Guest Reviews
- Silviu Valentin (1/5): Disaster - Disaster! This property does not exist. Booking.com charged us for our stay a few days before we arrived at the property, once we arrived we tried to contact the host, but without success. We called Booking and after a long time we managed to speak to an agent. We told them about the situation, they checked and eventually told us to look for another location ourselves, assuring us that we would get our money back. Horrible! It was 9 pm (we had been staying on the street since 7 pm) and we had to find a place to stay for 5 days starting that night. We found one, but at almost double the price. What's the point of booking and paying months in advance if you have to stay in a location that you book on the spot? Why does Booking charge a 20% commission if you have no security? The people at Booking probably got their money's worth and don't care about their customers anymore. The height of stupidity is that they sent me an email inviting me to write this review for a property that doesn't exist.
