• justin (8/5): - The inside of the house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and we loved the outdoor bbq One of the bedrooms you had to go outside of the house to get into. It had an exterior door only. This was not indicated in the description of the house. This is an issue when traveling with kids who want their own room. The back sliding door to the backyard was almost impossible to open. It was difficult to open it took 2 of us every time and I thought we were going to rip the door handle off
• Jeehee (10/5): Thank you for the warm and homey stay :) - It was exactly the same as shown in the pictures. The house was decent, clean, and well located to experience local vibe. Well equipped kitchen and laundry, clean bed 👍 A bit far to walk to the beach (over 20 mins) but just five minutes by car. Lots of good restaurants and bars in Abbot Kinney and Washington blvd. Nothing

• Bruce (10/5): A short stay in a nice little place that was nicely furnished with everything we needed and well located in Venice Beach - It was exactly as described: charming! It was well located on a fairly quiet street that allowed us to walk towards the beach. Nothing.
• Clare (9/5): Superb - Gorgeous beachy property in a great area. Lovely to have some outside space too. We loved the neighbourhood with lots of things in walking distance. Great to explore the canals and the beach. We hadn’t properly realised that the 3rd bedroom was in a separate ‘outdoor room’. It is absolutely fine, secure and cosy (and literally steps away from the main building) but if the person using it needs bathroom during the night they have to come into main house. Not a big problem but worth knowing.
• Tracey (7/5): Really enjoyed staying here. It was a very chilled house in a quiet residential area. - Check in / check out was straight forward. Much better having a coded entrance rather than keys! The location was good. Quite a long walk to Venice Beach but possible, probably best to have a car if you want to do more exploring. The decor was lovely, well designed and cosy. I wasn't able to contact host through Booking prior to our trip which was a bit frustrating. Automated messages were good instructing check in etc but it wasn't easy to contact host outside of this. Also, the layout of the house was a bit unexpected with the third bedroom separate to the rest of the house. This was a bit tricky with kids.
• Madelene (10/5): We are highly recommending this place. The hosts were excellent, and the house was perfect. - We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at. The neighborhood felt safe, the house was above our expectations. It looked exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable, pillows too. It was very clean everywhere. 15 minutes walking distance to everything, beach, mall, restaurants, grocery stores. The hosts gave a great welcoming and has been very kind and helpful if we had any questions. There is nothing to complain about during our stay.

• Nikki (10/5): Overall, this property was really nice I would recommend it for sure! - The location of this property was wonderful. It is within walking distance (like a 15-20 minute walk) of the beach, near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We loved how everything was clean and well-appointed. Bedding was fresh, beds were comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. It was fun to have a ping-pong table. The kids liked it a lot, too. The only thing we were surprised about was that the 3rd bedroom was separate from the rest of the house and had it's own lock and the easiest way into the house is through the main bedroom.
