Gergo (8/5): Spacious, ground floor studio close to Arco Della Pace and Parco Sempione - It was a really nice and spacious studio apartment with a comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. The bed was comfortable, nice crisp bedding and towels were provided, too.
Ephraim (3/5): Location was nice, management wasn’t accommodating or prepared to receive guests. - The location was nice. We didn’t have access to the property and management didn’t do anything to help for two whole days.
Min (2/5): Overall very poor, not worth the price and definitely not for people who dislike cockroaches! - Location was great, close to most tourist attractions and not far off from China Town or the Duomo. Glad to see some toiletries were provided but some were missing. Two hangers provided, better than nothing... Very dirty shower, the shower water did not flow down and was clogged up by loads of hair. The toilet would slowly flood if the water was on longer than a few minutes, The kitchen sink had a cockroach in it upon arrival and the sink water was nasty. No kettle as a basic appliance was found, television channels were messed up and no local television could be turned on. Towels had a little stink to them, washing machine had a moldy scent and clothes washing solution wasn't provided. Floor was all dusty with construction dust. No drier unfortunately but radiator was viable, Stinky thick blanket to add on to it, as if it wasn't washed.
Buse (9/5): Great🙏🏻 - The location of the house was very nice, and it was a very cute house.😍 We had difficulty finding the key, but that was our fault because the host had sent a video showing where the key was, but we hadn't seen it. However, in generally we spent quality time there, thank you.🙏🏻
