• Dana (8/5): We had a great stay, would definitely come again but there are a few things to consider regarding the time of year. - Fantastic location, nice and spacious. Clear instructions and good facilities. A few small tweaks would have made it perfect. Curtains are thin so the light comes through in the morning, didn’t bother us on this stay but would be a problem in the summer. Location was great, surrounded by small bars and restaurants, could be an issue with noise in the summer if the windows were open. We couldn’t find the instructions for the heating and the apartment was cold. One small heater was provided but could only be used in one room at a time.

• McCormack (9/5): Great property and we will definitely stay again. - Cleanliness, location, functionally, privacy, nice and bright Exterior locks were very sloppy and entering was a bit of a challenge. The bathroom towel drying bar didn’t work. It seemed like the apartment wasn’t quite ready for us as extra linens appeared with the first cleaning. Communication with the host was somewhat cumbersome via email through booking .com

• Suzana (10/5): Sjajan apartman - Sve je savršeno. Prekrasno uređeno, dovoljno mjesta za više ljudi, u centru grada, a jako morno i tiho. Ma sve je bilo savršeno.

• Anna (7/5): Celkový dojem kazil zápach a chladno v bytě - Moderní, velmi dobře vybavený byt. Výborný lokalita. V bytě byl velmi cítit cigaretový kouř, pravděpodobně od sousedů. Bylo to nepříjemné, načichlo i oblečení. Topení bylo vypnuté, tudíž teplota v bytě byla 16 -18 C.

• Nuria (10/5): Bonito apartamento en una ubicación privilegiada - El apartamento es muy bonito, está decorado con muy buen gusto, muy cómodo, súper limpio y está en pleno centro. Los anfitriones nos dieron indicaciones para el aparcamiento. Recomendable 100%. Nosotros volveremos sin duda.

• Kararina (8/5): - Tichá lokalita. Ubytovanie je bez parkovacieho miesta. Najbližsie môžete zaparkovať cca 1 minútu pešej chôdze na Veľkom námestí, kde 1 hodina parkovania medzi 8-18 stojí 30CZK (1.22€).
• Milena (9/5): - Krásný prostorný apartmán, skvěle vybavený, čistý. Jediný dojem mi zkazil bar na ulici, kdy se nedalo mít otevřené okno, protože ještě v jednu ráno tam vysedávali lidé a bylo slyšet každé slovo.
• Daniel (4/5): - Apartmán v centru, poloha skvělá. Všude to bylo blízko. Čisto a uklizeno. Okna jak z papíru. Pod apartmánem v Pedro’s bar byla první noc oslava do 4-5 do rána a bylo slyšet vše. V bytě se vůbec nedalo spát. Ráno jsme se vzbudili jako bychom tam byli také. Vstupní dveře také velmi slabé, vše z chodby bylo hrozně slyšet. Poslední věc byl zápach z odpadu ze sprchy, který se linul celým bytem. To bylo nepříjemné a museli jsme ji zavírat, abychom to alespoň trochu omezili.

• Dana (10/5): Comfortable flat in the center of town - Booking was very easy, hosts were quick to respond, clear check on instructions, and directions. Apartment was just esy one flight of stairs reach, very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and close to restaurants, points of view, and public transportation. We will definitely book again!
• Dana (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Hradec - Great location, spacious, clean apartment, walking distance to many restaurant, in the historic center of Hradec, and great management! This was our second stay at this apartment as we come to town to visit my parents. The flat was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5. • Rumbidzayi (10/5): A lovely, spacious, well-decorated and equipped apartment located in the heart of Hradec Kralove. - The apartment is perfectly located in the Hradec old town near many restaurants and coffee shops. The building is newly renovated and the apartment is spacious, well decorated and equipped with lovely views of Hradec old town. Check-in and check-out were seamless and would definitely recommend this stay.
