• Luis Gabriel (9/5): Excelente Apartamento!!! - Excelente el apartamento, la ubicación y todas las comodidades. Vista maravillosa!!! Lamentablemente me tocó la piscina de la terraza cerrada por mantenimiento, y solo la pudimos disfrutar un día.
• ALDO (4/5): déçu de la prestation. - La piscine était hors service permanent sans être prévenu via le site . Pas d'eau dans les toilettes à notre arrivée, sans nous prévenir. Taches sur les draps.
• Javier (7/5): Correcto alojamiento en impresionante ubicación - La ubicación en frente a la playa, con supermercados, cerca del puerto y del centro de la ciudad. Las vistas son espectaculares y la distribución del apartamento es muy buena. También tiene un buen aire acondicionado y una terraza cómoda y con muebles para disfrutarla La limpieza de las camas y en generar su estado, faltaban algunos básicos de cocina pero finalmente no fueron necesarios.

• ALBERTO (1/5): Mala y poco considerado el propietario para arreglar los inconvenientes. - La vista y la luminosidad del apartamento. Aire acondicionado muy bien Primera noche sabiendo que éramos 5 no deja sábanas para el sofá cama. Faltaba un estore en una ventana. Al amanecer entra mucha luz. Een un mes no ha podido arreglarlo. La piscina nos dijeron que con la pulsera que llevábamos no estamos autorizados a usarla. No hay microondas.

• Lizeth (6/5): In general, we loved the apartment. However, it would have been nice to have the issues addressed by the owner. - The apartment is so beautiful as well as the view. People in reception are very kind. The staff is well maintained and the “Alexa” system makes the experience very nice. We received the apartment very clean and the hotel itself is very clean and calm. The best amenity that is offered is the pool in floor 40th, which is displayed when booking, promising amazing pictures. However, it’s not working since June 5th and I was not informed about it. No action was taken for it. The stove needs a lighter to work, and when I was about to start preparing breakfast for a morning tour, my surprise is that there was not lighter, I needed to go outside and search for a place to buy one, which resulted in delays for my tour. I talked to the owner and he said a person was going to bring one to the apartment but it was never the case. Finally, a minor detail is that the AC had a leaking issue in the first floor, which messed up with the cleaning (we needed to constantly mop the floor since it was a lot of water).

• Claudia (10/5): Nice apartment, AMAZING view. - Loved the floor to ceiling windows which gave us a panoramic view, liked the pool and the location. Felt safe and was within walking distance to everything in Bocagrande / beach area.. Our host was great and very responsive. I did not like the lack of towels and having to use what little towels there were, for the pool as well. I didn’t go into the pool because of that.

• Melanie (4/5): Uncomfortable and sticky. - The only good thing about this apartment was the view. This place uses the cheapest bed sheets, comforters, and towels. We were basically drying ourselves with rags. They only provided two rolls of toilet papers of which were done with by the second night. The beds seemed like they were about to break and the hot water was not working. Overall, the apartment seemed dirty and very dusty with a couple of damages throughout the apartment.
