• Justin (10/5): Perfect place to stay with incredible host - Perfect Location, spotlessly clean, beautiful room, incredible host ! The location couldn’t be better…. An easy 2 minute walk from the tram and train station - so easy to get to and from the airport using the tram. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Claudio our host was amazing! So appreciated all his tips on places to visit and eat - it made our stay !! Also so accomodating with luggage storage in our day of departure. Thank you Claudio- we will definitely return one day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at N7 Rooms ! Loved everything

• MAYUKA (10/5): - フィレンツェ駅からのアクセスがとてもよかったです。 ホストはとても親切で、おすすめのレストランなどをたくさん教えてくれました。 部屋、水回りもとてもきれいで水圧もバッチリでした！ 部屋にはタオル、アメニティ、アイロンなど必要なものはだいたい揃っていました。 チェックイン前、チェックイン後も荷物を預かっていただけてありがたかったです。
• JUNGEUN (10/5): 피렘체 - 피렌체 일정이 하루여서 가장 아쉬웠던 점은 N7 Rooms에 단 하루밖에 묶을 수 없었다는 거에요. 평소에 여행지 숙소를 결정할때 편리한 위치와 청결함, 친절도를 중심으로 선택하는데 이번 피렌체 숙소는 완전 퍼펙트 였어요!!! 다음에 피렌체에 다시 간다면 다른데 알아볼 필요도 없이 다시 여기 묵을 의향 1000%에요! 부킹닷컴으로 예약 하자마자 사장님께서 메세지로 상세 안내를 해주셨고, 숙박 전 문의 드렸을때도 빠르게 답변 주셔서 좋았습니다. 카톡, 왓츠앱, 라인, 위챗 국가별 메신저로 소통해주셔서 매우 편리했습니다. 체크인 전날 도착시간을 공유하였고 저같은 경우에는 오전 11시 반경 이었고 얼리 체크인이 가능했어요! 사전에 메신저로 숙소 위치 찾는 방법도 세세히 알려주셔서 하나도 헤매지 않았어요. 위치가 기차역에서 도보 5분 이내로 아주 가까워서 헤맬 필요도 없어요!! 맨처음 방문 시 대문 비번을 모를때는 사장님과 약속한 시간대에 사진에 보이는 커다란 나무문 우측에 N7 Rooms로 표시된 초인종을 누르면 바로 문을 열어주십니다! 저는 이런 유럽 엘리베이터 타보고 싶었는데 마침 여기 있어서 저에게는 아주아주 재미있는 경험이었어요! [체크인] 처음 체크인 할 때 N7 Rooms의 문이 열리자마자 기분좋은 향기로 환영 받았고, 인상 좋으신 사장님께서 다정한 미소를 한아름 머금으시고는 주변 관광지 및 맛집 구글맵 링크 등 친절하게 공유해주셔서 더욱 설레고 기쁜 마음으로 피렌체 여행을 시작할 수 있었어요! 숙소에서 도보 2분거리에 코나드가 있어서 아주 편리하게 이용했어요! 바로앞 까르푸보다 코나드 과일이 더 신선했어요! 캐리어를 끌고 룸에 들어 갔는데 아늑하고 깔끔했으며, 어메니티와 슬리퍼 등도 다 준비되어 있고, 선풍기와 옷장 속 미니 난로 까지!! 와우!!! 이런 섬세함을 피렌체에서 선물받을 줄이야...!!!!! 선풍기 있는 숙소는 여행 내내 여기가 유일했어요! 머리 말릴때 에어컨과 선풍기의 콜라보로 쾌적하게 이용했습니다! 객실 사진을 하나도 못찍었는데.. 과장없이 그냥 안내된 사진 그대로 에요!! 깔끔 컴팩트 쾌적합니다!! 욕실 수압도 좋고 세면대 옆 물건을 놓을수 있는 공간이 넓게 있어서 화장품, 고데기 등 편안하게 놓고 사용했어요! 두명이 동시에 쓰기에 거울이 부족한가...싶었는데 옷장 안에 붙어있는 숨은 거울이 있어서 괜찮았어요! 침대도 폭신하고 캐리어 펼칠 공간도 야무지게 있어서 짐챙기기에도 편리했고요. 숙소에서 나올때 2층 대문 여는거도 저는 1초 헷갈려서 동영상 올리니 참고하시면 좋을꺼같아요! 동그란건 왼쪽으로 밀고 내쪽으로 문을 당기면 되요! 숙박하는 동안 제가 실수로 룸키를 룸 안에 놓고 나와서 방에 못들어 갈뻔했는데 카톡으로 연락 드렸더니 발 동동 구를 새도 없이 매우 빠르게 조치해주셔서 너무너무 감사했습니다!! 항상 따뜻하고 배려있게 말씀해주셔서 그냥 사장님과 대화하는 것만으로도 힐링 그 자체였어요! 한국인 숙박객이 눈에 띄게 많다고 말씀 주셨는데, 왜그런지 알꺼 같아요 ㅋㅋㅋ 위치, 가격, 깔끔함, 편의성, 친절도 등 만점을 주고 싶은 이런 곳은 한국인들이 먼저 알아보는 법이죠!!! 주변에서 피렌체에 간다면 추천할 숙소 1순위이고, 저도 언젠가 또 방문하고 싶은 곳이에요! 추천해주신 젤라또집 GROM은 정작 피렌체에서는 못갔지만, 로마에서 묵은 숙소 앞에 있어서 가봤는데 역시나 맛있더라고요!! 세번 갔어요,,,! ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 또 추천해주신 산타마리아노벨라도 안갔으면 아쉬웠을 만큼 분위기 좋은 곳이라 거기서 프사도 건졌어요!! 감사합니다! [체크아웃] 체크아웃할때도 진짜 다정함 폭발하셨어요ㅠ.ㅠ 저희 둘이서 캐리어 끌고 엘리베이터 타고 내려왔는데, 사장님께서 계단으로 잽사게 내려오셔서 대문 앞에 있는 계단을 저희 캐리어를 손수 내려 주셨어요ㅠ.ㅠ 마지막 아쉬움을 담아 함께 셀피도 찍고 기분좋은 피렌체 여행으로 만들어주셔서 다시한번 감사합니다! 그ㄹㄹㄹㄹ라치에!! 없어요

