• Kolatau (7/5): - Very well-maintained apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay in Vienna with close ones. The combination of the bathroom, shower, and kitchen felt a bit unconventional, but more like an interesting experience than a drawback. On the downside, there is a small bar under the windows, and unfortunately smoke from people outside can get into the apartment. However, it’s unlikely that the host has much control over this.

• Willem (9/5): Fantastic but noisy apartment - free shampoo/soap comfortable bed desk with amazing chair see my other review for more details Aside from being locked out for 20 minutes on monday and the microwive being a little difficult (stuff was easily too well done while not being on the highest setting) the stay was perfect as said previously, it is still poorly sound-proofed and you can hear cars passing.
• andreas (7/5): τέλια αλλά λίγο awkward - - 20 λεπτά από κέντρο - 5 λεπτά από φαρμακείο - τέλειο wifi - κάδους από έξω - θέρμανση - φαγητά και ψώνια μέσα σε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια - Τα μαξιλάρια ήτανε τεράστια με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι βολικά και θα ξυπνάς με "αυχενικό" ή τα πόδια σου θα είναι έξω, εάν είσαι ψηλός. - Η τουαλέτα, η ντούζιερα και η κουζίνα είναι ένα δωμάτιο και δεν έκλεινε τελείως η πόρτα αλλά είχε ένα "privacy screen", όποτε 50-50.

• Ellie (7/5): Clean but unsafe - The property was very clean and everything we could possibly need was there. The owners were very informal and we did not struggle for anything. This property felt quite unsafe for us as two girls. The shower being right at the door made showering very uncomfortable. It was a glass door and lock didn’t feel very safe. I would not recommend for girls to stay in this property.
• Salvatore (4/5): Pessima esperienza - Il letto, i riscaldamenti Entrando all'ingresso trovi alla tua dx la cucina con un lavello che funge anche da lavabo da bagno, accanto al lavello c'è la doccia e dopo ancora il wc, quindi non esiste un bagno. La porta che separava la zona notte era rotta e non permetteva al calore di rimanere nella stanza. Qualche giorno dopo il nostro arrivo hanno sostituito la toppa del portone di ingresso. Abbiamo fatto presente la problematica al proprietario di casa il quale ha risposto invece che la chiave in nostro possesso fosse idonea, ma se non fosse per i condomini saremmo rimasti fuori casa. Il rapporto qualità prezzo é irrisorio, non vale la pena tornarci

• Willem (8/5): Geweldig appartement maar je hoort veel geluid van buiten omdat het nauwelijks geisoleerd is - Fantastisch ingegericht appartement met een lekkere bureaustoel, prima bed en een keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt (behalve olijfolie, maar wel kruiden, messen, verschillende pannen en zelfs een schaar) Host reageert erg snel op berichten voor in de zomer een ventilator en voor in de winter stond er zelfs een verwarming slecht/niet geisoleerd, de woning is aan een drukke weg en je hoort bijna iedere auto die langskomt, neem aub oordopjes mee anders is het heel erg luid. Je kunt alleen zitten op de wc, niet staan, de bril gaat automatisch naar beneden als je weer gaat staan het witte deurtje tussen de slaapkamer en de keuken gaat vrij snel los (is van hout), meer om het licht tegen te gaan wat savonds op de gang aangaat als er iemand de trap op wil. Er is geen zeep om je handen te wassen (of ik kon het niet vinden) 2de verdieping zonder lift
• Saskia (9/5): Perfekt zum übernachten - Wir haben Freunde in Wien besucht und brauchten die Ferienwohnung somit nur für zwei Nächte zum übernachten. Dafür war sie absolut ausreichend und gut. Es war alles da, was man benötigt. Mir persönlich war der Geräuschpegel von der Straße etwas zu laut, aber ich bin das auch nicht gewohnt. Eine etwas dickere Bettdecke wäre Ende Oktober auch schön gewesen, aber auch das ist ja Geschmackssache.

• Klaudia (8/5): - W pokoju bardzo czysto, bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z centrum, bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie, spokojna kamienica- nie było słychać innych osób, dobrze wyposażone- nie brakuje podstawowych rzeczy, dużo miejsca. Za oknem dość ruchliwa ulica.

La première station de métro est proche, un petit quart d'heure de marche. On peut trouver des petits restaurants pas chers dans le quartier Le siphon de la douche aurait mérité d'être nettoyé, la douche était bouchée. Nous avons dû enlever la touffe de cheveux qui l'obstruait
• Emese (5/5): Passable - Well-furnished and clean apartment. Ventral location. Good communication with the host. Creepy old house, no lighting at the stairwell, suspicious tenants in the house. Partly glass entrance to the apartment which was a problem because the shower is also right by the entrance and it had a completely transparent glass door. Despite the description no parking is available at the accommodation. The closest parking where you can leave the car for more than 2 hours is a 10 minute walk away. No air-conditioning and window towards a very busy and loud street.

