Important Information
Please take into account the following important information before booking:
Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
Arrival outside check-in hours:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier).
Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply.
The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026.
House rules:
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

- Ana (10/5): - The terrace was great and with a fantastic view of Montjuc, and in spite of it being November we got to enjoy it most days. The place is very conveniently placed for the metro, clean and has just about everything one needs in an apartment. The smaller bedroom is truly tiny, more appropriate for a child than another adult. The hand soap and toilet roll provided weren't enough for three people for five days. The front door is very loud when closing. It needs something to help dampen the sound when closing. I don't want to disturb the neighbours!

- Glenn (8/5): Great Apartment in Plaza Espana - Great location , right in plaza espana. Three metro stops from La Ramblas and also Europa Fira Only given a small quantity of essential items - shower soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap etc, one is not enough for 5 days.

Good location few minutes walk from the metro, shlopping centre and sightseeing bus stop (Espanya). 5.70 euro to the airport by metro amazing price. everything that you need for your time away is there. We cooked a few meals and had enough cutlery and kitchenware for dining at home. Walking distance to Montjuic funicular, but it's a bit of a hill at the last leg. Everything was great
