• Naim (10/5): Perfect are if you want a pint of beer there is Medusa pub with Guinnnes directly imported from Dublin - It’s right in the center and also the self check in was very easy .

• Julie (5/5): - La chambre est jolie, il y a un balcon. Belle salle de bain C'est propre. Logement difficile à trouver, très mal indiqué, le nom ne correspond pas. La chambre n'était pas prête à l'heure (mais nous avons quand même pu déposer nos affaires et rencontrer la femme de ménage très gentille) Très difficile pour stationner en voiture (parking dans la rue payant) Le supplément ménage m'a été notifié une fois la réservation faite (sur la facture reçu par mail) Ce qui m'a surtout déplu c'est l'Insistance avec plusieurs échanges sms sur le paiement le jour de l'entrée, avec demande de photo en preuve du dépôt en cash! Sur 14 réservations faite lors de mon séjour, ça ne s'est jamais passé comme ça.

• Silvia (6/5): - Si. Pero la entrada y las escaleras de acceso al piso dejan mucho que desear. El portal se cae a trozos. Muy sucio el portal y las escaleras. Con basura dentro del bloque. Sin embargo la habitación estaba muy bien. Limpieza, cómoda y el baño estupendo. La calle, el acceso, el portal y las escaleras hasta llegar a las habitaciones.

Price was cheap The water, when you flash the toilet from the pressure, was getting out The main drawback was when it came to the payment First of all l, via booking.com the final price does not include the service charge  and cleaning fee which is mandatory to pay That is deceptive to the final  customer While the property is operated with key lockers so no need to meet the admin or owner if you don't want to pay cash ,the only option is PayPal . Be prepared to pay the transaction fee that  PayPal  requires otherwise you have to select the option "family and friends" which i didn't even notice since I am paying to a business. Not sure why the payment is not settled via booking.com  as the business must pay commission anyway

• Ygor (6/5): Cheap stay with a kind host, but full of logistical frustrations and misleading listing details. - The host was responsive and polite, and the price was affordable. The room itself was modern and relatively clean. The location was confusing and unclear on Booking; I had to contact the host via WhatsApp to find it. The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator, which was exhausting with heavy luggage. I specifically filtered for properties with private parking, but the reality was street parking, often chaotic and unreliable — with the need to either block or be blocked by other cars and leave your number behind. On top of that, after settling in, the host moved our belongings to another room without our approval, claiming a mistake with the room assignment. Despite the filters, it’s not a standalone property but a set of rooms with en-suite bathrooms inside a shared unit.

• Aiden (10/5): Very good overall, recommended to stay here. Good value for money. - Helpful staff, location perfect, confortable bed. New furnitured room. The owner need to update the pictures that it was given to be to find the location, add in the information floor number and appartment. Everything was fine. Floor was not cleaned perfect but was okei. In the bathroom there was a previosly used solid soap(suggestion to use liquid soap instead). Suggestion 2: toilet paper was the cheapest in the market those with 1 layer(suggestion to buy a better quality option) Small things to improve but it was very good overal. I would absolutelly recommend to stay here.
• Silvia (10/5): Best for weekend getaway! - It is located right in the city centre, 2 minute walk to the Spar, Piramida, 5 minute walk from shopping centre. The staff is incredible and very kind! Communication was through whatsapp, everyone was very helpful. I would really recommend it and would definitely visit again!

• Keri (7/5): Good - Very pleasant stay for 1-2 night stay. The location is perfect with a lot of coffees and restaurants nearby. The city centre is 7min walking distance.
• Pm (9/5): Highly recommend this stay - Very clean room, clean towels, blankets and pillows. Very comfortable beds. Mountain and city view from the balcony I also liked that they had books and travel info sheets on Serbia, Kosovo and N Macedemia. I wanted to stay longer to read the book. I booked this due to its central location as we were in Tirana for a short stay so I didn't want to miss out on sightseeing due to travel time. Traffic and parking situation in that area is crazy - busy all the time. It is easy to contact the owner via whatsapp and it has self check in and check out. Parking situation. It was full when we came but later we came to know that we had to talk to the restaurants below and in 10 mins they clear the cars for you to park. Every where else is always full and is also paid. 1 cup was not washed.
• Anna (1/5): booking cancelled be the hotel at the day on arrival - Nothing When I arrived at Urban Room 4 (at 14.30) , I was informed that my reservation there was cancelled in spite of the fact that I have booked it one day before and it was confirmed. The reason was I haven't responded to their message sent at 10 am in the morning on the day of arrival. I have been in the plane to Albania at the time....

• Alice (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very kind and he guides me through everything, he even let me stay a little longer from my check out hour! I really recommend this place. From the outside it looks different from what you really get
• Mario (6/5): Great staying, poor management - The property was clean and in a great location Our stay at this property was unfortunately marred by poor communication from the staff. We utilized the self-check-in process and entered the property without any issues. However, the next morning, we checked out early under the assumption that payment would be handled through the booking platform, as no communication about the payment process was made by the manager. After we had already left, the manager contacted us to request payment. We asked to be charged through the booking platform, but the owner refused, citing a lack of trust in the platform. This created an unpleasant experience for us, as we had to use alternative payment methods which increased our cost by over 25%.
