• Šárka (10/5): - Ubytování bylo skvělé, opravdu kousíček od metra, majitel pohotový, cokoliv jsme potřebovali, nic nebyl problém, super vybaveno a bonusem bylo garážové stání pro naše auto. Pokud se budeme do Prahy vracet, určitě znovu využijeme. Fakt skvělé ! Všechno bylo v naprostém pořádku, nebylo nic, co by se nám nelíbilo.

• Petra (10/5): Doporučuji - Vše bylo skvělé. Komunikace s majitelem výborná, poloha ideální - hned u metra a u obchodů. Ubytování čisté, pohodlné a dobře vybavené. -
• POPOV (10/5): - Wir als Familie haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment gefühlt, vor allem die U-Bahn, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Apartment gehört ein Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Wir können das Apartment nur weiter empfehlen.

• Lea (10/5): - Byt je cisty,prijemny,plne zariadeny,nic nechybalo. Vynikajuca lokalita,blizko metro,bus zastavka a supermarket. Majitel napomocny a ustretovy a hned k dispozicii. Po dlhej ceste potesili napoje v chladnicke,caj a kava. Parking v garazi bez problemov. Odporucam. Aj nabuduce prideme sem. Nic,vsetko bolo v poriadku.

• Grete (10/5): A fost o plăcere și cu siguranță ne vom întoarce dacă venim în Praga. - Locația excelentă, curată , aproape de stația de metrou și magazine. Are parcare subterană gratuită, iar propietarul îți oferă toate detaliile necesare privind transportul în comun, obiective, restaurante din împrejurimile locației.

• Szymon (9/5): Było super! Właściciel pierwsza klasa - Po pierwsze: darmowy parking w zamykanym garażu na parterze. Po drugie: Pan właściciel bardzo miły i gościnny, wytłumaczył wszystko co najważniejsze. Lokalizacja: pomimo tego ze nocleg jest na skraju Pragi to jest zaraz przy stacji metra więc w niecałe pół godziny można się dostać do centrum co jest przewspaniałe Nie mam negatywnych uwag
• Mikulášková (10/5): V Praze jako doma - Ubytování jsme zvolili kvůli parkování v podzemní garáži a dostupnosti metra. Do apartmánu lze vyjet výtahem přímo z garáže. Klidný a bezpečný dům. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Majitel moc milý, vše pečlivě vysvětlil. Přes ulici Billa, Mcdonald a další restaurace.

• Emília (10/5): - S pobytom sme boli nadmieru spokojní. Apartmán je nový, moderný, plne zariadený a vybavený. V cene je zahrnuté aj garážové státie. Veľkým pozitívom bol dostatok čistiacich aj toaletných potrieb, stačilo si doniesť len osobné veci. S pánom majiteľom bola výborná komunikácia, všetko nám ukázal a vysvetlil, poradil s dopravou a stravovaním. Lokalita nám vyhovovala, tiché prostredie blízko parku, obchodu, reštaurácie, metra a zastávky autobusu.

• Luděk (10/5): - Při příjezdu nás uvítal milý hostitel který nám dal rovnou spoustu užitečných rad a doporučení, které poté také poslal do zpráv. Vyhrazené parkování v garáži je opravdu velké, takže nebude problém ani s většími auty. Apartmán je prostorný, dobře vybavený, k dispozici je kávovar včetně kapslí a v lednici na nás čekalo několik nápojů. V televizi jsou k dispozici placené kanály včetně Netflixu. Metro je opravdu pár kroků od ubytování. A cesta do centra netrvá ani 15 minut. Jen pokud máte například kočárek, tak musíte jít na okolo, protože nejkratší cesta vede přes troje schody. Ale zacházka to není nijak dlouhá. Ubytování určitě můžeme doporučit.
• Felix (10/5): Highly recommended!!!!! - For our first visit to Prague, we picked this flat based on the high score it has on booking.com. It didn't disappoint! The place is fabulous. Spacious, luminous - even nicer than in the photos. Spotless clean, you could feel how much care and dedication has been put into this flat to make it something special. everything looked as brand new. A very comfortable double bed and a bigger than normal sofa bed in the living room provided more than enough room for us to stay comfortably. Radek, the owner, welcomed us in person, gave us many good tips about the surroundings, and was available throughout our whole stay. Very conveniently located close to a metro station and a good supermarket, but still in a quiet residential area. The kitchen is fully equipped even with a Nespresso machine with more than enough capsules for all of us for our whole stay. Small welcoming details like drinks in the fridge and every cleaning product you may need. I would stay here again without hesitation if I go back to Prague. Thanks for your hospitality, Radek! A well-deserved 10/10.

The owner Radek was very communicative and gave us all the information we needed. Nothing.
• Sandra (10/5): I recommend it a lot! - Apartment was really great! 2 spacious rooms with balcony, comfortable kitchen and a lot of facilities like iron, television with Netflix & YouTube. Everything that is needed was included. The metro is 3 minutes from the location with a direct connection to the city centre (about 20 minutes). What was also very nice - some drinks in the fridge and coffee capsules provided by the host. Recommend a lot! A price was high but it worths it.

The location is ideal – in a quiet area, yet very close to a metro station and a shopping center, which made it easy to access shops, restaurants, and all the city’s attractions. It only took a few minutes to reach the heart of Prague, allowing us to explore the main sights effortlessly. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. Each of us had a comfortable sleeping space, which allowed us to rest after exciting days out. Our host, Radek, was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering us valuable tips on what to see in Prague. The entire check-in and check-out process went smoothly. We will definitely return to this place on our next visit to Prague. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the Czech capital!

• Radu (10/5): Great stay - The apartment was spacious, clean and has everything we needed. The host, Radek, greeted us at the entrance and showed us the apartment. He was very helpful, made many suggestions regarding restaurants or other things we wanted. The car can be parked freely in an underneath garage. The Prosek metro station is nearby and you can reach center Prague in 15 minutes. There is a Billa across the street and some restaurants around the place.
• Urankar (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had everything that was in description. The host, Radek, was superb. He was online most of the time and eager to help. He also made suggestions on what to see in Prague and outside. He is an honest guy and very helpfull. If you say to him, what you would want to see, he helps you. We are an easy family and we like cities and countryside. So with Radek we made a perfect 7 nights stand. We fell in love with the place and with the host. 5 stars Everything was superb. We were looking for a place not in the center of Prague. We were there with our own car, so for Prague we used subway,..., and for going around Czech Republic we did not need to go far to escape Pragues rush hours.