• Maripaz (10/5): We will come back to N7 Rooms whenever we’re in Florence. You won’t find a better host than Claudio! - Location was great! Around the corner from the train station and within walking distance of Mercato Centrale, Duomo, Accademia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and all of Florence. Claudio was so kind and helpful in planning our stay and gave great recommendations. He stayed in touch with us before and during our stay. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints!

Large and well appointed room, new bathroom with the best shower we encountered on our trip. Exceptionally clean, comfy mattress and pillows. Host Claudio was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and our room was ready. We were offered a later checkout to align with our train departure. Claudio also made helpful suggestions for places to eat nearby (lots of great restaurants in the area of the hotel). Overall, staying at N7 Rooms was a real treat, and we heartily reccomend the property. Nothing. It was a wonderful stay in all respects.

• Wort (10/5): Fantastic location, great room and an incredible host! Loved our stay. - First Claudio was absolutely fantastic. He made our stay seamless and very enjoyable. He offered tons of advice and places for us to visit. Which proved to be extremely valuable. The room was more than I expected. Extremely clean, fair size (for Europe) and the location was perfect. 4 min walk to the train station and very central to all amenities. The only problem with our stay, was that it was too short. My wife and I would highly recommend staying at N7 while visiting Florence.

The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The shower was a highlight!!! Location is perfect to explore and 3 mins to the station. Cannot fault this place 👏🏼👏🏼 Nothing.

• Lauren (10/5): - I've visited Florence twice, and N7 Rooms is the accommodation I'd recommend most. The location is ideal - just a short walk from the train station, which makes things so much easier if you're travelling around Italy on the train. It's still within easy walking distance of the city centre, but much quieter (I stayed by the Duomo on first visit, and it was quite noisy!!) What really made our stay was Claudio, from the N7 Rooms team. His communication was excellent from the start - clear instructions, helpful messages before we arrived and great local recommendations. He made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, even kindly looking after our bags on the last day. The room itself was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and quiet. Exactly what we needed for a fleeting visit to Florence! Will definitely be back next time we're in Florence!
• Jezmit (10/5): A really good stay - Good location, basically outside Firenze SMN station. Theres a luggage storage centre just down the road so its very easy if taking a late departure from Florence on check out day. They can also keep your baggage up to 4pm (guarded). Easy to access and very smooth out of hours check in. Claudio (N7 Owner) was super attentive and very kind and helpful. They gave us plenty of recommendations for our one day in Florence. This accommodation is very easy to recommend. Apart from finding a random slipper under the bed, we had no complaints!

The amenities in the room were great and it was bigger than the pictures suggested. The host Claudio was lovely, easy to contact & gave us many recommendations for places to go in Florence. Claudio was so helpful, he went over and above to give us recommendations for Florence and for our next stop in San Gimignano. Claudio was so accommodating, he organised an early check in for us too. It was a good location, all the sites just a short walk away. It is close to the station so especially convenient if you are arriving by train. We hope to return to Florence and would definitely stay at N7 rooms again.
