• Mirna (2/5): - This was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had. We were promised a late checkout due to our evening flight and two kids—but on the last day, the host falsely claimed new tenants were arriving at 3 PM. At 4 PM, we returned to retrieve a forgotten item and found the house completely empty. No one had arrived. We were forced to wander the city with two children on one of the hottest days of the summer. Absolutely unethical. The house was missing basic essentials: no cleaning materials, no extra sheets, and poor lighting throughout the garden. The entrance light didn’t work, making it unsafe at night. Even worse, strangers climbed over the fence three times claiming to be buyers—the house was listed for sale. Our privacy and safety were violated, and the manager did nothing. Communication was terrible. We were promised a WhatsApp group for coordination, but it was never set up. One agent messaged me once and then ignored all further complaints. This property is completely mismanaged, unsafe, and dishonest. I strongly advise future guests to stay elsewhere.

• Debbie (9/5): Excellent stay would definitely recommend. - Clean, comfortable good facilities. The outside space was amazing. Pool was a good size. Could have done with another shade area, only one parasol and the time of year we were mostly in full sun all day. Building work going on round about however didnt bother us too much.

• Dinesh (10/5): It’s very nice experience staying at By the Bay Villa ♥️ - We have had an unforgettable stay at By the Bay Villa. The location was perfect secluded enough for privacy, yet close to nearby attractions and restaurants. Also very near to Agia Napa and Varosha. Each room was beautifully appointed, and we especially loved the spacious living areas, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Our experience at By the Bay Villa exceeded all our expectations and we wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway. Nothing at all 😇 Everything was Perfect. If they could add up Heating system for Pool that will be very nice in Winter time.
