great value - Excellent location walking distance from Di Angeli metro and tram stops. DM supermarket, bistros and Asian Fusion restaurant are also around the corner. Cozy little apartment, enough for a couple or family of 3 max. Everything is friendly and orderly managed in terms of booking and self check-in and check-out. The apartment is half underground, so no balcony and main street can get noisy at times. Having two coffee tabs and pieces of sugar would be a nice welcome amenity.
• Kasia (10/5): To jest to fantastyczne miejsce w Mediolanie gdzie każdy znajdzie wygodę i spokoj. - Fantastyczne miejsce mieszkanie czyściutkie i pachnące a przede wszystkim wygodne. Wszytko co było nam potrzebne było nam zagwarantowane. Bardzo łatwy i szybki kontakt z właścicielami. Wszędzie blisko na metro, na San Siro, Lidl, Carrefour itp. Polecam z całego serca bo jest to bardzo wyjątkowe miejsce i napewno wrócimy. Dziękujemy :)

• Kipyator (9/5): Loved everything about the house - everything about the place was good. The location, the amenities provided.. etc It was a little bit dusty when we arrived maybe redust before check in
• Саша (4/5): Disappointing - the hotel does not provide any amenities, from garbage bags to dishwasher tablets and this was a big problem if you rent an apartment for a long time
• Thirze (8/5): Great place to stay for a city trip - The facilities were very nice. The apartment was clean and contained everything. There are two metro stations close with easy access to the city centre. The airconditioning worked perfectly and since the apartment is partially sub-ground, it is cooler so perfect in the summer. There was a freezer with an ice-cube maker, which was great. The front door of the apartment has two locks, of which we only had one key. As a result, the door does not lock as well as we'd have liked and moves a little, which made us feel somewhat unsafe. There is a door inside the bathroom which was supposed to separate the toilet/shower and sink, but it was broken. Other than that, the apartment was great.
• Farjana (7/5): Good - Very clean apartment. We didn't need to clean the apartment before leaving. We were out of stress. The Host was quick and helpful in text. We were shocked when the electricity has gone around 8pm after using AC and stove together. I tried to call immediately the host but it was text conversation while I badly wanted to talk. I thought it was really very painfull for me because I have 3 kids and We don't know anything about the systems in Italy. I could even prefer som more facilities in the kithen (I missed a good knife and enough cleaning stuffs).

• Ayesha (9/5): Superb - Clean and well structured with all the amenities available. The property is partially sub-ground which was not clear from the pictures and previous reviews. The apartment had plenty of light but don’t expect a view.
• Vikki (10/5): Clean and convenient modern apartment - would be happy to recommend. - Fantastic location- easy to get to a couple of metro stops and bus stops. It was quiet, clean and felt safe. It had everything we needed, cooking and cleaning facilities, comfy bed, wardrobe to hang clothes, air con. I would be happy to recommend this apartment. A couple of very small suggestions to make it even better- a full length mirror, tea towels for dishes and another hook or towel rail in the bathroom. But I’d still give it a 10/10 as it was a lovely spot for a couple to stay in.

• Andrii (10/5): Exceptional - (See negative below first) However, host company is rather good at streamlining compliance with the Italian law and pre-checking process went smoothly. Host communication was also superb. Due to Italian law, additional information had to be provided before checking in & a city tax had to paid separately. This isn't a fault of the host, but it is nevertheless annoying.

• Vadzim (9/5): Superb - Good location, fresh and clean apartments with conditioner. Convenient bad and sofa for a sleep. Good price from my point of view. Would be good to fix some small details - add bathroom towel hooks, didn't find kettle and forks, also couldn't use microwave, looks like not worked. But we mostly have a food in cafes, so wasn't critical to us.
