• Zeynep (10/5): - The location is perfect. It's in a very quiet neighborhood where you can truly feel like a local. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay! A small closet would be handy.

• Stamas (8/5): cozy stay - the property was super cozy. it might be on the small side, but it’s perfect for two. was so amazing coming back here when our feet would hurt :D plus compared to so many hotels etc, charging towards 1k USD for 9 nights, it was such a steal to find a place that was roughly around 600 USD. Owner was extremely helpful over email as well. You will hear other people but it’s not annoying but any means. just be respectful of this thought. We sometimes could hear a man singing but he sounded very cheerful so it was silly.

Amazing and at a great price. - I can to Tokyo to visit my friend who was celebrating her honeymoon the room was for myself and my 1 year old it’s perfect size for a visit or a fun time in Tokyo for a couple nights the check in manual was thorough and the host was very kind in making sure I had a great stay. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station but also not in the center of all the noise so it was very peaceful and quiet when I slept at night it was perfect for my daughter and I and possibly for a couple. Would not suggest more than 2 people though as it is smaller but still an amazing stay

• Scott (1/5): Bad - Cleaning staff at the initial stage worked very hard. The size was fine, and it matched the pictures. Older unit, but everything worked. For my 10-day stay, the location was decent. Cleaning is only superficial. Staff is given a swifter pad to clean the rug. Others have complained about the mattress and lack of sheets; I was so badly affected that I could only sleep for 4 hours per night. After a few days it took a serious toll on my health. At first I thought it was in the AC unit, so I cleaned the filters (not done in ages) and eliminated as much dust as possible. I cleaned the sheets myself, didn't improve matters. After 7 days I stayed elsewhere and my health improved immediately. That's when I knew it was something in the room.

• Isabellle (7/5): Good but bring your own bed covers - Location and that it’s an apartment The biggest issue is the bed and the blanket. It’s a winter blanket, plastic you will sweat a lot in it in summer even with the air conditioner. It’s bad for your skin. In total it wasn’t bad at all I would recommend it for people on a budget. Maybe bring your own bed covers.
• Mary (8/5): Not too far from City centre and feels like a local - It is located in the middle of a residential area, so it is very quiet. It is an 8-10 minute walk from Sugamo Station on the JY Line, so it is easy to get to the city center. Lawson is just around the corner. very spacious with one bedroom and a separate kitchen area. It does not have a fancy bidet and little outdated , but neat and clean. If you watched "Kotaro Lives Alone" on Netflix and liked it, you would love it.
