• Бондаренко (2/5): - The only good thing that it is situated near the train station. We booked apartment for 3 people, but bedding was only for two people. We didn't have towels at all, no soup in the bathroom. The owner didn't answer the messages. It was so noisy outside. I never come back to that apartment. Only bad experience
• MARIA STEFANIA (3/5): Non ci tornerei - Alloggio piccolo ma di recente ristrutturazione Ho chiesto degli asciugamani che non ho trovato, mi è stato detto che li portava ma niente, se prendo un appartamento è perché voglio mangiare li, il fornello non funzionava, il palazzo all esterno bello all interno fatiscente
• Marianna (3/5): - La posizione molto comoda vicino la stazione centrale Il fatto che il letto matrimoniale sia composto da 2 materassi singoli, non mi è piaciuto che non ci sia un bidet nel bagno , nel cestino non c era una busta per la spazzatura, i vetri erano sporchi.
• Huaman sanchez (7/5): Regular - La ubicación excelente cerca a la estación central Accedieron amablemente a ingresar mucho más temprano para dejar las maletas La cama es bastante incómoda le faltaban cobertores a las almohadas que están deterioradas Cuando llegamos estaba muy sucio pero al volver a la hora correspondiente del check in nos hicieron la limpieza y todo No había red wifi no pude conectarme en toda la estancia

• Kim (7/5): Leuke kamer, redelijke schoon. Perfecte locatie - De kamer is perfect ingericht om voor jezelf alles te hebben wat je nodig hebt. Wat om te koken, koelkastje, kleine douche ruimte. Leuk ingericht mooi gedaan met de roomdevider. Ik had geen wc papier, had aangegeven of ze dat wilde brengen maar niemand gehoord of gezien met het papier. Toen maar zelf gekocht. Daarnaast zat de wc pot onder het spuug, erin en erbuiten. Niet schoon gemaakt!
• Lucas (1/5): Fraudulent and dangerous place – avoid at all costs - This is not just bad service, this feels like a criminal operation. They rent filthy, unsafe apartments, take your money, and refuse refunds. My unit had no air conditioning during 40°C heat, feces in the bidet, dirty cutlery, and an overall unhygienic environment. Instead of fixing the problems, they interrogated me about pets and visitors to shift the blame onto me. They communicate poorly, don’t speak the local language, and hide behind excuses about being foreigners to avoid responsibility. They prey on unsuspecting travelers – this place should be investigated and shut down.
• Marchetta (1/5): Che schifo - L'appartamento è molto sporco: dai pavimenti, ai muri, alle lenzuola, al bagno, al cucinino.. non ha l'aria condizionata. E il proprietario è molto restio.

• Giorgia (5/5): - Location is good, 6 min walking from Milano Centrale We received details to access the flat after our astate dime of arrival. Very small flat, not too clean, bad smell, neither a bit of soap to wash your hand. Ok just because we had to leave very early in the morning.

• Nahla (3/5): Poor - Location was close to train station There is no sign on the street of the accommodation. It took me too long to find it, and only after I called the property did they send an email with instructions how to enter and find the appartment. The air conditioning wasn’t working, only a small fan. No toiletries, not even a bar of soap! No cups in the kitchen.
• Seshiru (1/5): horrible - nothing absolutely horrendous, the toilets were flooding at our arrival, and it was very dirty, we had to change appartements
• Neli (1/5): Bad - There was nothing that you can like it. Only good thing was that I did not make this reservation more than 1 night. When I enter in the building I already understood where I was going 🥹 in the building was dirty smell. When I opened room door I get shock really, I was not expecting that it was smelling that dirty, I don’t know how to explain. I don’t wanted to touch anything any stuff I was feeling so dirty. Everything was looking so dirty and bad small. There was no even one soup for wash hands, towels only for shower big size and not white color anymore it was gray. In the toilet was half toilet paper which was used before. And one shower gel which somebody leaved it before check out. I am sorry for say this but I vomited I really vomited because of feel this dirty.
• Sergii (1/5): I would definitely not recommend it! Water leakage from the toilet ! - I would definitely not recommend it! Despite the fact that the apartment is very close to the Сentral station and is well equipped, it is on the 3rd floor with a very long staircase and the elevator does not work. Upon checking into the apartment, we felt a very strong unpleasant smell despite the fact that the window was completely open. We went for a walk around the city, and when we returned, we realized the cause of this smell. The toilet was full, and dirty water was flowing through the purifier, and had already flooded half the bathroom. When we repeatedly contacted the owner, he only replied that he did not understand what was going on and that the problem would be fixed, but nothing was done. By morning, the water from the toilet was already flowing into the room. We could not use the toilet until we checked out. Can you imagine not being able to use the toilet all night and all morning??? The apartment does not match the description!
• Панче (2/5): Very poor - The location is perfect, 3 minutes to Milano Centrale! The noise of the neighbour. Every morning in 6:30 she started to speak in high volume, same in 22:00 in the night!

• Yamini (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Very close to Milano Centrale railway station but apartment was okay. WiFi was not working. Just 2 power sockets in entire apartment. I felt claustrophobic there. It was so compact. Not value for money. It was expensive.
• Phillip (1/5): Bad - Couldn’t find the place and the manager didn’t speak English We ended up staying at the Albert which cost us 180 euros and also lost our money with Schiapparelli The is also a gay sex club in the vicinity which was also quite awkward This establishment should not be registered with your organisation
• Neringa (6/5): Location is good, but host needs to improve a lot.. - Good things - if you need to stay close to central Milano station - perfect place! Price is ok too comparing to other facilities. But keep in mind its next to the station - prepare yourselves for train sounds 24/7 I hope these things I will list below will help the host to improve things, as its quite a new place on Booking. I want to point out 2 major things: 1. Wifi - not worked all 3 days (wifi connects, but no internet connection. Host was informed, no luck) 2. Fully equipped kitchen: sorry but there was no use of the kitchen.. Induction cook plate in the kitchen, but all the pan plates and pots - aluminium.. No way these will ever heat anything.. Host was informed, no luck. AND to add to these 2 major things, these are MUST for people too: electric teapot - we all drink tea or coffee in the morning (its even more needed then kitchen plate is not working..); recycle bin in the kitchen; dishwasher Fairy and sponge (I dont see any other way to clean dirty plates if any..); simple broom; one or at least two hangers for coats, jackets.. There was none. cutting plate + normal knife in the kitchen; wc paper (we had only half of the roller for 2 people for 2 nights/3 days...) wc brush.....................