• Mattia (6/5): Pleasant - Clean The bedroom itself is OK The toilet and shower are located directly in the kitchen, which is also the entrance room and has a textured glass door. So people from outside can see the silhouettes of people inside, especially at night. Loud on both sides (bedroom = street, toilet/kitchen = neighbours)
• Agris (6/5): Take photos on arrival! - Good location, close to public transport and supermarkets (Billa, Spar). Wifi worked well. Of course, it is a bit weird to have WC and shower in the kitchen, it was fine as I was travelling alone, but for any number of travelers bigger than one, it will definitely lead to awkward moments. Plumbing actually is hilarious here. There is no bathroom sink, because there is no bathroom. The kitchen sink has hot water on the right, and cold water on the left (opposite to standard), but the red dot (left) means cold and the blue dot (right) means cold. In the shower everything is directly opposite - cold is right and hot is left (normal standard), but, once again, red dot stands for cold and blue dot stands for hot! There is no ventilation in combined entrance / kitchen / shower / WC area, so the mixed odors and humidity will stay there. The kitchenette is very small and only has some basic stuff, so no much cooking here. Frying pan is in condition when everything sticks to it, and it has no lid. No dish drying rack. No kitchen essentials, except for a pack of salt. No shampoo or shower gel. No any tools for cleaning (broom, mop, dustpan etc.). Finally few words about the owner. After my departure I got a message via booking.com that accused me in causing some minor damage to the apartment. I was asked to repay 35 euros. Amazingly, I have been on booking for over 15 years as a guest (100+ bookings) and never caused damages to anyone. I noticed few defects on the flooring, but since this did not affect my stay, I never thought this is something I should report about. On the other hand, I am also on the booking.com almost 8 years as a host, with hundreds of happy guests and average rating of my property 9.8. I can only tell, that some minor repairs are inevitable during the course of various rentals, and the host simply has to absorb them into the price of accommodation. It is also very difficult to correctly assess, which guest caused the damage, and sometimes, what is a damage and what is normal wear and tear.

• Gareth (9/5): Perfect for a short stay and walking distance to everything. - Super clean, walkable from westbahm station. Good heating, excellent shower. All the facilities one needs. Very good communication with host who arranged extra sheets for my son. Simple check in with key box. Slightly off putting entrance which was very messy downstairs.

• Shari (8/5): Good spot if you don’t have the need to stay in the city center. - Nice big room, quiet area, close to subway and bus station. Great shower with good water power and very hot water. Good wifi. Microwave that also has a grill function. Some really nice solutions to create more space, like foldable chairs and dining table. 2 supermarkets really close by. Public transport is really good in Vienna, so even if you are staying far away from the city centre, you get there quite fast with the u-bahn (Thaliastrasse-stop). Easy way of working with the key in a locked box outside the building (it's the lower one of the 2 key boxes). Bed was terrible, frame did not feel sturdy, mattress needs replacing and the pillow is terrible. Blankets are also quite thin, fine for the summer but I think it will be cold in the winter. There is a nice tv with even a soundbar but the tv has no channels. A guest before me had spilled during cooking and it had gone under the microwave, this was not cleaned, had to clean it myself. The dishes were also not clean. The front door has a window in it that you can open, but the wood around the latches to secure the window is not in good condition. I think a good push from the outside would make it possible to open the window. And with the front door of the building being left open by the residents all the time, I was a bit worried the apartment would get broken into (didn’t happen thankfully). Not a lot of room to hang your clothes, more shelves than hanging space. I also could not figure out how the heating works, seems to be some sort of panel heating, I thought it was quite warm in the room, had to open the window to cool it down. It was a bit difficult as well to find the apartment number, it was a very small number high above the door (building number was easy to find though). But overall I was very pleased with my stay.
• Aleksandra (9/5): A good value short stay in Vienna - A very nice place, clean, nice bed, perfect for one but even a couple. Shower and toilet are located in a bit strange place but for one person or a couple it shouldn’t be too much of a problem.
• Oya (10/5): Exceptional - Such a unique apartment! Beautifully designed, the open shower and toilet surprised me at first but i think it adds to the uniqueness of the apartment. The apartment has everything one can need, cooking facilities, fan, sofa, table, tv, wifi, etc. my stay was comfortable and in a perfect location. Close to the center, very close to supermarkets, bakery, bars, restaurants, bus/tram station. Staff was lovely, very helpful and excellent communication. I would highly recommend this unique apartment in a perfect location. Thank you
