• Zella (1/5): Terrible - None Everything. On the first day we arrived, all the lift did not function. We’re expecting to climb up the stairs up to 14th floor. Thats so terrible.
• Selvaraj (7/5): A pleasant stay with great amenities, and just a few small things that could make it even better. - We had a pleasant stay at the ARC. The place was clean, tidy, and comfortably accommodated our group of six. The beds were comfy, the sofa and dining area were nice, and having a fridge and washing machine was convenient. The TV and Wi-Fi worked well too. The swimming pool was a great place to hang out plus it was big and clean too. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Overall, a comfortable place to bunk in. The door and grill locks were a bit difficult to use. A few small maintenance touches would help, like replacing batteries for the aircond remote and clock, fixing the leak in the second bathroom sink, and adding proper dressing tables with adult-sized mirrors in the bedrooms.

• Chiun (6/5): Decent for the price - Everything is working, parking access is easy, host is responsive. Cleanliness needs to be improved. There is some smell in the rooms. Cockroaches roam everywhere. Lifts are slow at times.
• Michael (7/5): Good - Better than others in the same blocks. Only one lift working of 4. Long delays in waiting with luggage.
